Staff is awesome and always helpful. I always find fish and aquatic plants I don't see at other stores here. Everything I have got from here has thrived to the point that I always pick up something because they are using the same water as I am (Rancho Water) and I know that I am less likely to have issues introducing new fish or plants to my aquariums.

The manager has hired staff who are extraordinarily helpful and communicate easily the answers to my often not perfectly constructed questions. I was thinking about a new version of a traditional product and I talked with the person who came back to help me about this one or this one and I told him what I thought and I asked him what he thought and he gave me a well-constructed answer of several sentences to communicate clearly what he thought and so I got to purchase something with full confidence

Per club was good, not my normal go to pet store but was open when others were closed and had no complaints. If it was closer to where I loved I would probably go here more. Overall it was pretty solid.

Love this store and I would never complain but I have to say this is the second time I've come here and the same man rang me up at the register. Really fit, overinflated ego, clean bald man. He was really put off that I asked for a bag, then set the bag on top of my purchases. Didn't bag them. Second time I came and asked for a bag, he did the same thing but then walked away! I really couldn't believe how he acted, almost like a child. I mean, if you don't like your job that you chose, you don't have to be blatantly rude to a customer not once but twice on separate occasions.

Always great service. If they don’t have something in stock they will order it! I also call ahead to see if they have crickets in or not and they are always nice and helpful. Good prices too.Can’t get pinky mice anymore so coming here is pointless since I’d have to go to a second store. Too bad!

The products are significantly cheaper then Petsmart and Petco. Good variety of brands and specialty foods and products for cats, dogs, birds, reptiles and rodents. The only place I've found cheaper prices for commercial store brands of food, such as Meow mix or Fancy feast is Walmart, and it was maybe 10-15 cents cheaper. They have a Vet there on scheduled days and info for shot clinics for cats and dogs. Overall it"s a great place to get all your pet products.

I always love going here! I am always assisted with great recommendations for my dog with special needs and his diet. The prices are way better than other leading stores and makes it worth it for me to make the drive from the other side of town! Thanx guys!

Good selection of fishes here. The tanks looks well maintained for the most part. Purchased a Topaz Cichlid here(a hard to find fish). It's a bit on the shy side... But he seems to be healthy so far.

Their cat grass is really fresh and green. Prices of other pet supplies/food don't seem cheaper than other places, but they definitely have a greater variety.

There is a good selection of dog clothes here, which is what I went for. Prices are fair. They're having the same supply chain issues as everyone else and they seemed understaffed, but any store's control over that is limited.

I fo there to check the fresh water fish,and look at the salt water selection they have, because everytime that I go,they have some fishes that you don't see at the other big aquariums,.and the prices are more reasonable.

Great store for all pet needs. The only live animals they sell are meal worms and fish- all sorts of them. I like this because it means that they don't support breeders, like most pet stores. Large, wide aisles; no lines at checkout.

We visited to use the VIP Petcare clinic that is set up in the back of the store Monday nights. They were very quick and efficient, and were great with my dog. Get there early to line up ahead of time. The Pet Club staff is very friendly and accommodating, too.

I really liked Pet Club. They have a huge selection of dog foods. This was great because I needed to find a limited ingredient food and they has several. They have a really nice aquatic section with a great selection of items. Overall I was impressed!

beware of these guys .Today on 09/07/2018 I went to this store to buy some Beneful wet dog food .After I grabbed few I flipped over one of them to see the expiration date and surprisingly noticed it was expired back in Jan/2017 .This is not their first time BTW as I went there couple months ago while I was looking for the exact same brand while I noticed the same thing .I told their cashier about the Issue and she told me it was a mistake and they are going to remove all of them immediately from shelves .couple months later they're still trying to sell expired dog food with 20% discount price tag.There was another time I went there to get some nuggets which I noticed the whole bag was filled with molds .after I told cashier she apologized and put the bag right back in refrigerator while I was stepping out. This store needs to be shut down immediately as they have no sense of integrity whatsoever about their products.

A great place to get all of your pet needs fulfilled. Great service and a variety of quality pet supplies. Also great place for vaccinations when they do pop up clinics!
