The service center here does not pay attention to detail. I brought my boat in for a basic annual service and they managed to mess that up. They for got to check the oil filter before installing causing all the oil to drain from the engine. This error was major considering we tried turning on the boat. When we checked the engine compartment we noticed all the oil at the bottom of the engine. You can see that the oil stick has no oil. Also, when we brought the boat back they did a mediocre job cleaning up the mess leaving oiled hand prints on the upholstery. We tried contacting the owner but no call back. Go buy your boat somewhere else considering you will need to service it here if you buy it here. Not even an apology or credit for their mistake.This experience was not pleasant from the start. They act as if they don't need your business. I never had this problem at their Stockton store. The unfortunate part is that the owner was made aware of this but no response.You decide if this is the service you want after spending big money on your boat.

Larson Marine (Folsom) is a great example of a quality team of employees who are passionate about the brands they sell and the services they provide. I drove 3 hours to have my Malibu searviced and they treated me exceptionally well. Not only did I leave feeling like a valued costumer, their work spoke for itself. Lucas did a great job in the pro shop getting me outfitted with a new wakeboard set up. He understood I was under a time crunch to get in and out and he focused on being efficient and valuing my time. He went above and beyond in customer service.

This place is amazing! We traded in our boat and upgraded to a malibu 21ft vlx. They treated us with the upmost respect. Derrick was our salesman, super nice guy! Gave us a thorough walk through of our new boat. Gave us an awesome deal when a different dealer turned us down and was rude actually. These guys rock!! If you are looking for a new boat, give these guys a try. They have the best financing company who worked super hard to get us financed. All around best boat dealer I've ever dealt with. 5 stars, 10 if i could give it to them.

I bought my 2011 MB from them. Great boat, awesome service, and great personel. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience when buying my boat. I bought a used 2018 LSV 23 from a private party and called Larsen Marine before to see if a 410 Moonson motor would be enough for Tahoe. They said no problem and advised me to bring it in to get a high altitude prop on it. I purchased the boat and took it directly to Larsen Marine and asked the service manager for the right Prop for Lake Tahoe. They installed a 2247 which did nothing for my boat. It was a dog in the water. I called Ultimate Marine in Sparks and Bill and Bob there are great. They said Larson is telling people the wrong info for Lake tahoe and putting wrong props on boats. If you l live in tahoe you need a min of 450 horse power and a 2773 prop. I called larson marine and asked them to replace or credit me for the wrong prop. I got a service manager and he said the owner or manager would call me but they never did. Larson not only gave me wrong information for Lake tahoe engine size but they installed a incorrect prop on my boat that cost me $800 dollars. I do not recommend anyone going to this business to purchase a boat or get service. I will be using ultimate marine or sporting edge in antioch. If i could give zero stars I would ...

I purchased a MB Tomcat, my experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a large ticket items... The personal were KNOWLEDGABLE, POLITE, AND FRIENDLY. The Owner Craig was so nice as was Derick. Let me start by saying anyone dealing with customer service should take a note out of Larson Marine's book. We happened to stop by Larson Marine in search of a Mastercraft and stumbled across a MB Sports. The staff was extremely knowledge and didn't have the typical "salesmen" mentality. Rather, they let their vast amount of knowledge on the boat sell itself. With every large purchase, there typically is a hiccup or two. Derek, Mike, and Craig went over and above to ensure the process of buying a boat was enjoyable, hiccups were resolved, and we were satisfied with the boat. Mike helped us get everything we could possibly need to have fun on the water and to ensure the boat remains in excellent condition. They even delivered our boat 120 miles from their showroom. I could go on and on giving examples of their excellent customer service but I'll leave it at that. If you are in the market to buy a boat, visit Larson Marine. You will not be disappointed.
