The young man working the self checkout tonight was very friendly and helpful. This shouldn't come as a surprise to me because I've had rewarding experiences and/orInteraction with the young men and women who have decided to work as opposed to just sitting at home glued to a screen.

This was my first visit this New Store. The Date was November 21st. I was greeted by the Store's Manager Rich. I was able to speak to him for a good 20 minutes or more about how he and his employees are making this one of the best grocery stores in town. I was very pleased to see the cleanliness of the store and how "Roomy" and "Open" the store felt. What I found to be the highlight of my visit was how nicely this store is laid out and the meticulous attention to detail given to the organization of the merchandise. You will really be impressed when you visit this store and see for yourself how good of a job Rich and his team have made this one of the best in town.

Was told product was on sale. Nothing stating I needed the extra care like other products. Got to the front and denied the discount.Wouldn't do it even after I pointed it out.

The store is clean and isles are wide.Some of these employees aren't the friendliest (they're actually a little ego centric.)- dancing in the checkout. And I mean dancing like nobody's there- talking about customers over their headsets, multiple occasions. (little fat guy at the checkout manager's position)- lack of acknowledgement for patronsThought it would get better after being open a while but it didn't.Lowering my rating.

Looks like this is a new store. I really like the way this one is laid out, and the atmosphere of the store. That’s a nice touches, wood paneling, perhaps this is an experiment for some of their new look stores. Love Raley’s quality in produce and meat.

Small Asian section but they stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauces. Nice produce department. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Super helpful and nice employees. they will even go out of their way to show you exactly where a product is that you're looking for. The produce section is very clean and well-organized. They have a variety of products in their store, although not a ton of each product. More like a sampling of a lot of products. The parking lot has a lot of parking spaces. It seemed that most of the dairy and meat products are in coolers with doors. That's a bit different than many other grocery stores. I highly recommend shopping here.

Raleys is basically just a clean, spotless cookie-cutter store that offers nothing but quality products at maximum prices. If you want to clean store, go here if you want cheaper more fordable items don’t come here they have a great sandwich deli.

Absolutely stellar customer service here. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Great produce with some good sales. The regular prices are high, but if you shop the sales you will get some bargains.

My visit here was great no issues or problems, the Sushi is always the best and I love that 9 times out of 10 they are making it fresh when I show up with is Awesome!!Overall my visit was excellent I wish they also had a hot wok but that's okay the Sushi is always top notch and the store always looks great!!Thank you!!

Moldy Produce!I have mentioned it to someone from the produce section last week, but I guess that department does not care about the quality of produce being sold to customers. For the past few months I have noticed a drastic decline in the quality of Raley's produce and specifically their berries. The person who I spoke eith from produce said that they are constantly getting new stock in and that it just sits in the back and that could be the reason why we are seeing so much rotten fruit being sold to the public. Granted I tested out purchasing 3 types of berries on multiple occasions in the last 6 months and the last 3-4 months have shown a drastic drop in quality. I will bring strawberries home that will rot within 1-2 days before washing (because that does make a difference) as an example. Almost all of the berries found within the produce section have at least 1+ rotten pieces. And having to hunt and peck to find berries that are not over ripe or rotten is extremely difficult. (If they are being stored together, the mold will transfer.) This is not condusive for keeping a sanitized and clean store when all of your customers have to touch each berry package to find one that is not rotten.I decided it was the last straw when I found mold on the raspberries on the fruit tart I purchased from their bakery. So now not only is the produce department not paying attention to moldy products being sold, but the bakery is as well. This is not sanitary.

As everything is so expensive everywhere. I was unsure of buying the New York cut of stake at the butcher counter. Mostly had no idea how to cook it. I ask the young guy behind the counter busy cleaning up at the end of the day about how to cook and worried about the price. He dropped what he was doing was very friendly and helpful.The stake came out great because of his advice on how to cook them .So thank you sir . 5/13 /23

Great place to shop. Always clean. Produce and meat are always good. I will say though, today, for the first time I've seen, there was an armed security guard trolling around the exits to all the cashier lines. A little over the top in my opinion. If you absolutely need one, can't he hang out by the cafe or somewhere less visible until needed?

Clean layout good choices even for Spirits, beer & wine. Angled shelves are unusual in my opinion as flow thru the store is awkward. Fresh Seafood us offered and available. The location is very good for all the new construction homes. Good job.

Amazing place. Has many products for you to buy like apples to milk and meat and it's so open and has a little cooking area there where they serve you food and overall good for quick shopping or shopping for food.

I didn't think that Rally's family does would allow this kind of discrimination amongst their team members towards withers those patronizing the supermarket or those passing through the parking lotI'm disappointed.I used to like this store , until this morning. I was riding in front of Rally's at the same time employees WITHOUT KEY'S we're standing in front waiting to be let inHe spit at me and that has got to be the most disrespectful and disgusting thing a person can do . What kind of response does he think he's going to get? Hugs?Anyway despite any differences , real or imagined , culturally ignorant or shocked. I AM A HUMAN BEING AND I WILL NO T TAKE THIS INTOLERANT Treatment . Especially from the entitled generation

Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Bakery didn't have a lot of selection but everything else was well stocked. Disability carts were fully charged and drive smoothly

I feel if the cashier don't want to be there, put them in the stockroom.My wife and I went in the store today, went to register 12 with the Asian gentleman. There was no "hello" or anything. Even when we spoke, there was ni response.He asked me what type of bags I want, but I didn't understand him, but my wife did. So she answered and relayed to Mr what he was trying to say. I apologized to him for not catching what he was saying, and he totally ignored me.I feel this community is too good and expensive to have this type of service. Terrible service. I expect more!!!!

I love this store so much! It is always so clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The ladies at the cafe area make THE BEST COFFEE. I go there almost daily for an iced caramel macchiato and they make it perfect. They are so friendly and welcoming. I used to dread going to the grocery store but I enjoy being here. Thanks for all your hard work!

Clean, well organized, fresh everything, and lots of variety. My only complaint is they rarely ever have the Horizon organic milk for my toddler in stock in the early evenings when I stop by on my way home from work. Guess you gotta get there early in the day.

Lovely store, normally not too busy. They have acclimated to COVID 19 restrictions and precautions well. Sometimes they take a while to get restocked, but that's more of a supplier issue than a store issue. Helpful staff are really awesome and we appreciate all their hard work.

The Anatolia Raley’s is the best. There’s great parking, the store is designed well, it’s kept clean and the shelves are always fully stocked. That’s all important but the best thing about this store is the employees. Whoever is doing the hiring and training is either very talented, works their but off, or likely both. Nearly every single employee you’ll meet is top notch. There polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

It's a pretty well kept store. Easy tonavigate through. They are always well staffed. I Don't ever have to wait in line long at all. Highley recommended .... Price's can suck at times but join the rewards card and it's not so bad. 100%.

The older gentleman running the self checkout at 5:50 today clearly needs a new position as he makes it very clear he doesn't care or want to be there. Think I'll skip this store and get one closer to home next time I need something on the way home.
