I've been taking my Rag doll here since she opened. Super lady who cares deeply about your pet. My cat is so happy and acts like a kitten when he is done. I hate to say it but I hope she never retires we love her so much. The first photo is his teddy bear cut and the second photo is when he gives up caring for himself and grooming until I get him in there.Johnny and I love you Gina.Update..I have a Heeler who is aggressive. To have her nails done is quite the project and I have been paying hundreds of dollars to take her to the vet. After contacting them for an appointment and finding out that they want to drug her I gave up and called my cat groomer and asked her if she could please try to do her nails. Long story short it took her about 5 minutes. Her nails are perfect. Annie was not stressed out at all. Thank you so much Gina you're a treasure.

We took our Kota (Miniature Dauchund)to get groomed by Gina first time today. We couldn't be happier. Kota was a matted mess and came back trimmed beautifully. Thank you Gina for your tender, loving care❤

I want to give a shout out to Phoenix Pet Center here in Ramona as they did a FANTASTIC job! Husky blowing his fur, it was everywhere, on my floors, on us UGH! His fur was sticking out everywhere on him 😅 So much fur everywhere! Took him in last night and it is awesome! He feels so much better and looks gorgeous.

Our cats fur was very matted and we couldn’t get a comb through it. It got that way because it was having teeth issues and was not cleaning herself very well. PPC trimmed her up and now she acts like a new cat. Thank you so much for giving our cat a new lease on life.
