The only reason why I am giving this location 4 stars is due to the African American young lady who provides excellent customer service. Some days the store is extremely crowded or full of boxes everywhere. She manages to assist customers, answer questions and provide excellent customer service. I went there to get 30 of 1 item and she didn't make me take them out and scan each one. Which was perfect, because I wanted to be in and out of the store with in 10 mins. She is an amazing young lady and an exceptional employee. You don't find that at all Dollar Tree locations.

The store and staff were clean, polite and courteous.Unfortunately, just outside the location seems to have attracted the unhoused. So... I dunno how often I'll be back.

A very large dollar tree! Big inventory. Lots of frozen food and groceries. The craft section is really great! I even found large posters. The candy selection is grand an the building Is also in a nice location.

I came in for two items....left with over 20! The store is on the smaller side, but has lots of good stuff. So much in the toy and craft aisles! Plus great items for shipping. I will be back!

Pros: it’s a dollar store. And conveniently located on Folsom Blvd.Cons: the store is always a disaster. Especially around holiday times. There are messes everywhere almost every aisle has tripping and slipping hazards. With some mid aisle displays I’m sure it isn’t ADA compliant.If you buy anything edible from here make sure you check the dates too. And check for opened or altered packaging. Again it’s what you can expect from a dollar store I guess.

Store was alright, smelled okay and looked clean, staff were nice. Shelves were a bit disorganized and not well laid out, made it difficult to browse. Homeless were sleeping outside on the premises.

A beautiful and welled stocked location. I didn’t see any baskets in the store inside or outside but doesn’t mean they don’t have any. Customer service was nice .

I know "they", the crew we know are glad about their new location!🤗So are we! It's a smaller parking lot, but there's a vacant lot beside them to rectify that! It should be considered to make a larger lot because it too crowded out here for a small parking lot!

Supposed to close at 8. I got there at 7:50 and they locked the door as I was walking up. I just needed some food items for my wife I would have taken 3 minutes but they didn’t care. I will never come back. What a joke this place is.

Honestly one of the cleanest dollar trees I've seen, the staff was polite as well. A few dimly lit areas and the parking lot has trash everywhere though. Not bad considering idk if those are things they can fix.

This store was clean and organized, so I was helped by a friendly associate who guided me in the direction of my shopping needs. I was able to complete my purchase with ease. Good store and I’ll definitely visit again.

I came in at 9pm thinking I'll have plenty of time to get what I need since they close at 10 pm. As I was going through the aisles sometime at 9:15 I hear announcement saying the store will be closing in 29 minutes. I didn't pay any attention to it knowing that I still have almost 50 minutes to shop and check out. But as it turned out I was the only customer left in the store so the 2 cashiers were walking after me trying to hurry me up. At 1 point I left my cart a little further down the aisle with all the things that I already picked out and went to look at some makeup products knowing I still have some time. As I go back to retrieve the cart with the items I needed to purchase and it's gone!! I couldn't have been more upset knowing I wasted a whole hour shopping for nothing! I had to leave the store only with 4 items that I had in my hand because I Did not have enough time to go back and pick out the things that I needed cuz their tilt will close at 10 PM exactly and I will not have the time to make any purchases at all! 0 stars

Nice store however I think they really need a trash can out outside of the entrance. Alot of trash in Parking lot . Ir maybe even have a employee pick some up during the morning shift or evening shift. To me it makes the store look bad if I was the manager at this store I wouldn't let my parking lot look like that even if it wasn't my responsibility. .

Huge store, pretty well stocked. (They are putting out more Christmas stuff). The only thing a little lacking is the customer service. Cashier on their phone while checking customers out and not really attentive. But other than that it is one of the better Dollar Tree stores.

I love this dollartree there organize their aisles and clean the manager is friendly , on top of things employing a friendly I'm more than happy to help . clean friendly environment I highly recommend always fully stocked.

This is a big store. Well stocked, Clean and even cold drinks ! Some items can be purchased for less than a dollar elsewhere, but because their the dollar store of course they want a dollar minimum, also a lot of items are over a dollar. Maybe rename it to the "At Least A Dollar Store " !!!

Nice store and a great staff today. Needs more customer hand baskets and wheeled!!! Oh what false advertisement!!!! I found nothing a dollar so I asked and the stuff on the window sill was pointed out BE on clearance for a $1 ea. Oh they also had garden items for .75 cent we. YOU need too change the Company Sign!!!!!

The staff there are surprisingly helpful, from the guy stocking the shelf who went out of his way to help me to the lady who was on her break but still offered to help me. Then there was the very personable cashier. I had to pause and write a review. I never find customer service like this anymore.

Impulse buys to the max, this Dollar Tree location is huge, and seemed to be well stocked and shelves overflowing with great little trinkets (did Santa say stocking stuffers?)as well as essentials! Disorganized and difficult to find some items, some staff members seemed to be apathetic while others were very friendly.

I love this Dollar Tree. The arts and crafts section is the best I have seen in a long time. The store is clean and the managers are nice and helpful. There is two dollar trees in Rancho Cordova and this one where the old Walgreens used to be is the best Dollar Tree.

I enjoy knowing what I will spend and a great variety of items to choose from. You can always find new items in the store. The items mostly work and are cheaper then many places. The Toys are not always the best. but they are fun and a dollar. Thanks Dollar Tree.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Great Selections. Better than most dollar Trees I've shopped. However cluttered, I'm sure it's because of covid-19 staff reductions. As beforehand it was always well organized.

The store has recently moved to its new location across from Jack-in-the-box where Walgreens used to be. It hasn't changed other than that. Still in Raunchy Cordova and its people can't seem to find a trash can eat and drink items in the store and hiding the trash on the shelves. The outside isn't much better.There are good deals to be had here.Good place if you are close and need something.
