Start off by saying Juanita is very nice, the move in process is easy.This is a very nice storage, affordable price. I was recently at a storage down the street which has horrible conditions and was not clean.This storage however is clean and also the Access hours are good too. You don't have to access your things when the office is open.

Horrible service since new owners came in.Many time I was shout out of storage because of new system and them taking over.Then raised rent 80$ then gave me a notice to vacate because they are remodeling.Over charging me and when they terminate my lease had to be out nmby 22 they call asking for my money on the 6th I said I’ve been out they said ok you own this months rent still haha wth I’ve been outa there for two weeks nowAnd when they over charged me because I had to be out by 22 they charged awhole month rent then they’ll refund pro rated rate from 22nd to end of month.No refund but say I owe the following month .Stay away from these people scam artist all the way.Lady at front seat is the rudest person I’ve ever met

It there were a negative star I would choose that above a one star rating. After receiving only a 30 day notice that they are renovating, we had to travel 600 miles to find out that my storage was overrun but rats. I lost a lot of property due to their rat infestation. So be careful before choosing this company.

I called to ask a question about a email and the man who answered the phone was absolutely rude. Wouldn’t even let me get my concerns out told me I was a liar. Just horrible customer service!!!! Never had a problem with them until now!
