I’m always here at the cvs store by Zinfandel and international drive.Love the staff and I always get my rewards when I go there my wife and my daughter use my rewards card for female staff and make up. Linda and the other employees are great people who take good care of us.I always get my medicine at the pharmacy.Overall experience is great 🤗

Closest 24 hour location to me, went there at 4:06 AM to get some melatonin. Sign was taped on the doors, written with a marker on a piece of paper, saying they're closed for "lunch" till 5 AM. 5:21 now and haven't been able to sleep yet, guess I'm gonna drive back now again.

First off, don't pull up on a bicycle because you're automatically discriminated against as a criminal, a bum, homeless, or some other profile that the cops want to video record for facial recognition that CVS obviously wants to discriminate against! As soon as you pull into their parking lot, you have this robo trailer flashing blue lights screaming at you, warning you against loitering! It's very loud and STARTLING!On the other hand the pharmacy staff can't even bare the call volume their store receives which shouldn't be that much because of it remote location (nowhere near as busy as CVS in Target off Olson Dr). So I call in to have my prescription filled and got a voicemail ( first time for everything). How funny is that, you actually get to leave a voicemail and they'll call you back but if you leave instructions in full then they won't, they'll just carry out your customer [PATIENT] request and rely on the system to text or call you when your script is ready for pickup.I arrived to the pharmacy counter as they were closing their top security countertop prison gate. I started a dialogue with the staff behind the counter (including the pharmacist) and pleaded with them to please dispense my script (just a non-narcotic non-controller post-op tooth extraction dental rinse).They instructed me (if you want to call their inaccurate advice instructions) to go to Dewey Dr in "Sacramento" after I just got done telling them I was struck by a vehicle on the way there (this 15 year old looking chick) says to transfer my script to Dewey Dr in Sacramento but Dewey Dr is in Fair Oaks! Either way, did I not just tell them that I was struck by a vehicle on my bicycle? I want a bike. How the hell am I going to go to Sacramento if that's where Dewey drive was in the first place but it's not. It's in Fair oaks but how am I going to go to either location when I'm miles and miles and miles away! I got to give her props to. At least she tried to help me. Pharmacist and other staff were terrible and trying to pull her away from even speaking to me as if I was like infected with the plague or something.I hate dealing with any version of retail service anymore. Because of boosting (people stealing) everyone is treated like thieves if you have a backpack on and/or on a bike).I told them how lame they were, hopped on my bike in the store and rode off with my middle finger up!CVS, you're slow, you're discriminatory and you have RoboTrailer right in front of your entrance/exit to your stores!Lame!!!!!!Safeway pharmacy here I come!

On feb 8 2024 went to purchase cold and flu medicine due to not feeling well. I went to the counter to ask the clerk if she could open the medicine cabinet to purchase the medicine. The clerk stated she would open the çabinet with the medicine. She then stated if i could show her where the medicine was located and show her. I stated i would follow her. She insisted that i would show her where the medicine was located at. I ask her what was the location of the medicine she stated isle 10. Again she suggested that i would show her the way. I asked her if she knew where isle 10 was located because i dont. She aslo stated that she was the manager at the cvs store. She seem iritated about me asking for help. After purchasing the medicine she stated that i shouldnt have tooken it the wrong way. I stated i didnt i just asked for help.. i dont know why or the reason the manager would show an attitude towards me or bot show me the location of the medicine. Why state that she was an manager. Whitney is an amazing pharmacist! She is always so helpful and kind to me and she is such a hard worker! The pharmacy can get busy but she is always aware of it and apologizes even though it is not her fault. She makes sure my questions are answered even if they are slammed. Will continue to pick my meds up here!

I don’t think the staff at checkout was helpful nor friendly. I had a arm full of stuff and no one offered my assistance locating a cart or basket. In addition while in line holding at least 8 or 9 items in my arms. The only cashier told the lady ahead of me to keep waiting for whom ever she was on the phone with because I would have to wait. She had asked him to let me go ahead of her and he told her no it’s okay I’ve already got you rung up she can just continue to wait!

Those people at the Zinfandel cvs are the rudest. I have never been rushed before. Only in this store.I don't care if you are busy. I don't. Dont be rude. Anyways. I am very sorry that I moved my medication at that pharmacy.

Came here at 4:30 am. Store is locked with sign posted, “on lunch”. Though I understand that people need their breaks, I’m questioning how does a 24 hour CVS store work if the worker(s) inside need breaks periodically, there’s a lunch break, a couple bathroom breaks, maybe a late dinner break as well, oh well, just close the store at this point and take off that 24 hour sign, I wasted my time to drive here at 4:30 am

Pharmacist Dr. Trent Tran will lie to you and deceive you for the benefit of CVS, Atnah and all insurance companies! Don’t expect your prescription to be ready for at least 5 to 24 hours after the recommended time frame. When you call there a one 800 number, you will be told that it is unavailable. You are better off, calling the department of managed healthcare and filing a complaint.

