I had no idea what to do or what to get. She not only recommended the perfect product, Coconut Nesting Material, but she also took the time to demonstrate how and what to do with it. Thanks Lexi! I installed with gloves as you recommended and mom and dad are attending to their new family!! I will be a customer for life because of Lexi. You guys are awesome! Thanks again!!! When I was at the petsmart store I saw the store nice and clean. And I like the good service that an associate did in helping get the food for my tarantula. She was nice to me. And she did a good job asking me how many crickets I will like for my tarantula and what size.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Samantha injured Lily's right eye! She also did not complete grooming her. The nails were not clipped, ears were not cleaned, the hind area was not shaved and Lily had poo on her unshaved bum which leaves me to wonder if Lily was even given a bath and what really went on there. Total incompetence!! And it took 5 hours for half a job! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I took my dog in to get groomed right before the holidays, and boy am I glad I did because he looks amazing! Ananda J was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only that, but she actually paid attention to how I wanted my baby’s.. I mean dogs hair cut. Which I feel is rare to find in groomers these days. Will definitely be coming back in the near future!

I have an English Golden Retriever. It was his first time at the groomers. He sheds like crazy and I was a little skeptical about getting him the de shedding packet. He is only 10 months super hyper but he was so calm and really enjoyed his visit!! When I saw him he looked wonderful! And even better he smelled so lovely!!!! Better than when I shower him haha! When we passed our fingers through his coat only one hair came out!!! I should've done this a long time ago. Really recommended!

PetSmart was wonderful! My dog look really handsome now thanks to Jasmine the groomer who did a beautiful job! Well, that was a past comment, my new comment is that Brenda the cashier was very caring helping me with the dog as I walked in for the appointment and that Kristen the groomer did an excellent grooming job on Bashier! We love PetSmart!

What an experience. I waited for help for more than 10 minutes. Had to ask twice until finally someone came. The employee wasn’t really knowledgeable and could really answer my questions so I took my frustration with me and left without buying anything. I will go to the store near my house that seem to be better and I always get a good service.

Another favorite PetSmart. Very friendly and welcoming. They can be quite busy but will always make sure you are taken care of. The staff carries a great attitude despite being understaffed and they always acknowledge the four legged visitors. Luv it!

after years of experiencing great customer service here in the grooming department, this was my experience on 01/19/24:I had 2 grooming appointments today at 5 pm with Aspen. Initially upon coming in, she was in lunch and Alyssa greeted me and checked one of my dogs. He is about 80 pounds. Alyssa checked him herself and stated he is matted and quoted me 40 dollars extra for matting. She explained how that is the maximum amount of money that could be charged for him being matted. I said I’ve been here many times and they’ve been matted before and they always have charged 15 dollars for them being matted. She said she would just quote me the maximum price in case they take that long but then said to talk to her groomer which would be back shortly. Aspen showed up, and she said she would check the other dog first, the smaller 10 pound dog. She checked her and stated she wasn’t that matted. That her head and tail are okay And she wouldn’t have to shave her completely. Then she went to check on the the big dog in the back and Alyssa went inside to talk to her. She came back and changed her mind and said it would be 40 dollars extra for EACH for their matting, after talking to Alyssa in the back. I argued that why she changed her mind if she already stated she was not that matted, plus there is a huge size difference in both dogs and Alyssa stated 40 would be the maximum price to charge for matting for the 80 pound dog, so why would that be the case for the smaller 10 pound dog as well after she stated she wasn’t that matted. She changed her mind again by stating that actually if she wanted she could charge over 40 dollars on matting on the big dog if she wanted, and I stated that Alyssa said that would actually be the maximum price . So does each groomer have their own price policy,? Why does each groomer blurt out different prices and maximum they would charge and change mind of prices after being talked to by another groomer not doing the job. Also why not the 15 that I was charged before, which are clearly written from previous notes of years of history in this place. Furthermore, if the customer service couldn’t get any worse than this, Aspen outdid herself by stating “well you could take them home and brush them out yourself.” These groomers demonstrated poor customer service and unprofessionalism; the worst I’ve seen in my entire life. It was Friday night, the supervisor was not around, and they thought they could get paid to treat people and dogs like trash. Stay away from these two at all costs!

Will NEVER take my dog back here EVER EVER AGAIN! They cut his fur from the middle of his waist to his head, called me because he was in the cage too long and he has a bum back leg. Very unprofessional!!

I took my chihuahua to their grooming salon for a walk in visit. He had the Pawdicure plus, which included nail trim and buff, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, a spritz of cologne and a bandana. Liz is the groomer that helped us. She was informative, courteous, friendly and she really took good care of my chihuahua. We both left with a smile. Thank you Liz and Petsmart!

The store is clean, good service, regular food in-stock, I am giving a 4 star cause everytime i needed wet food for my cat who had a Kidney problem the store was out of stock, I went looking for puppy formula and it was out of stock, I went looking for carsick pills for my dog and they were out of stock, antidiarrheal for my dog and they were out of stock.The shelf are not well stock, always empty not a very dependable store, Managers lets do some homework Please !!

We miss Nico! We have taken our poodle for grooming here 5 times, the first 3 times were superb! Nico was very patient and always received our dog with excitement and a big smile, you can tell she took good care of him. The service deteriorated the last 2 times since she left, hence 3 Stars out of 5, we will definitely try somewhere else.

This pace is addicting, lol. We've gone in 3 times this week alone. The staff are very polite and helpful, and you meet other pet lovers with good advice as well as just chatting it up about having a pet in the family. The coupon book saved us quite a bit on our first day when we needed literally everything for our AJ's welcoming into his new home. Close and convenient!!!
