This store has pretty great Holiday and Halloween sections throughout the year. They also have unique housing stuff, stuffed animals and art. Personally, however, I think their clothing sections are very small and limited in both variation and size!

3/23/24- A clean store with lots of deals on a variety of merchandise. I am not from here, so I wasn't there to shop. The employees were all friendly and if I lived here I am sure I would be a regular customer.

This store is about the same as Ross stores. Many of the sane items with prices higher or lower than Ross. Lots of clothes and they have fitting rooms to try things on. Shoes, cookware, beauty supplies, coffee and sweets also can be found here.The same clientele shop this store as the Ross store so you may find items laying in the isle.

I didn't have much time to spend here, but I enjoyed my quick look around and picked up a couple items. I didn't realize they carry brand name products at deeply discounted prices. I'll have to return to explore further.

Love Marshall's especially for men's items or gifts and also stationary or other work essentials plus you can't beat their prices and quality definitely beats other similar stores like Ross which is always disappointing. With Marshall's their products and clothes definitely last longer and better than places like Ross which might last long enough for one use versus Marshall's is next best to name brands (-;

You can buy a lot of good things here for a good price, but the organization, the presentation, leaves something to be desired.It is not easy to find what you're looking for as the shelves are not and order.For example, bed sheets are not segregated by sizes. It takes a lot of hunting through all of those sheets to find the right size that you're looking for.However, once I found them I bought them.Good sheets, good quality, good price.I guess they are worth all the labor required to locate them.I will return.

Depending on what you're looking for some of the stuff is actually pretty well priced. Yes they do have some expensive items as well. However, next door they have a Ross - Dress For Less so they keep each other balanced. Good selection and good location. No complaints!

Another great place to find good deals. The place has a very helpful staff. Today even with the crowd the line moved quickly. Also check out their clearance aisle, you can find some real good deals.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE...Customer service employee Kathryn was very rude and was not helpful at all. I could smell alcohol on her breath while she was talking. Management definitely needs to watch who they hire.

I do not write reviews ever but I think this incident deserved one. I purchased shoes for $70 from this store and after wearing them for the first time, I got blisters, I went back to return those and the cashier first said I will need an approval from store manager which is fine. Then comes the store manager she rubbed on the sole and said it's been wore once and I can't take it. When I told her that I got blisters, she very rudely told me "You should have wore them at home to see if it give you blisters"...wait what? How can I wear shoes at home for staright 8 hours to figure out blisters? Poor answer. This was my go-to store but NOT ANYMORE as long as current manager is there. I am NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE not because they refused to return the shoes but because of poorest customer service. Didn't expect this at all. I went to other Marshalls and they returned it without any question, They didn't even need Manager's approval, which I guess is only needed at Rancho store? I guess the cashier at other Marshalls was smart enough to figure out that shoes were basically new and I returned it for genuine reasons. I wish I could ZERO stars for management.

Never going back here again. Not a single employee said a single word to us til we left. Not even at the register. There were only 2 open but there were multiple employees standing at the doors doing nothing. Selection was terrible. Just all around a place I have no desire to ever step foot in or spend money again.

Service is good. I bought few times and once I had to return something. I did not have any problems with service. Dont like the stock much now. Couldnt find anything in shoes the last time I went there, the sections were empty almost.

I would have put 3 stars but didn't feel like they deserved it, Worst customer service from there Manger was horrible, And speaking for a friend who was there, It's uncalled for to treat anyone the way this Manger treated a few customers the day we were there, a customer is hit by another by a Baskett bad enough the people didn't have enough common sense to wait but don't even apologize to the lady,are asked if she was ok but to ridiculed a another and say what she did was wrong ,lucky people have patience, because the Manger needs a human being lesson on treating people decent ,because she obviously is a arrogant stuck up person! Any decent person would not treat people that away, I would not recommend shopping there to anyone. Decent human being s aren't out of style are good manners. Only incompetent people who have no business working with the public that don't care.

This Marshall doesn't have a good selection of inventory. I found prices too high when searching for deals and clearance prices.
