Great selection.Top notch customer service.My local feed store decided to discontinue selling Orijens dog food after the most recent manufacturer price increase, so I went to Reynolds.I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection & the box of treats were $10.00 less than what I've been paying.This is where I'll be shopping in the future.

My husband and i have been coming here for years for our chicken and horse feed. I recently bought some chicken feed i didn't know the price i don't ask. the lady that rung me up charged me $65 i ran my card and then asked so how much is it she said $32.50 so i just looked at the price board and noticed it said $32.25 so i asked her is it $32.50 or $32.25 she didn't even answer me rolled her eyes and handed me 50 cents back ok how are you mad at me. Makes me wonder how many other ppl have been paying 50 cents extra and how many times have i or someone else been over charged.

The customer service at the establishment is beyond any I've seen at any feed store. And their assortment of products is incredible. I live in Redding, and I make the drive to Red Bluff just to go to Reynolds. And let's not forget that they got a gun department and fishing department as well. I highly recommend the feed store to anyone that needs one.

They were open on Christmas Eve and when I got there, I was greeted immediately, and then gave personal, one on one service, even though he was the only one available on the floor. He was also very knowledgeable, and very professional. I was in and out quickly and got exactly what I came for. And they are very reasonable on prices too!! A great experience from start to finish. I am now a regular customer, going in about once a week!!! Would definitely recommend!!

What areas shop. There are three to four shops in one. It is a livestock store down stairs with horse tack and horse everything, but they even have show tack for goats, cattle, sheep, and swine. There is bait and tackle shop there and a western wear shop upstairs. The staff was nice and helpful but even the clientele was super awesome and nice. They had live chick's as well. Can't say enough about how good this shop was.

Great old fashioned Feed store. Reminiscent of the old General stores of a previous era. Upstairs is a really nice Western wear store. The woman there was very nice. They didn't have my size hat but no one ever does so I can't fault them for that. Super friendly folks.

I'm a weekly customer and I can consistently expect the same great, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, fast costumer service. I love this place, and the employees that work there. I’ve lived in town for several years. I do not know anyone at the store personally, so this is a true customer service experience review. I’ve been to this feed store several times. I’ve been helped by different employees each time. Everytime I’ve been treated well and given excellent information about the products when I’ve asked. The store is always clean and the employees are all knowledgeable about the store and the products within this store. This store has a professional environment as well as a family small hometown feel. Hard to find any of these outstanding qualities these days in most places. And most importantly the people here care. They care about their employees, their customers and their customers animals and needs or concerns. I love this place!!! Highly recommend!!!! I give it 100 stars ⭐️

This place took me back to my high school/FFA days. It is the quintessential farm, feed and sporting supply store. My wife and I spent a good amount of time walking and talking with the staff. They are pleasant, friendly and helpful. I will be returning and would recommend a stop by for any of your Country Living needs.

I was calling around for chick's, every place I called was out and not interested in giving me info on when they would get some.When I called Reynolds, they did have some, and was very pleasantI've never shopped here before. Love this place the it is cheaper then any other place for quality dog food. Taste of the wild puppy food is 3 to 4 dollars cheaper then any other store I have seen it at. The whole staff is just awesome and friendly and the place is always so clean.

I come for The Taste Of The Wild (Wild Boar 🐗 flavor) and they always have what I need and want stocked. They have a wide selection of dog food and treats which my Frenchie loves to feast on. The customer service is impressive and the representatives know there stuff, highly recommend you to stop by even if it's to visit the gift shop it won't disappoint.

They are always amazing, we only stopped today for some sawdust for a project my son was working on for school. They let us go to the hay barn and grab as much as as we needed for free. We do purchase from them often, but really appreciate how helpful they are on a regular basis.

They have a very large inventory on hand. This is not just a farm supply store. They have a lot of items for your pets. Cats, Birds, Dogs just to name the obvious. They have more different brands of dog food than most pet stores I have seen. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. My dog had injured herself and I was trying to treat her on my own. I didn't know exactly what she needed, but after I brought her in from the car and showed her injuries they knew right away that I needed to take her to the Vet. They did not try to sell me things just to make money. It is refreshing to go somewhere that they actually care about my dog and me instead of just making money. I will go to them whenever I need something and tell everyone I can to do the same. If people keep buying online and at the big " We just want your money stores" we will lose something that you can't buy online. Real people that really care about you and what you need. I don't care about the cost, I will always pay more for the service I receive. I hope everyone that reads this will go and check out one of the few businesses that still cares.

I am a 66 year old woman. I went in to purchase a revolver. I never owned a gun before. Mr. Reynolds is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really took the time I needed to figure out what was what and answer every question. Reynolds is the place to go for firearms, fishing, farm, pets- you name it. It's a family run business. They are honest and fair.
