I paid $16.29 for two items. Two days later, my account was double charged (total $32.58) but I was denied a 'refund' for lack of a receipt, even though bank account records and the managers computer confirmed that they took $16.29 from my account two days later without my authorization.I recommend paying cash or keep all receipts. I will not return as a customer

The store has closed fitting rooms for a long time. a long line of people. and the staff cannot help to open an additional room. I want to buy clothes, and as a customer I have the right to try them on without waiting so long.

1 fitting room 5 people waiting. Staff cannot be bothered. We asked if they would open 1 more they rudely said no too bad..literally 15 people in line with 1 checker. Miss attitude went to lunch. Act like they are doing you a favor to have customer service. Now I remember why I haven't been here in years. We always call this store "crusty Ross". Dirty crusty attitude. Oh and they always treat everyone like they are coming in to steal. Just avoid this place.

I understand.. security is primordial.. today have a issue the security gay stop me .. wit my parents a old people and que spend $250 dollar in store when we pay to the cashier it is a lady,,she has an actitud like I don't wants to work and take the staff I put on top of the desk she don't take to he sensor of security she gives the amount of money and I pay when we cross the line to sensor detector sounds and we cross the exit. And the security call us to came back to the store.. like we good people returned and the security say us something's like hey gay maybe you.have a sensor .so we returned and again saund.,the sec call us again so saund like Three times.and I feel like stupid.. because we don't have anything and I get upset . how's possible.they trat me like steel something I'm spend too much money.to get treated like that I feel like discriminate on front of my parents.. my parents came from other state.. and they a good citizen they feel gross..and I ask my self way they don stop.thiss

this is the worst Ross I've ever been to the shelves have nothing on it every time you walk in here they're looking at you like you're trying to steal.I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT THIS ROSS.I came to return an item and there's nothing wrong with it from another store the manager Tristan refused to accept the item because he did not want to take an item from another store and all that was wrong with it was the sticker with the barcode was a little scratched

Good Employee: Cierre Taylor. Does an amazing job in security making sure costumer come back to checkout after door alarm goes off and also gives valuable information about store product, helping me purchase a specific cologne.

We have shopped here often and have generally found the staff to be friendly. They clearly work hard to keep the merchandise in their proper areas. Ross is interesting as their inventory is constantly changing. If you're willing to take the time to look, you can get some really great deals.

My daughter and I went there to search for a dress for her graduation. We found a one of a kind. I have never seen her more excited. She was the best dressed there. Also managed to pick up some amazing summer dresses. Great selection.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff.Cashier gave my mom the wrong change and immediately made a huge fuss when she pointed it out. The manager was not much better. The security officer who reviewed the tapes was also loud and used foul language. When the camera footage proved that my mom was right, she was given the correct change, but not even offered an apology... Horrible experienceThis should have been a simple situation to correct. Mom was treated so rudely when she literally did nothing wrong.

Giving it 4 stars because typically this location is great with stock, staffing, etc. Went on Xmas Eve about 6 pm and as expected stock was low for many things. But there were still decent selections in many areas of the store. The checkout line was reasonable but only one active cashier so it took a bit longer. Overall it was worth the trip.

I love this store! They have so much of a great selection and I always find new and exciting things! This location has plenty of parking and I really appreciated being greeted at the door. I enjoy looking at shoes and purses especially. You can sometimes find amazing deals on designer items too. They always have a really fun selection of home goods too. I would recommend visiting this store.

Came to this store a few times and service was okay. Today after shopping and waiting in line more then 15mins to check out they couldve announced on the mic credit/debit was down. I understand theyre working trying to get it fix but some of us customers dont carry cash nor live in the neighborhood to return to pay for the items even if they were willing to put it on hold for us. Sadly we were inform only when we reached the cashier.

Took my granddaughter shopping. Nothing like her witnessing a bare a$$ lady changing her clothes in the parking lot. Sad she was unhoused but still....go into a public restroom, behind the building, or bushes. Mental illness must have been involved 😪

Myles is the rudest and ugliest store manager I’ve ever meet. This Ross sucks and so does Oahn the cashier. This place is a joke. Come here if u wanna get verbally abused and disrespected for no reason.

Solid choice for cheap cloths. I come here every so often for a new shirt or shorts or whatever and they typically have a pretty good selection to choose from. Prices vary, but typically they are below the asking price if you were to buy directly from the manufacturer. So either way it's a pretty good choice.

This place is always a go-to for my family and I on the weekends! The employees are almost always friendly and the items are pretty cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. It’s similar to TJ MAXX or a Marshall’s but cheaper and less variety. Good Ross store. Clean organized. Good customer service. Fitting rooms available. Lots of clothes and bath and body cuddies. Can buy toddler and baby clothes here too as well as women's and men's.

I like Ross because sometimes you can find really good deals that will make you want to come back. This store is a little rough - you get the impression that the demographic may be shady because they treat everyone with suspicion, but at the same time I'm seeing that militant pat down of try ons and inspection of bags at other locations too, so not unique here (maybe just more pronounced). The security regular here is a really nice guy. Service at the check out can be spotty, but that's what you get for finding those random name brand deals - you have to decide whether you want to wait in line or just not deal with it!

Well maintained, clean, pretty big selection of clothes for a fraction of the price.Someone said their fitting rooms close 1.5 hours before the store closing... While that being an inconvenience, I don't see how this one thing can force a 1 🌟 review (imho).

Not enough people available to help, had security help carry a item to the front registar. Did not offer assistance in carrying heavy item to car or have carts to push item to car. Was not impressed with customer service, cashier seemed annoyed when ringing up customer. Get more people available to help.

This Ross has limited inventory, whenever I go about half the racks are empty. If you're lucky you'll find what you need. But just know they don't have much stock.

Don't shop at this Ross...unless you enjoy being followed (very obviously) by loss prevention, with no care of enforcing masks or social distancing within the store. It was also quite disorganized and messy. I've never been less satisfied at a Ross before, and that's saying a lot. I'd give zero stars if I could.
