Fantastic Store! Two paws up, way up. Such amazing, knowledgeable help and advice. They were so wonderful giving my dog-os samples to make sure the pooches would be happy. Are they slightly more expensive than Chewy or other online vendors? Maybe, but it is well with it and you get the satisfaction that you are supporting a local, small business 🐾

Buddy the Malti Poo required a nice wash so my wife and I showed up at Earthwise to use the self wash. The staff were wonderful showing how to use the self wash station and then assisted us with providing recommendations on food. This location has everything you need for your pet!

Best place in the Palm Springs area to bathe your dogs. Very clean, great products in the store and the service is phenomenal. We visit Palm Springs annually with our dogs and I love this store.

Great store. Well intentioned people. They stimulate my dog to such levels, I cannot shop. Once he's calm, here they come with treats or hyping him up again. It's sad you cannot bring your pet to shop with you calmly. Been months since I came, now o remeber why. Too much work to guide my dog and then calm him down repeatedly when they juice juice him up againThis used to be a great store with knowledgeable owners.

I recently visited EarthWise Pet Shop and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the employees. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. They were knowledgeable about the products and services offered and went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed.One of the highlights of my visit was the self dog washing station. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with all the necessary supplies. As a dog owner, I appreciated the convenience of being able to bathe my furry friend on my own without having to worry about the mess at home. The station was easy to use and the staff was available to answer any questions I had.Overall, my experience at this pet shop was top-notch. The employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the self dog washing station was a great addition. I’ve been to 3 different self dog wash facilities all similar in price. I prefer Earthwise because it is always very clean and I don’t feel rushed nor nickel and dimed.....there is one price for wash AND blow dry. It is convenient and when they had a small problem which was beyond their control,I was offered a compensation on my next dog wash. THAT is what customer service looks like. These are some of the reasons I will return to Earthwise over the other neighborhood facilities.

Great place!! I called in the morning hoping to book a doggie self wash for my dog and the customer service I received was amazing! They had a morning appointment available, and we brought our dog for the self wash. The service was great, we were greeted by a concierge who clearly explained everything on how to use the equipment and gave us extra shampoo in case we needed it. I was very impressed with the overall experience, I will definitely go back!!

It was a very good experience and extremely informative. Their products are top-notch, as is their experience in their products. A little high pressure, but very understanding of your dog's/pets needs . I highly recommend this store. Very sorry they no longer do grooming!

The owner seems very knowledgeable. She loved on my puppies and gave samples to test on the pups before we committed. They have grooming sinks for them or you to bathe your babies.

We just found Earthwise and have been so impressed. First the dog bathing section is very clean and well organized and as this was a first for me with my 60lb doodle the assistant could not have been more helpful. Then the selection of food and toys - all very well arranged and great selection. My only regret is that I didn't find EW three years ago when we moved here!!

Top of the line dog/cat food. & GROOMING! A self wash station is also available.They’ve got the best raw brands freeze-dried or frozen, and Earthwise is conveniently located near Albertson’s. Actually, I found better prices here than online and other neighborhood stores.

What a fantastic find! We wanted to self wash our dog but Barking Lot in Cathedral City was not open so a Google search found this wonderful place. They were able to accommodate us last minute for a self wash (call first!) and then after the wash(complete with concierge 😍) we made the huge bonus discovery that they carry the hip and joint supplement (Connectin)we had been searching for in vain all over Phoenix/Scottsdale and Palm Springs!! 👍😊👌🤗 + 😘 from Monty

What a great store ! Delaina knew her products! What a pleasant and genuinely kind person to interact with. I came in looking for CBD for my 5 and 1/2-year-old dachshund Louie who recently had herniated disc surgery. I left with the CBD drops and some real meat jerky treats for the pups and a smile on my face ❤️

I have now been to EarthWise twice to bathe my own dog. The store and washing facilities are extremely clean and well stocked. Lorene ,a store employee was a delight to meet. She was very friendly and treated my dog like a queen , and even lavished her some tasty dog treats! I give this shop five stars and highly recommend it. Found this place online because I was searching for a place that sells primal kitchen raw food for my dog. It is the cutest little shop and they have the best toys and things for your pet. My dog is a huge fan of the lamp chop toys and they sell a bigger version that he is obsessed with. They also carry the small dog chuck it which is extremely hard to find anywhere. This now our go to pet store when we are in Palm Springs.

Doug was very kind to us. I had a very dirty puppy. Even though their self-wash area had closed a few minutes earlier he saw we were desperate. He decided to open it for us so we could clean her up. All ended well thanks to Doug's kindness.

I bring my Collie, Sage for self wash at Earthwise twice a month. She loves the bath very much. Sage browses the treats in the store before her bath. Everything is spotless and there are enough towels and amenities to go around. I have recommended Earthwise to several friends!

Wonderful experience ordering dog food for my Frenchie! They have great brands and ordering online was quick and easy. I needed it delivered same day, so I called after ordering to see if it could be done. Mike contacted me right away and was such a pleasure to deal with & dropped it off within a few hours! Their communication was fantastic- I received an email upon ordering, when they were on their way to deliver, and after it was dropped off. 100% recommend!

This is a relatively new place that is filled with happy people and pets. The new owners have made this a great place for grooming and supplies. They are the nicest and most friendly guys you’d ever want to know with genuine enthusiasm for their new endeavor. The grooming facilities are neat and clean and you can even do a self pet wash if that’s all you need. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Forgot our pups harness and leash. The lady gave our baby some love. We found the perfect size harness, leash and several other items. She also mentioned about the asphalt being extremely hot right now, even in the shade. Much appreciated. We will be back soon. It's hard to find such a friendly and caring pet store.
