Came here to get some lumber on a Thursday (6/15) afternoon. I’ve been here before. The warehouse is always neat and clean. Like usual however, the place always feel very vacant, like no one works there. I came here to get 8 qty 2x4x8 common redwood. The price is a bit lower than Home Depot’s prices. However, the lumber I need is sitting on a pallet 3 shelf high. Went to find an associate and they are difficult to find!! Finally found a dude. Asked if he can assist by calling someone who can operate a forklift to bring the pallet down. Was referred to the “Pro Desk” who can assist. Walked all the way to the front. Waited 5 minutes to talk to the desk associate. Said he would call someone in. Waited another 10 minutes. No help in sight. Asked the dude again, said he’ll call again. Waited another 5 minutes and again, nada, nothing, no help at all. I just walked out the door and went straight to Home Depot down the next exit. Taking my money elsewhere. Got what I needed. Paid a little more but glad I did. Honestly, I’ve always dread shopping here. There’s hardly anyone working there. Getting help is difficult - next to impossible. Expect a long wait time if you get help at all. I’m honestly surprised that this Lowe’s location is still operating after all these years. It’s NEVER busy like Home Depot is. The picture… of the lumber…. Is that from Home Depot, not Lowe’s. No thanks Lowe’s. Lowe’s management, if you’re reading this, you need to improve your customer service - people will go elsewhere and shop instead.

Second time I have had a negative experience in appliances. Went with intent to purchase new stove. Found one ON SALE and called for assistance. Gentleman was helpful, told me there was only one, floor model. But they honor 30 day price match. Went home, thought about it... decided to go back and purchase floor model. Rang for help three rings later, the supervisor comes over annoyed that I pressed the button. Told him we would like to purchase the floor model. He said, not possible and it won't be available until it is in the discontinued area. I said, I can't just buy it now? He said NOPE ... the whole experience wasn't pleasant. Clearly I was bothering him, I said the gentleman earlier said I could buy the floor model. He cut me off said nope, he was wrong and he doesn't even work in this department. So bottomline, I saved over $1,000 between (stove, delivery, removal, gas line) as I couldn't purchase a floor model that had a sale sign on itSuper disappointed as this Lowes is always my go-to neighborhood hardware. They need to do better. 😞

I will never shop at this Lowe’s again. The policy on appliances was not expressed to me and they sold me a broken microwave that they will not take back. I contacted the manufacturer and they will not fix it either. The GE tech told me to never buy an appliance from Lowe’s. Thanks Lowe’s for bending me over.

After almost 3 hours of my online order not being completed I decided to go get it myself as this was the 3rd time between 3 different Lowe's locations that an online order wasn't completed for me and took 3+ hours. The first 2 times they weren't able to collect get the laminate floor boxes I had ordered on two separate occasions and this time was for 3 fence post and a bag of cement. As I walked the store I notice a LARGE employee presence. Most of them walking in groups of 2 or 3. No customers in the store yet my order is not collected. Took a whole 5 minutes to collect my stuff cancel the order and pay for it again. I don't understand why they offer this service when they're unable to follow through. Hopefully I've learned my lesson that Lowe's online pickup is not doing it right for less.Together, deliver the right home improvement products, with the best service and value, across every channel and community we serve.You have the right products and that's about it ...

I really tried to give Lowe's a chance, but every time I thought it couldn't get worse it did. In short, it took about 10 weeks, a dozen unreturned calls, incorrect info, and two wrong deliveries to get three simple interior doors replaced. If it were not so frustrating, it would be comical. The best part of the whole thing was my installer who was kind, polite, punctual, and aghast by how long this took. Store manager Shawn? A joke. Never returned any calls (started asking for him after 5 unreturned calls). When I finally did reach him, he asked three questions, asked me to hold on, then transferred me to a line where a person asked what I could do to help. He had made no effort to help fix.I do not expect that I will ever visit this store again.EDIT: Hey Lowes, thanks for replying. One of the big issues I noted above is the LACK OF FOLKS reaching out. Yet you give me a phone number that has computer answering asking for me to tell them what I need - none of the choices made any sense. I have an exceedingly uncommon name. The Rancho store could get you my contact info. Why it is up to ME to reach out to YOU when this is your problem? By the way, I waited on hold for 5 minutes. You don't get more of my time than that. If you want to make an effort to show that you ACTUALLY care, you can get my number from the store. If I don't hear - I'll just assume that your reply is mere lip service and reinforces my desire to avoid your stores.

Cathy from the return counter is so rude, I had an easy return and she rolled her eyes when I walked in. I bought a few items from the clearance isle but it ended up not being what I needed. This is called job security I had my receit and the items were brand new. I guess she would rather be their on her phone than to do her job.

Everyone we worked with to get our cellulose blow in insulation were extremely professional and helpful. We bought way more than we needed, and they helped us load (and unload when we made our return). The free machine rental was a huge plus, and everything worked fine without any issues. We were able to get 23 bags done in just over two hours! Highly recommend shopping here for your insulation needs, as I know it’s sometimes not very easy to find a machine that works.

