This review is specific to service and pre-order - find blown away that there are currently six people behind the counter and not a word of communication between them.They seem to be late on orders this morning and even with a call heads up both yesterday and 15 minutes before arriving, they still did not have a single coffee carrier order - The reason this is frustrating is that on the phone I was promised it would be ready and that it was done and ready to go.On top of that, the quoted price magically went up overnight, every time I think I don't need to take down a customer rep's name, that's when I'm burned. Wish I need a name so I could at least point out who made the promise and who fell through.At least it's an opportunity to teach my kiddo who was with me, when you make a promise you keep a promise, it's your reputation at stake.

The baristas at this Starbucks are nice and very fast. They run out of items quickly, though, but you can check in the app before you go. They have plenty of inside and outside seating, as well as restrooms.Parking: Lots of parking on the other side of the main parking lot drive.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available at Starbucks and Chili's across the street. Plenty of handicap seating.

The place was clean and nice, but I had the worst experience with the barista "Jo". In the morning I walked in with a bag of unopened ,unexpired Starbucks coffee bean ,I asked Jo to help me grind it she told me she is not sure if she can do it because I did not buy it from their store and she doesn't want to risk it. Come on It is just a bag of coffee bean ,it is not hazmat!! She told me to go to a different Starbucks store to get it grinded. I was confused at the moment. She also told me that she has been work there for ten years and they just changed the policy, but she doesn't get the update for the new policy... I do feel bad for her when she told me that the store change policy every week, I also feel bad for the company when a ten-year employee doesn't know what their policy is.... I would not go back to a store like that no more....

This is the Starbucks I always came when I was a high school student However I stoped by here today and tried to get some drinks. we ordered three frappe and they are really tasty. However, I asked for a cup of ice and the first time I asked the person said ok but didn’t even give it to me. I have to asked three time for a cup of ice. Showed really poor customer service. Kinda disappointed of this location.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited in my life the manager Jordan is extremely racist and has no empathy towards customers , her customer service skills are terrible every time I visted the store and I had a concern she gives me mean looks never apolgizes and is extremly If you are on a break or lunch break I do not reccomend going to this location they will not prioritize your order.

Have been coming to this location near daily for the past several years. The Employees are fantastic and very friendly! They work together as a true team and you can tell most are friends with each other outside of their work-life - which is a rare thing to see nowadays! I've seen nothing short of perfect service from the members here and they're happy and quick to correcting any orders that do not meet the Customer's expectations. I don't see this atmosphere in other local Starbucks location.

I wish this place had more outlets. There’s only 2 outlets in the whole store which is frustrating. Besides that, this is an awesome location. The employees are very friendly and they always make the best drinks. Service is quick and they always update the app right away to let you know your drink is ready, unlike the Starbucks on Sunrise.

I put in a mobile order since the app allowed me to order until closing (8pm). However when I walked over the door was locked apparently as of 7pm. So without a car, I had to walk in the driveway to pick up my order. It was an unpleasant experience. I wish there was mention of this somewhere on the app or on their doors. Drink was decent though!

Went in for the delicious macadamia nut cold brew and the service was above and beyond. Nauryz was making drinks and still answering questions I had about cold brew vs nitro cold brew. Abby was the cashier, and she was so vibrant and welcoming. There were 2 other staff, who were smiling and would join in the conversation as well. Great clean location.

Watch out your order, one of their staff doesn’t really care about what’s in it. She tried to put someone’s else order with mine. And obviously, they are slowing down their speed of working on the orders which took us 30 minutes wait for one order which we posted through the app because they were talking with their friends and messing around with cups which not really acceptable during a high peak period.
