This dollar tree has a well maintained staff. They are always making sure the place is stocked up. You can always ask them questions without any frustration involved. I sell cars around the corner. Very clean. Very fast. Not much too complain about. They are doing the best they can and I appreciate their customer service.

Store Manager Andrew was extremely rude. My coworker had bought Charms Cotton Candy that smelled like straight up nail polish and when she went into exchange it with receipt the “manager” was refusing to exchange or refund and took product out of my coworkers hands and threw it away and told her goodbye. When went back again then he was still very rude but allowed the exchange and after examining two other Cotton candies they all had the same rancid smell. Then Andrew said there was nothing he could do. I would recommend not to go to this store! So sad also they are hiring so I would also not apply if this is the type of manager they have here.

The Dollar Tree is a place that I frequent quite often I've never had a bad experience in there however on my last visit some kind of way my purse got out of my cart but by the grace of God and the good work is there my purse was retrieved and placed in the save I have been a supporter of the Dollar Tree since it was called the 98 Cent Store back in the day I'm an educator and I've always been able to find the tools that I need to supplement my classroom I am grateful that we have a place called and they never go over a dollar everything is a dollar or under thank you Dollar Tree for many years of wonderful service or I should say being able to serve me and getting things for my students and myself

I went to the Dollar tree here a few days ago because they often have a good selection of items. After picking out what i wanted and waiting in line, I was told the machine was not working for debit purchases. I asked if they could put my items to the side so I could come back when it was working and pay for what I wanted to purchase. The employee seemed nice and took my phone number down saying she would contact me when machine was back up.I did not get a call so I headed back over before the store closed with cash in hand thinking i would just go in and check if the machine was up or, if not, just pay cash. When i approached the employee who said they would call me later, she informed me they had already put my stuff back on the shelf saying they forgot. Not even 3 hours later?! I looked at her confused as she asked me if I had a list on hand so she could go see if she could find the same items. I declined (as i did not have a list) and went hunting for the items again myself. (Of course I forgot some of the items because I wasn't expecting to have to search anew.) Extremely rude to tell a customer something and not keep your word. Why did they bother even taking down my number? She wasted both of our time and my gas $. Bad business practices.On A previous visit, my friend (who is pregnant) and I was at the only checkout line with a light on but the employees continued helping other customers choose balloons and such. They even opened a register with no light on and began taking people who were behind us to the other isle. We waited 10min at the register and watched at least 8 customers rung up beside us at a register with no light on because the employee who was supposed to be helping us was blowing up balloons for people who had not even lined up yet. Why didn't the employee who opened a new register just go do the balloons so the lady who was supposed to be at the register (that was lit up) come and help me and my pregnant friend? Smh.

I have been here several times but, don't know any reason to keep coming back. They rarely have what I am looking for. Shelves are always bare. What products they do have, expired 6 months ago. Staff and management are unfriendly. They give you a load of BS when you try to return their defective products.

Why hasn't the name changed to $1.25 Tree??? Also, they need wider parking spaces. People swing their doors open, like it's going outta style.

They really need more cashier's in the Rancho Cordova location (Coloma Road) lines are long when there is more than one employee in the store but their employees don't help other cashier when they get slammed. Also cashier's can be a little more friendlier to every customer not picking & choosing who they want to greet. Coloma store needs to train their employees to be friendly to everyone.

They never have enough registers open to customers ratios right and most of the time I leave because the people running it just don't care about the job.***(Picture Meaning)"I'd rather shop from the trash outside of this location 75% of the time because of how poorly it's run!!!! "

I come all the way from Woodland, CA to this Dollar Tree store for the hidden gems. When other locations are out of a product, I know I can always count on this location for my self-employment business, parties and general house decor.

Three of us were going to the movies and it was my turn to be responsible for snacks. There's a section with small bags of name brand candies. Great for movies and priced right!

I really love the dollar tree BUT the bathroom service is THE WORST!!! I had to leave several times due to having to go to the restroom or my kid having to go!!! SMH 😡😡😡😡 Its the worstThen after running down the strip to find a restroom im just DONE!!! And I always have a basket full!!

I got to Dollar Tree before 9 pm and the girl working on Monday, July 13, 2020, wouldn’t let me in. Clearly, she only cared about herself. She didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I will never go to this Dollar Tree again, and I recommend that others not go either. You should go to a Dollar Tree where they put the customer first.

Want to give a big shout out to the Dollar tree on coloma and sunrise,lost my phone,was so upset my phone had all my life in it lol..but got a phone call from my mother saying go get your phone at dollar tree,my sister called my mom to let me know anyways thank you Pam she is the manager, she put in a safe place until I went and picked it up ...once again thank you Pam...

Lots of inexpensive items for gifts or daily household needs including groceries. Great for toys and candy for small children. Cards, wrapping paper, seasonal items for holidays.

It's always a mess but I can usually find what I need. It is a smaller version of the store however, so some items are very limited.