Unfortunately some of the staff are rude and the quality of service they provide you is based on your physical traits. (The crew in the pharmacy section were very nice and helpful)On Friday May 27 around 1:00 pm, I went to buy a repair kit for lenses and I could not find them. I went to ask the cashier if he knew where I could find them in the store and I got awful treatment. The cashier (a Caucasian male, in his mid-thirties, with beard) was talking to a customer of the same skin color as himself and I could hear their conversation was very polite. As soon as it was my turn the cashier’s whole demeanor changed and he was suddenly rude, curt and unhelpful. (Me, a Latino, in my early thirties, with brown skin) I couldn’t think of anything I had done to deserve this treatment and the change was so sudden and immediate that I couldn’t help but think it must have had something to do with how I look. As I asked him if he knew where I could find the repair kit for lenses, he looked at me and said dryly “we don’t sell them here” and turned around ignoring me completely and called the next customer. The store was not busy and there were another two cashiers. Afterwards, I turned around and kept looking for this repair kit for lenses since I really needed them. After a while with the help of the pharmacy crew, I found them and when I went to pay he was no longer at the cash register. Instead, there was a caucasian female who also was in a very unhappy mood and the treatment I received was rude and inappropriate.Unfortunately, I really needed the repair kit for lenses, and there was no other pharmacy around. Otherwise I would have left the first time I was treated poorly by the male. I am really disappointed in this CVS.

It seems I always have to wait a long time for prescriptions to be filled, and they are often not ready when they say they will be ready. They need to not tell people something will be ready when it’s not possible. If they tell you it will be another hour, if you wait in store it seems they will expedite it for you, but it’s SO frustrating to have to come back several times in one day to fill one prescription. I get several prescriptions every month so I have to deal with this a lot. I don’t live close by so coming back in a hour is quite burdensome. People have lives. Just be honest about when it will actually be ready. One person recommended using their app to track the status, but this doesn’t help if it’s not getting filled.

All I wanted was an over the counter wart remover, but I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I asked several employees, including the Pharmacist, who was too busy laughing and telling jokes to fellow employees without even the acknowledgement that I stood 3 feet away. She finally acknowledged me after 2-3 minutes, by saying she had no clue where it's stocked in that store, and neither did anyone else.So...off to Walmart we went and guess what happened? The pharmacist there was friendly, cordial and gave me exactly what I wanted. Maybe CVS should take a lesson from Walmart.

One of thier Pharmacy Techs that worked the drive thur today really made me repeat my Mom's Birthdate 3 times. Then said I had An additude. Really clean your ears. And try to deliver customer service instead of additude. Needless to say after waiting for a while for prescription then the questioning not once but 3 times and being accused of having an additude. 3 strikes time to find a Pharmacy with customer service and not additude. My money can be spent anywhere just not with you or the company you represent. Smart Azz.

Visiting from out of town picked -up two prescriptions and received my flu and booster shots during separate visits. Pharmacy staff professional and courteous. Noticed the phone call announcement was nonstop and staff was busy answering. Visiting in person the staff quickly helped me.Appears the one star reviews are about the front end. Pharmacy staff are great.

Very clean, well stocked store. Tatyana greeted me and checked to see i was getting all I needed on the visit. Came in for chewing gum, invested in 80 bucks worth of other essential items. CVS in my home county could take cues from this Sacramento area location.Well done team.

My husband and I went in for wart removal ointment! We finally found an employee to ask for the ointment location in the store and was informed by the employee (who worked in the pharmacy) that she had no idea where it was located and that she was on break she refused to help so we said forget it we'll go someplace else she then complained to another employee that she had just clocked out for break and was screamed at by my husband husband and the other employee told my husband F@#$ you! The customer service at this store needs review!

Every time I am met with a disappointing experience. Each time there is an “issue” with my medication refill which has already been authorized by insurance for a whole year in advance. However each time I refill the medication, they say insurance denied it. Then I have to cal insurance and have them call CVS and advise that yes, the prescription is in fact covered.Terrible customer service as well, rude on the phone.

These guys were honestly great. My baby was struggling with nighttime reflux so I came in frantically looking for something to help her sleep. The female security guard immediately asked me if I needed help and so did two other associates. They directed me to where I needed to go and I was able to get what I needed and get out quickly. After I paid I noticed the security guard even walked out to make sure I made it to my car safely as it was like midnight. Thanks CVS - a sleep deprived mama

This says it’s a 24 hour but when I called the pharmacy was closed! Not sure how I am supposed to get the blood thinner for the stents I had put in last night!! The other store that got the prescription at 11 this morning text me at 5:45 saying it’s ready when they closed at 6! I say that is totally irresponsible!

Worst pharmacy EVER! And it's not CVS, it's this specific store that has the grumpiest employees! The pharmacy techs and pharmacists CLEARLY hate their jobs. Never friendly so I am switching to a different pharmacy asap. It's incredible how rude the staff is and how disorganized the pharmacy is. I've had 3 issues within 4 months of moving to Rancho and I'd rather drive 20 min out of my way just to avoid filling Rxs here 👍

Pharmacy closes 5 minutes before lunch. It is always difficult to pick up your medicines on time. At night, the pharmacy is also closed, although it says 24 hours a day.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of driving all the way out to this CVS that claims to be open 24/7, yet it wasn’t. I needed to get a cough suppressant and other meds that I was hoping to bring some relief to my spouse who is recovering from COVID and because he was really having a hard time I decided to drive out there around 12:45 a.m. only to see a hand written sign on the door “Sorry We’re Closed”! I had checked the website to make sure they were still open 24/7 and there were no updated hours!!!! Fix your site or fix your commitment to your community!!!
