I’ve been reading a lot of bad experiences with the groomers, thankfully for my baby Bruno he’s gotten nothing but the best service. He’s been going to Angela for the last couple of months and she’s been the sweetest with him! Bruno is always so happy to see her. I usually wait to leave until she takes him to the back and she’s always patient with him since he’s nosy and wants to explore everything. She always has him done within the hour we take him in. The other girls in the grooming department are always sweet too and say hi to Bruno. The employees that work on the floor and cashier are always helpful and Bruno loves when they give him attention and even treats. I’ll be moving to Elk Grove soon but I’ll continue to bring Bruno here and shop here because of the staff!

I think as much as me and my wife shops here they should give us some shares in a company. With two birds and two dogs when are very much regulars at store. All the veterinarians and their assistants that work at Banfield are amazing and treat our dogs really really great and always have since we have been taking them there for the last 5 yrs

Stopped by Monday late afternoon to see if I could get LUCY in for grooming Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday. Made appointment for Tuesday. Even though LUCY doesn't enjoy her grooming, all turned out great. Friendly, kind, and respectful staff Thank you!

PetSmart provided excellent care for my dog, Blue. The staff demonstrated genuine concern, creating a positive and reassuring experience. It's evident they prioritize the well-being of pets, making it a trustworthy choice for pet owners. Although we only got shots they explained everything to me and the process.

Always go here if possible. The only complaint I have is that every other time i go they do not have the food my dog needs. The stocking could use work but when they have his food they are clean and courteous. There are so many choices I only warn about food because my dog has had pancreatitis and has to have specific food so when they are out it really isnt just inconvenient its down right dangerous for him. They could pay more attention to keeping specialty diet food available intead of having millions of choices of plain food.

Good selection considering this being a smaller store. Employees are always really friendly and helpful. Some stuff is pricey when it's not on sale, but that's true for pretty much anywhere these days. I wish this store carried SSScat air canisters (if they do, I haven't found them). I found them at the Folsom location, but it would be nice not to have to drive all the way out there for one thing.

The grooming department is awesome. Jen has groomed our miniature poodle for 6 years now. We adopted him from the shelter, and he was very skiddish and fearful of people, but Jen actually sat on the floor with him the first few trips, making sure he was comfortable and calm. Now we just have to grab the leash and say Jen's name and the happy dance starts:) we are grateful for our groomers and our prancing poodle

We get cat food for our kitty just about every week at this Petsmart location. The employees are very friendly. There is a public restroom but you usually have to ask for it to be unlocked by a sales associate.We often get really good emailed coupons as we use our customer card with every purchase. This Petsmart typically has free photos with Santa and your pet around around Christmas time. I was a little disappointed as last year's Santa did not act very Santa-like. He seemed to be a very sluggish young man. So the pictures were not not quite right and I didn't end up sharing them with anyone even though my kitty is quite photogenic.

Love this location. Every visit that we've needed assistance the employees were always right there. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions make suggestions and show us where to find what we need. My go to store for pet supplies.

Not very crowded at all. All animals looked happy and well cared for, and there's a good selection of pet care products for dogs, cats, birds, rodents, fish, and other common pets like lizards. Clean, well cared for and decent/friendly staff.

Kim, Cameron and the whole staff make my fur baby feel like a superstar every time we come in. They get on the ground with her, spoil her with treats, and are friendly to me as a bonus. We go out of our way to come see them, even when we don't need anything. :)

Wonderful as usual. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Love to get new toys every trip, they usually have them on sale. Only peeve is that toys are often in a bin by register and a sign says "starts at .99 $ however there are NEVER any for .99 cents and I always scan like 10. Always a quick 100 easily, but dogs are always happy. Also store is always clean too.
