This place has very poor costumer service. Often cancels appointment short notice! Super over price for the service! Will not recommend!

This place takes very good care of your pets. They listen to what you need groomed and how. If they get it wrong, they are always willing to correct it in a humble and listening way. My only issue is that they do not answer the phone when calling but they do call you back. They are also out a while so make sure you plan a month in advance or schedule your next grooming at time of pick up.The staff is very kind and professional along with caring. It is also safe as they wear mask and only allow one person in at a time.

I've taken my dogs to other groomers in Rancho and in my city in Rialto. Barks & Bones are best. I will drive 30 min to their shop. I've taken all three of my Shih tzu there. And they always do a great job and my pups are happy.

I’ve had such bad groomer experiences with my puppy the last few months with other groomers. I’ve literally paid pet smart $50 three times to get my puppy groomed and they’ve always said she’s too jumpy and they can never do anything. Today was my first visit and in less than 2 hours they were able to groom her! Loved the attention that she got and the fact that she was comfortable enough with Alana was an amazing feeling. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to her and this location! Thanks to Alana’s patience with my pup you have another loyal customer!

OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!!!! I was quoted $60-$80 of a bath and nail clipping. When I told the associate my German Shepard weighed 50 lbs he said it would be closer to $60. This was already expensive from last years price of $45. But it’s so close and convenient. So I dropped her off and had my father pick her up and he was charged $75. I was so appalled I went down there to talk to the manager. Her response was if I don’t like the price I can go elsewhere. I sure will and I hope you do the same.

Pictures below are from before surgery at the vet. Groomer decided to use scissors in a sensitive area, ended up stabbing my dog and requiring staples. They were reluctant to pay the vet bill, and never called to check on my dog.Stay as far away as possible.

I've been taking my Yorkie and Chihuahua to Barks & Bones for years and they always provide a consistently good grooming for my dogs. Can be tough to get an appointment and not inexpensive, but they must be worth it because I keep coming back.

When I moved to Rancho Cucamonga I had to find a new groomer for my Pomeranian. I first went to Petsmart and they are just horrible. They do not understand how to groom a Pomeranian. It was a disaster and they charged more for it! I found Barks & Bones through Yelp and I just love them. They are just as good as the groomer I was using before I moved but $10 less! I was amazed. Petsmart charged me $30 more and made my dog look like sh**!. Barks & Bones are really good at what they do. Staff are always friendly, appointments are easy to set up, great communication with costumers, and the price is super affordable for the quality of service. You can't go wrong with them. Did a nice job on a basic wash and full body trim for my dog. Prices were on par with other establishments. Took about 2.5 hours for a 40 lb dog.
