Wow! I drove 44 minutes to get here, and it was worth it. The store is super clean. The person that assisted me with my first purchase was Josh. He was super patient because I had a ton of questions and he was super knowledgeable about the 4 Ranitomeya imitators tadpoles my daughter wanted. I left happy and with the thought of being a return customer in mind. If you’re looking for a good reptile shop that’s professional, knowledgeable, and well stocked, this is the place. 👍

Love it! First time visited since I moved here in 2017. Brought my two youngest girls. 3 & 1. Lol, Skarlett was scared at their big gorgeous poodle dog more than anything behind the glass. 😆Great prices, the employees are really knowledgeable and very hands on. Reptiles get TLC! The kids & I enjoyed it very much, lots to look at & explore for such a small store. Spent over an hour. The iguana are so pretty & I got to see a skink up close and personal for the first time. Those are cool. Frogs, and geeks Will return back soon!

Reptile island has such a large amount of diverse reptile varieties; iguanas, tegus, snakes, chameleons, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, rock iguanas, uromastyxs, tortoises, and so much more. They carry supplies, terrariums, vitamins, food supplements, feeders. It's such a great place to buy reasonably priced feeders or just check out the cool lizards they have. The staff is really friendly and help with any questions you may have.

The workers are incredibly friendly and make the experience even better. They have a wide selection of reptiles that are well taken care of. You can tell that the employees truly care about all of the animals they care for. The prices for mice are also pretty good.

We've always noticed this store since it's in the same shopping center as our pharmacy but never stopped in. We were missing out! I'm not looking to add to my menagerie any time soon but looking at all the reptiles was awesome. The employees are very welcoming and friendly.

Bought my first corn snake here, employees are educated and usually have reptiles of their own! So it's nice to hear their opinions when picking up an animal! Awesome place!🐢🐍🦎🦂🕷️ 🕸️

I visited this store today and was appalled by the conditions of the animals. Malnourished snakes, ball pythons kept with no humidity or hides, most with bad sheds stuck. Every enclosure was dangerously unkempt and full of feces. Absolutely do not purchase an animal from these abusers.

Absolutely appreciate the dedication, level of service and products provided from this place, hands down the best reptile/bug/insect and spider shop that exists. Any questions are answered in great detail, kid friendly and great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend stopping by to check it out even if your not ready for a new little buddy.

We have gotten many snakes, chameleons, and supplies from here. So far no issues with any of the pets, our snakes are beautiful, and so so friendly. It does get busy on weekends so, I suggest going in earlier in the week if that is an option for you! Here is a picture of a chameleon I bought!

The customer service here is top tier. I have never walked into an establishment where everyone is so knowledgeable and so happy to teach what they know. They go the extra mile to find and explain. Last Christmas Eve I came to the store right a closing, they were all shut down, my son really wanted a lepard Geico for Christmas. They were so kind to open back up and made my son’s Christmas extra special. I will never forget them for this ❤️ I really appreciate you all. Now we are on the hunt for a sand fish!

Came here with my family. Granddaughter has a Bearded Dragon. Needed more food for him. Staff was very nice. Especially when it came time to clip his nails! The young lady who did that was sooo gentle. He didn't even try and squirm. Place was very busy. didn't know that reptiles were THIS popular. Now I know, LOL.

I have been here many times with my grandson and his friends. The place is very well kept. The employees have been very knowledgeable. Two days ago I purchased a lid for my tank I asked Jake the person I bought it from if it does not fit any problem about bringing it back he said no problem . Well I brought it back now I have a problem the person I am returning it to said they only give you store credit I explained I was never told that and that he could not do anything about it except give store credit. I told him I wanted to speak to the store manager ,he called him and after a Iittle talking him came back and gave me credit back on my card. The thing that bug me the most was the way the employee treated me if I had not push I would have been stuck with store credit. I look and I never saw any sigh that inform me about store credit. I have been the employee where another employee did not give out the correct info and I have been happy to take care of the customer. It is called customer service something we lack now days

I love coming here because even a menial task like buying rodents ends up with me and any of the staff members talking about reptiles for a half hour. Everyone here has a passion for reptiles, it feels less like In going to a store, and moreso like going to visit a close friend and see their collection. They eagerly let me handle new reptiles, they have taken in a couple of my snakes when they’re not eating. I really can’t ask for more from them..

We were so impressed with the service here. We came to buy our niece her first pet, a leopard gecko. They had a great selection and reasonable prices. Both of the staff were very friendly and helpful - thanks to Taylor for showing us how to take care of the gecko! We highly recommend Reptile Island!