I bought refrigerator from Lowe’s and it was within a year they sent someone over saying they can’t fix the problem so therefore I had to go to Lowe’s to purchase a part. So I go to Lowe’s in horrible customer service talked to two different people and what they told me “someone will be right with you to help”. I waited 30 to 45 minutes patiently and still no help couple things here. I always purchase from those and this is part of the worst customer service I’ve ever had, I get my appliances anything I need from my household and after today I would never go back to Lowe’s.After thinking, my refrigerator was under the one year manufacturer warranty. Assuming they can help me, but they didn’t. And then I have to go to Lowe’s to purchase apart, which I feel like I didn’t have to because my refrigerator was within the year and then after experiencing customer service at Lowe’s was the worst. Whoever is the manager there you need to train your people customer service you have too many people at the cashier too many people doing returns when they’re just standing there when they can help other people around the stores horrible.

I've always preferred Homedepot. Don't bother calling, they will answer the phone with 'Lowes ' and put you back on hold before you can say a word. Then won't get back to you. If need something better to stop by.

Loud shout out to Elizabeth and LANE! Never been to this location. Both ladies appeared busy(training). My lucky day, now my veteran’s info is in there system. Okay, first time I ever turned in propane tanks. This shopper was on lost mode. No problem with LANE or Liz, she walked me through the entire process. Speaking on customer service, like Tony says Their Great! ALERT!!!! Don't think I am showing favoritism to this store, because I am. for very good cause. I returned to this store to make a key. the very first thing I saw were to signs designating veterans parking!!! That's what the hell I'm talking about. I was so excited so happy and felt so honored. Thank you very much Lowes! making us feel special. That was/ is really above and beyond. Much like the employees I encounter every time I go in the store. This time I was met by a friendly man named Russell. He saw as I struggled with the key machine offered to make the key. He has an organized, clean station there that made it a lot easier than trying to figure out an autobot machine. Hats off to you sir! Knowledgeable and great conversation. Another excelling Lowes asset. Also, check out was staffed by Lerica, an angel, a real sweetheart! Someone you never forget. Recall last time you were short change, just enough to be frustrated? Lowes has our heroine onn duty. This lady searched around her work station found the few coins to complete my purchase! Have you ever encountered such OUTSTANDING SERVICE, anywhere? Emotionally charged as I am, this review can't provide just kudos. The employees here should receive national honors! I would elevate them more If possible. Whatever you're searching for, from Frisco to Tahoe and want a GREAT shopping experience? This is your store!

Front desk manager Phyllissa was not helpful at all. Cancelled the flooring order on which i had a note to not cancel. I called the store within 20 mins of cancellation of the order to buy again or something. I have a half done project as i started flooring in one area already. Chris store manager hung up on me..and said its not my problem. You figure it out,Lowes is a wonderful brand, continue to shop from here but try another location thats all

So far I've been placed on hold every time I call, at least 3 times per day for the last 4 days. The call will hold for 8 minutes before their system disconnects the call. CSRs should have access to all departments and should be able to help if the specific department is full, i.e. if appliances cannot pick up a call because they're in the middle of service. Don't even think about scheduling a delivery, the day before the delivery they'll call you to reschedule, because your appliance that you ordered a week ago "didn't come in". Do not attempt to call them back after they leave you a message, see above, just go down there and press the help button and wait for 30 minutes before someone comes to help you.

Good store. Clean. Well staffed. Great overall selection. And, for my fellow Dads out there, they have tons of cool seasonal stuff. (Oh come on!...Don't tell me you don't know what I mean. You walk in to buy a wheel barrow and you walk out with a wheel barrow, a bluetooth lightbulb, tiki torches and a floating solar LED stereo ball for your pool!!! Wife not so happy.)

Well, I had to put 1 star in order to leave a review. I ordered appliances to be delivered at my new home. I spent about 6 hours on the phone with this store and Corporate, getting passed around. About 4 hours of that on hold. Given 4 different delivery times. Given 5 different excuses. Took time off work twice for the supposed delivery. I was just speaking to someone that was claiming to be the store Manager. He offered $100 credit back and then hung up on me.

Came to buy a 10 ft piece of PVC. They won't cut it in half for us. We want to buy the whole piece but need 5 foot segments. They "don't cut PVC". What a crock! Losing my shopping there for most anything. What kind of hardware store is this!

Good, overall...The store was clean and neat and I'm sure any district manager would be proud of it when they visit.(I don't know the numbers though)Yet, due to some "policy" they won't give you stickers. (Basically, it's a 2x4x4 that they use for shipping so that the forklift can grab a bundle of lumber or drywall and such)Honestly, I am a little butt hurt about that.I needed to "fix" a fence real quick, a couple of stickers, aka garbage, and a 11$ box of screws would have worked for me for the coming storms while I am working.-I have time to patch things on my work days, not rebuild stuff-Everyone at the store was nice!Customer service was good, if you seeked them out and asked 'em.It's Lowe's, they probably have what you need, if you are going to Lowe's for something specific.Everyone was "Just, doing their job."They did it well...but, I'm not rebuilding my fence this spring with their products (any Lowe's, I'm not picking on this particular store. It was made clear to me that they had to throw away scraps, per policy).Personal experiences...the store was great, all-in-all!Thanks!
