Everyone is so polite at this Costco! The food court is outside and takes cash. There is a huge gas station that's never super busy. The parking lot is large, and there is plenty of parking. I really enjoyed shopping at this Costco. Go in the morning because they get cleaned out!

3/23/24- I had a great visit. Lots of deals in time for spring. I bought meats and vegetables for grilling. Flavored waters and Pho soups. Popcorn. I enjoy shopping here for 30 days when I travel.The customers are in a hurry. The employees do their job. They are happy to help.Make sure you know they check your membership card. So if you don't have one don't be upset when they ask you to leave. They don't take cash so bring a debit. One lady got upset. That's all folks!

This was my first time at this Costco. It seemed to be lacking on many items other Costco's have. For example the only frozen sea food I could find was salmon and shrimp. No cod, no halibut etc. I also couldn't find any frozen veggies other than broccoli. The parking is weird. There is a giant oak tree that takes up over half the aisle and instead of making it a cart return they have parking spots across from it and you have to do an eight point turn to get out. I am near two other Costcos. I don't think I will be back to this one.

The staff here are always friendly. Today, I broke an egg when checking them and made a bit of a mess and the cashier and bagger attentively noticed and offered to replace the egg. I declined (afterall, I broke it — that’s on me), but I just appreciated how we had a real connection over the egg.Also, this Costco has THE best sampler staffer: he’s hilarious, always friendly, and manages to make peppy rhymes for his samples. Stop in and say hi to him!

I’ve never been in a Costco that looked dirty, but this place makes all the other Costcos look like a dumpster caught on fire. Was shopping for someone else, first time there.. found all items in less than 10 minutes. Well organized, clean, helpful employees down almost every aisle.

Costco tire center in Rancho Cordova great service . I have purchased all my car batteries and tires. They fix my flat tires and exchange batteries before expiration without questions. Thank you.

Found it strange that my boyfriend and I were the only people asked out of everyone around us to show the photo on the back of our card. I assume it’s because we are young but we felt aggressively profiled. I am an executive business cardholder and felt extremely disrespected. I even stayed to watch afterwards if the man asked anyone else and he didn’t. How surprising, and I will be happily cancelling my membership.

We consider this our home Costco. It's a little smaller, but never as busy as the larger Costcos and always has unique items. If you want a good Costco where you can easily find close parking, this is a good place to go.

Worst Costco in the city, always discontinue items and sold out of a lot of items. How do you run out of bananas and eggs?? Always waste of time coming here. Never had problems with other Costcos and they never have the things other Costcos have. And the employees always ask for my card photo but not the white people everytime which is annoying and disrespectful when I've been coming here for years.

The African American male working in merchandise needs better training. I was trying to buy an Xbox Series S. An employee at Elk Grove Costco told me Rancho Costco had one in stock. I came all the way here to check if they had it in stock. While it’s understandable if the employee had said they didn’t have it in stock after checking the inventory, he instead stated, 'nobody has it, and no stores have it.' Well, guess what? I went to Folsom Costco, found one, and purchased it. Employees should at least look up information and avoid delivering false information. It's important not to be certain if you aren't fully informed about your job.

Gas price is lowest. Food prices at the restaurant are lowest. Hot dogs are great. Pizza has soft, not crispy crust, and very oily.

Excellent. Always. It was unusual to find very little of world socks, underwear and got wear. But their quality of their food and non-perishable items has always been excellent. Their prices are very good.

We drove by and stopped in for a bite to eat. Always delicious, you can drink a lot of different drinks.For the price of a bite to 10 dollars, very good. The atmosphere at the food court is not very many suspicious faces, you always need to look behind things and around.Sanitation leaves much to be desired.

Costco is another place to shop for numerous items I will need to continue my hobbies and every day home upkeep. At my past residence I had to drive almost a hundred mile to the nearest Costco. Now they are everywhere. When I travel I can find Costco thru out the state of California. This has been a money saver when I buy Gas and food from the Food Court as I travel and don't have the to stop and eat. Gas prieces are a big money saver. Try it on your next trip. I also use Maps in my phone to locate a Costco in a city when it's time to gas up. Enjoy your travels and save money. You know that the priece of gas is never going to go down thanks to DC and the CA Gov. Remember that when you VOTE and that you Children are going to pay Taxes that they never caused to go up.

You will get all your house hold essential from grocery, bakery, milk products, medicine's, spectacles, consumer goods, gas filling, you name anything you will get, the list is endless. Very reasonably priced.

This is my favorite Costco in Sacramento County. They always have what I need (and then some!), and it is so easy to maneuver the store. We needed a hallway runner rug, but also saw they had a large area rug for a great price, which we may go back for. The cashiers are quick, friendly, and efficient. We went later in the day on a weekday, and there was only 1 person ahead of us in line. They do have self-check lines if that is your thing. We also got a full pizza from the food court (which is outside, so anyone can utilize it, not just Costco members). The pizza came out quickly and was amazing! Looking forward to our next trip!

My favorite Costco in the Sacramento area. Generally has at least a few cuts for Korean BBQ, and all the usual Costco features. It's smaller than the Arden/expo location but much less of a madhouse.

The cashiers are soooooo unfriendly and give off a very superior vibe like they are so put out. They never smile or engage and many don’t even acknowledge when you say hello. Or, they are just chatting away with their co-worker who is there “bagging” your stuff. Seriously this has been going on for many years and I am finally getting around to saying something, I don’t love my job either but I put on my game face and am polite and respectful to customers and clients.

Not sure when they changed the food court system, but after waiting in line 15 minutes I was turned away for (a) not using a kiosk to finance my lunch or (b) pre-paying with cash 'inside' for my food. Wasn't planning to spend my lunch hour effing around with all that and waiting in line again. Offer convenient kiosks, great. But otherwise, no service at all? Not the membership service I've come to expect.

I went to this Costco today around 6:00 and I was so surprised how professional they are. They have most everything in stock!Don’t be afraid to see there is a line because they goes fast!Thank you Costco!
