Could not give 4 stars, but thought about it. Not enough help, cashiers overworked. Good enough supply and variety of potting soil and garden construction materials. Reasonably clean and neat, but some areas needed attention. Plant selection seemed limited, but recent heat wave may have been the cause. I hope to raise my scoring soon.

Horrible experience. The young man that was my checker was just rude. I had large load of bagged soil ➕ planters. No offer to load my car. I realize that he couldn't leave the check stand but he could have found someone that could. If it wasn't for a very nice young man collecting carts that offered assistance to load my purchase I was ready to come into customer service to return my items and go to Lowes.

Great store. I will drive here even when I'm working in Roseville. Yvonne in the garden department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I know everything about cutting wood, but nothing about planting flowers. She even took pictures of plants around her neighborhood to show me what the plants she was showing me would look like when they get bigger. Way above and beyond service.

I recently needed firewood. I approached a man on his break, Mel, as it were, he works in the freight dept. quickly, I explained what I needed and that I was in a hurry. He ran down every isle in the garden dept. looking for the wood. He couldn't find it but was glad to go find someone who could. No more than 2 minutes went by, when Mel returned with a cart full of fire wood for me. He pushed it to the counter and put it in my car for me. I was not here longer than 7 minutes. Thank you Mel for putting the customers first. I hope you get promoted or get a raise. I don't think I'll ever buy wood from somewhere else. Building was clean, no trash on the ground outside or the floor inside, all employee's were helpful and knowledgeable. This place puts the customer first.

Nice to stroll through the indoor plants and shop for gardening supplies with my well-behaved and leashed pooch. Attentive staff. My go to for local hardware and gardening supplies at good prices.

Pretty bad, didn't have what we were looking for and couldn't find any. As to flowers, I was looking for, none could be found.
