This is an amazing place to buy everything for your pets. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Actually carried my dog food to my car. I buy my dog and cat food there. My rescued dog of 6 years developed elevated liver enzymes. Every repeat lab higher and higher. Since I started him on Raw food, senior labs perfect and liver enzyme result lowered by half!. Scruffy is my senior on the right, Fiona my puppy on their dry food, and my senior kitty on Now. Mimi had digestive problems, she's great!!

The staff here is knowledgeable friendly and very helpful. I enjoy going into the store and feel well taken care of when I do. I never get the feeling that they are trying to sell me something I don't need.They ask good questions about my pets before making recommendations. They even spoke to our vet about nutritional options for my Harry one time! Let's see some clerk at one of the big stores do that.I like the idea of supporting a smaller local business too.

Found this place on Google maps. Went in yesterday and grabbed a little birthday cookie cake, snacks, and a toy for my dachshund. Didn't bring him with me, but I should have! Customer service here was amazing! They answered ALL my questions! I will definitely go back and bring my dog as well! Thank you Protein for Pets!

Our cat (Chewie) kept yakking up his meals. We talked to the folks at Protein for Pets and they recommended a brand that finally agreed with him. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great assortment of non-generic pet food and treats. You are welcome, Chewie! (you prima-donna).

The young lady that helped us there this morning was great. Very knowledgeable about her food products. She was helpful and I appreciate her taking the time to help us pick out the right puppy food for our lil pup. Definitely recommend and definitely would be shopping there for our dogs products.

Always passed by the shop whenever we went to Terra Vista but finally came by to pick up some raw food. The ladies up front were super friendly and helpful! They have a frequent buyer program for the food we picked up which is awesome! It’s always nice to shop small!

The service here has always been great. My only gripe is they have done away with the discounts that actually help loyal returning customers. I have two 65# dogs. They eat a lot. They rarely have the discount on their Naked food anymore. I used to buy two bags at a time. I’ve been buying one lately. Bit at $80 a bag I’m going to have to start shopping elsewhere for my dog food.

I love this place and all the staff who work here. I bring in my two huskies, Nostradamus and Lady here(because it's where they choose to go on their walks) and they get treats from the staff everytime and all of the care! The staff at this store are actual animal lovers and very knowledgeable about their food and products. They are compassionate and sincere and I'm as happy as the huskies are when I shop here. Wow this place has the best customer service EVER! The ladies in their are so sweet and welcoming.To me customer service it the main reason way I keep coming back and of course they have great prices as well. Not to mention when ever I bring my dog in they always spoil her. Everyone should try out their dog food brand my dog loves it!

Great store ,everyone is friendly and pretty knowledgeable. They give treats , they show love to the doggies. Repeat customer. Food is quality and quality is not cheap. i have a doberman , i get her the salmon chekapea . She loves it and no adverse effects like diarrhea or anything when i switched over to it . Oh yeah they do raw diets too. I get her the frozen chicken/ turkey necks as treats . They have them freezed dried also , i might try it next time .

This is my favorite pet food store ever! I love that they only sell high quality food and have products like CBD oil. I buy a mix of their freeze-dried dog food and their kibble. The ladies that work here are what makes coming here so enjoyable. They always go above and beyond for their customers!

I enjoy driving to this location from the high desert to pick up my pets food. The people here are extremely knowledgeable and really are great. Especially when it comes to choosing the right food. The atmosphere is wonderful, can’t wait to get a location a little closer but will continue driving to this location to pick up our needs.

Only one employee was working when I recently went (either older teenage or young 20s female) and she was completely rude. Stood behind the counter gossiping and basically screaming with a friend. Didn't help at all, and everything was overpriced. Won't be going there again.
