I went in looking of an item I really had no knowledge about, and I was sent to Thomas Schubin. And not only did he help me with that item he helped me find the exact product my granddaughter was looking for an art project. He even gave her a discount because of the school paper we had. We were ever so thankful. But as great as that was it was even better because he was kind and smiled the whole time he was helping us. He is one big reason we will be coming back to your store.

You might as well never try to call this store to find out anything. Unbelievable that no one picks up a phone in this store. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD IF SOMEONE IF YOU CALL. I've called 5 separate times and tried different methods to get ahold of someone. Been on hold for over 30 mins...

They have the products,but not all of the products they have online. Went there to get a quote on fencing. Was told that they don't have a an in house calculator app that would give me a written estimate at the store, only an itinerant person who would come to your home and give the estimate onsite. So much for DIY. They could do so much better. Went to Lowe's and got the estimate.

I say a 3 because I am limited on where to find certain items elsewhere. Employees understaffed, especially where they have new self checkout.I had an older $100. Bill, it wouldn't go in the machine at self check. 3 employees tried to insert it but failed as well. There was not a person in the store that could verify the bill and exchange it. No live register at all.

This is the slowest Home Depot. I’ve seen compared to the Carmichael Home Depot. It looks like it’s closed. ~. If you’re looking for a Home Depot that’s not too busy has employees that can help available most all the time this is your location I can only assume there’s not a lot of remodeling going on in Rancho Cordova is this Home Depot is always slow parking available representatives to help you available at least every time I’ve been there.So if you’re looking for parking and information from Home Depot employees available, most all the time this is your location good luck and happy new year for 2024 👍👍👍

It's a Home Depot. Nothing more and nothing less. If only I could admire that special tool without having my spell constantly broken by people trying to get around me. Thankfully the holiday display specials are relatively uncrowded. Oh I really want that Dewalt 90 degree drill/impact attachment with the special bits! A perfect Christmas present for myself.

I then to Home Depot looking for cabinets and shelving they have a large selection . Setting up a Shop up for my son need to finish the plans . I did get two storages boxes for me . The store is well lite and the staff are very helpful .

Friendly staff to me (white middle aged male) but not as helpful to my wife (who is a much better carpenter and groundskeeper than me, she just doesn't look like the kind of person that loves to wield power tools and a chain saw)

Doing a starter kit for my daughter as she wanted to plant flowers and such. Jess B was awesome and did a little help while she was very busy with helping others and doing her work. I was pleased to have her assist me as quickly as she did. I definitely will shop here again just because of my experience.

The guys here are pretty cool. Good service and fast. They are more than willing to help out and will get you what you need. Both the indoor and curbside pickup is also good and fast. I recommend using these for faster checkouts and convenience.

Worst experience again!! Second time waiting for an employee to cut lumber for me and second time waiting a half hour plus! Repeatedly went to customer service to get updates on assistance and got duhhhhhhhh!!! Complete waste of time. There will not be a third!!! Here I come Lowe's. FPOS HD

I asked 3 people to call someone to help me cut baseboard wood, they all said yes. I waited by the wood 3 times, no one ever showed - I’m taking my entire bathroom remodel project to Lowe’s, this isn’t the first time I’ve been completely ignored by your employees- it’s almost like they have a special training to disregard anyone that needs help

I have been a customer of Home Depot for years but my last customer experience with them has been awful!I bought a microwave to replace a broken one which I bought few years ago from Home Depot. First visit I took the model number and the sales person said she needs measurements of microwave and model number is not important! so I went back couple weeks later this time another sales person said the only thing she needs is the model number! However I bought the microwave plus installation and Hal away of the old one!Finally they delivered the microwave but they refused to install it because the distance between microwave and oven has to be minimum 18 inch’s and mine was 17 inches .. never heard of this and I was advised to get a handyman to install it since Home Depot and delivery company doesn’t want to be responsible if anything happens … went back to Home Depot and they had no idea of new city code and do not want to give my money back since waiting to get their product from delivery company….these workers are not educated about their products.. customer service means nothing to them . After 2 months I got illegal advice to have handyman to do the job so they are not responsible! I was replacing exact model . I am frustrated and still do not have my money . Worst service I ever got. Entered the store found a team member and asked where I could find led/halogen light bulbs. Instead of looking at her device or the screen she proceced to hem and haw and tell me to walk to the middle of the store past the paint. I get to the lighting section and could not find what I was lookin for so I find another team member and ask they send someone to lighting. This young man shows up and cant find the item. I told him it was on line and they had it in stock. In the middle of him helping me this old man stands next to him and he asks him if he needs help. He said he does and so the home depot dude begins helping him, totally drops me and for the next couple of minutes is trying to understand what the old man was looking for. I left! worst service I ever got, not going back

If I could give 10,000 stars I would the level of customer service that Andrea and Thomas had with me and my family was like no other, they were very friendly and attentive to our needs they new exactly what I needed even before I could finish a sentence, a Thomas and Andrea should be managers they really know how to help. I hope they train everybody that works there to be just like them, great Job 👏🏼

I’d give zero stars if that was a choice! The App and the website both said they had the items I wanted. Surprise they took payment for curbside pickup and of course the items didn’t exist. Now I have to wait 5 business days until I get my credit. That makes it after July 4 ! Home Depot sucks the website and the app are useless and so are the employees. Never again

My husband and I have spent well over $70,000 here on a 6 month period for the MOST LAZIESY customer service EVER !!!!!!!- 3 guys outside just 5 min. ago 5:50 pm 5/2/2023 and NOT 1 ask my husband if he needs help loading doors ..... Mind you we are seniors. "Some"of this newer generation have NO respect for their elders anymore.

First off, the customer service is terrible. I had asked three different people just to call someone over the tool section to help me. The person in the tool section was not much help at all. They didn't know what a wrench was for a table saw. Which by the way they don't carry. Second they also don't have bolt penetrator in the entir store. Strangely poor selection and terrible customer service.
