Always helpful and only cary high quality food and accessories. If you ate looking for better quality food for your pets they have countless options including raw and lightly cooked human grade food. I’ve been shopping here for years and have always been happy.

I have many great things to say about pet joy. One they have all the specialty food and treats that I love to get for my clients and my own pets. Two, staff there has always provided me with amazing customer service. Lastly, I love the fact that I can order stuff from them if they don’t carry it. Thank you pet joy, and thank you Kim!

I have a pet store that sells specialty food right by my house, but I make the drive to Pet Joy because they are so nice and helpful. Kim is awesome, honest, and knowledgeable. If you’re running late they will stay open for you as long as you call.

Great prices and they have a program where you buy 12 bags and get one free. Lower prices than some of the local feed stores.They are limited on choices, but they carry some of the top brands like nutrisource and Stella and chewy.Glad to say I found my local feed shop.

If there were no stars I would select it but unfortunately there isn't one! But any how this company is a joke! They ended up charging my card $6.95 for shipping then 144.92 with no product lol I tried it for my chocolate lab, well it made him really sick on day 3 so took him to vet (allergic reaction) DC it called company got shrugged off totally! Very poor customer service

Never again. Going to my bank in the morning to dispute charges and report fraud. Tried very hard to avoid this. If you care about your pet/family as I do...find another source for what is needed. I don't usually post statements like this. This time I feel no guilt in doing so.

I've been going there for my cats and dog for about 6 years. Kim is SO helpful and knowledgeable about pet health! As everyone working there! They carry only the best selection of pet food and if they don't have it - they order it for you! Pet Joy has saved me a lot of $. And, you can't put a price on their customer service and smiling faces. I love this place!!!

It is pricey, but they have a good rewards program where you buy 10 bags of food then you’ll get your next one free. I do not get that option anywhere else. Staff is very nice and friendly. I recommend it.

Love this place. Lots of Dog and cat supplies. Dog and cat food, treats, I even buy turtle food here. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and nice. Prices are not bad! They also offer single does of frontline flea products.

This is a great little store with a good selection of food and very decent prices. They are usually a bit cheaper than the big chain stores and they still have the loyalty program for a free bag of food after you buy several. The staff is great and are always friendly.

The employees know and care about what healthy for your pets. They take their time if you need help or have questions. For grain-free food the prices are great. My dog Loves the treats I bring him from Pet Joy!

Kim is very friendly and knowledgeable but what is even more important and very rare.. is she pays attention to details by listening and she truly cares!!!PetJoy has a huge selection of only quality products!! If u need quality, affordability, information, suggestions, etc... then this is where u need to go and I have been everywhere!!!

Pet Joy is not a pet store, it is a relationship driven business that puts the customer in front. Pet Joy is 11 miles from our home. There are other options more conveniently located. We are loyal to Pet Joy because they are ALWAYS there for us. This means staying open after closing so we can purchase what our dogs need, advocates for our dogs providing evidence based input on products, and always make our dogs feel welcome when they take the road trip to Pet Joy with us.
