They were a bit unfriendly when dropping our dog off, assumed they were just busy.. 4.5 hours later they were done.. not sure why it took that long as we have never had to wait that long from any other groomer. When picking up, they were rude and unfriendly and made us pay before seeing the dog.. Made sense as he was not cut how asked, They did do a better job then i can do, but I've never cut a dogs hair before.

Im not sure what happend with them when I left but my dog was acting traumatized. 3 days later she had to go to an emergency vet for an abscess which cost $700.00

They treat your animal with loving care, dignity & respect :) i wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby girl Sachi. She is a Shih Tzu and long hair Chihuahua mix ~ not an easy girl to trim she has a very thick undercoat and so much hair!!!! The girls there and Chris do an amazing job on my little girl! Most importantly ~ Sachi enjoys going!! They are the BEST!!!!!!!

I made an appt to get my puppies nails trimmed. They weren't ready, were rude & didn't do the work well enough to keep her claws from tearing my skin open, which is why I took her. They have no ability to comfort a pup. She screamed, nor just cried. And they spent about 2 mins or less, but charged me the full amount. I couldn't wait to get us out of there. Never again. Don't take you animals here if you care about them.

My boy is so happy and clean. They were great with communication and letting me know what they would do for him. Due to family circumstances he was passed due for his spa day but they took such good care of my boy.

She did a wonderful job with my dogs styling but, has a real problem dealing with animals. She’s rude and treats them harshly. Our dog came out traumatized and in shock. She was shaking a uncontrollably and didn’t want to return to be groomed again. Do not subject your pets to this type of treatment, it’s just not worth it, no matter the cost. We just found her a wonderful groomer an she couldn’t be happier. She was tentative at first, but our dog warmed up to her. She did a wonderful job and our dog came out so happy and joyful after her experience. We look forward to working with her again. Please do not expose your pets to this horrible groomer, take the time to know them and find one that works for you and your pet, you won’t regret it!

Fast and friendly. All the dogs were calm. They did a perfect job trimming George’s toenails which is always a worry for me. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be going back

My German shepherd looked like a different dog after the visit. He has long hair and I just can't keep up with his coat. I know he feels better getting all the dead hair off. I'm very grateful for the service.

I have been bringing our golden retrievers here for more than a decade. They obviously love animals and their grooming skills surpass 5 stars. Don't hesitate to bring your pets - you will be more than satisfied.

They took 6hrs to cut my small dog. I asked for an appt. to where she wouldn't be put in a cage and they agreed that they would cut her hair right away. Then she wouldn't be put in a cage. (She came from a puppy mill with full of abuse in a cage. The next day they were busted.) I noticed 2hrs later no call. So I went there to see what's going on. My dog was in a cage and they weren't done. It was 6hrs later.😒😤😠😡😾🤦 NOT acceptable!!!

I don't live near red bluff. There on a visit with my shih tzu Lucy. They fit her in and did a FANTASTIC job. It's been over a week, her bow is still in her hair and her hair is smooth as silk. I've never had a grooming last this long. They were super nice and did exactly what I wanted. Kudos to a great grooming experience.

Took my Golden Retriever Puppy, (all 80 pounds of her) in to have her feet trimmed. She was very unsure of the whole thing, but the ladies at Rub a Dub handled her with such patience and kindness she came out a happy girl. Real pros.

Not happy at all with there services; They treated my 10 lb little dog really bad , they cut her by her privates then when they shaved her around her ears they didn't pay any attention to they excess hair going into her ears. End result we had to take our baby to the vet to fix the infection starting in her ears from neglecting to clean them out after they cut her fur. so we are very dissatisfied.

I was very dissatisfied. I explained to the lady about my dog's insecurities and fear of larger dogs and also that one had severe allergies and I supplied the shampoo. Shost story is my male dog has a swollen face and blood in his eye and the other one has broken out in allergic hives because they didn't use her shampoo. Both dogs had to go to vet for treatment. Very dissatisfied and if I could give negative stars it would be negative 5.

Never been there but when My groomer was close My remolding my groomer sent me there beautiful environment so like I say it's a very very beautiful place then the people are very nice and your dogs are treated with the utmost respect so I do say it say that it's okay to go there if you don't have your own groomer but since I've got my grill and you know I will always go there unless there's another problem but other than that I think that they are wonderful people
