I'm new to the country scene, so I wanted to check this place out. There's a little bit of everything: boots, hats, shorts, pants, tees, belts, belt buckles... Just everything you need. The quality for all the items was amazing, and I love that there's so many different colored cowboy boots. Derrick was really helpful and all the staff were friendly. I'm definitely coming back to update my wardrobe.

Terrible selection of women’s size apparel, they do not restock a lot of sizes either. Noticeable decline in quality of boots, even less options for true work boots for women these days. Associate followed me around the store and didn’t ask me if I needed help. I used to shop there often and have spent so much there over the years but the past three visits have been a total disappointment.

The staff were super nice, and they have a lot of stuff there, but for a guy like me looking for 13 wide boots, it's slim pickings. More so because I'm looking for western style safety boots. Oh, and they have a military discount!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve worked in retail and am a current bartender. I know service. I’m also a really easy going person. BUT this extremely condescending manager Bethany was rude/ irritable when asked simple questions. Additionally, I witnessed her belittle an employee! When I say this little girl (20 year old) is on a power high, I’m not joking. Went in to get my husband boots and bridal gifts. After my interaction with her, I quietly & politely put $400 worth of stuff … back on the shelf. No ma’am, I did not deserve her attitude problem… especially after being kind. Oof good luck to her employees!

The customer service was awesome! My 15 yr old niece needed some new boots as she had grown and hers were too small now. I know nothing about boots or western wear but I was the only one available to drive her for her shopping. Larissa helped us, showing her a variety of choices including options in the men’s boot section as my niece needs an women’s 11 and there just aren’t that many options in that size. The wonderful and patient salesperson even told us that my niece could try on the new boots with the new jeans we were also looking for. This was perfect and exactly what she needed to feel confident in her choices as her current “jeans were too short for boots”. We had an excellent customer service experience and would definitely recommend this location.

I am not one that writes review but I am so disappointed I have to. I come into the store I was greeted. In the 15 minutes I was inside not one of the 3 women I saw fixing clothing asked if I needed assistance. They all look so busy just fixing stuff and working in the front. A gentleman I saw coming from the back which I presume was the manager or another employee almost tripped over me walking to the front and not one word. I left and I don’t even think anyone noticed. I have visited many BootBarn stores throughout Northern California. This stores customer service has to be the worst I have experienced.

I went in for a pair of slip-on work boots which I found. The lady helped me understand the difference in wide cowboy type boots compared to shoes. So I had the knowledge to get the pair that fit me good. So comfortable now I do not want to use them at work I wear them for everyday and I'm still in the market for a pair of work boots. LOL they have so much high quality stuff in there you can spend hours and hours looking. I highly recommend this store

Cute western clothes and variety of boots for the whole family, but very expensive. Disappointed there was no Memorial Day sales. Miss the house decor the stores used to carry and the selection of purses.

Sorry but I'm going to be that kind of person with this review because IT IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE... Came here looking to buy a hat for my husband and the lady only asked the white guy RIGHT NEXT TO US , don't want to say it was because she heard us speaking between us in spanish but still , there was another emotes that speaker spanish, it was just after we asked another employee and picked a hat that she was offering her help . Not really a good customer service of her .

I went to this store last Friday (1/29/21) and it was my first time ever buying a pair of boots. I was using some gift cards and also looking for something to wear to a barn wedding I’m going to. Jenn, was amazing and helped me pick everything out. She was attentive, super sweet, and knowledgeable on the products. I will definitely be returning to this store to buy another pair of boot cut jeans.

Huge selection! Was greeted at the door and asked if we needed help. Jackie R helped us the whole time. Didn't have the met guard we were looking for but same style boot. Had to call different store, order online eventually but she was a great help. 5 stars for Jackie R and the store manager!

Great customer service! Even with one cashier the wait was not bad. As always quality is what this store is about when it comes to most of the products here. Smaller store than the Rocklin store I'm use to. My only complaint is not as many sales racks but they have a big selection of boots thus the name.

Love BOOT BARN, I really have no business in the store anymore. Reason being all of the fantastic items that are offered in the store, I can "Resist" making many purchases. And there's always a wonderful wonderful staff to help me around the store should I have any questions. The pricing of the merchandise is very reasonable and moderate for today's market. Do drop in the store and have a look around and I'll bet bet there will be an item that you can't resist and you will make a purchase.

Now Boot Barn, I have shopped Boot Barn as long as I can remember on line and off line. But I must say I really enjoy the trips to the stores. I really enjoy looking touching the western appeals and walking out of the store with my purchases rather than buying on line. These are one of times I really would and do enjoy going to a store rather than buying on line. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Believe you enjoy your visits to Boot Barn. Prices are moderately priced for the market and a lot time less than you might think. I really would suggest if haven't been to a Boot Barn location you really should do so even if it's just to look around. I guarantee you won't walk out empty handed. Believe me I never have.

This store is pretty nice. They’ve got a lot a lot of boots to choose from. If your into cowboy boots. Which I’m not. They’re pretty expensive . Even the stuff on clearance is a little ridiculous. They’ve got a ok selection of jeans but nothing I could afford. I wouldn’t pay that much even if I had money to throw away. But they do have some cute jeans.

The company I work for has a voucher program for work boots. Initially I went to the Rocklin store but they had a limited selection of waterproof boots. I wound up using my voucher there and upon checking with my employer the boots I purchased did not meet the criteria for the work site. I called the Rancho Cordova store and spoke with Bethany about doing a return; I was planning on going to work world. She assured me that I would be able to find a boot there that met the specified criteria. Luckily I wound up doing an exchange because her store had plenty of work boots! She was very attentive, friendly, & helpful. I completed the exchange and a week went by. Unfortunately, I had purchased a wide boot which felt great when I tried them on in the store. After walking around in them for a bit I realized that I was not a 10.5 Wide. I went back to the Rancho Cordova store & exchanged for a 10.5. This store was very accommodating and met my highest expectations! I would highly recommend getting your next pair of work boots here! I have also shared my experience and provided feedback to my employer who is appreciative as well.

Well the customer service is awesome you walk in and your greeted your helped when you need it I was helped the last few times by a lady named melissa and a man named John they were both friendly and responsive to mine and my husbands questions . The store is very organized always clean and fitting rooms are clean as well .

Nice place! Went to buy a wallet seen online! Traveled an distance,u and found out I had to order it online! They used to carry a lot of items with the cross!! Bling !! Bling Cross!! & The old country rugged Cross!! No longer going to stock the Cross item. 😔However if you are looking for a great pair of boots, hat to match!! Boot Barn is the place!!!🤠😇🙏 Amen!?

I have always loved Boot Barn. They always have a wide selection of boots at very reasonable prices. They have lots of sales where you can sometimes get a $200 pair of Western boot for $85. They have clothing, hats and , well you'll just have to see it to believe it. Always clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

About BootBarn excellent place to find everything from western style to what not. Its boots galore for men and women and children. I reckon every single soul should stop at a nearby bootbarn and go shopping. The employees are so welcoming and makes you feel like your part of the barn.....
