This was a great experience for us. I'm not sure if the dog would agree since her nails were too long, but that's on me, but she was treated well, and she smelled good, and her nails looked awesome. Great place for your pets!

This is a great pet store. Kathy has absolutely everything that you might need, from cats and dogs to critters and fish. Her prices are also great, and she has used terrariums which other pet stores never have. Service was very friendly and helpful as well. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this spot sooner!

The first time I came in asking about ur store everything was wonderful meeting Kathy also but I came in today and it was awful also brought my puppy wanting to ask questions but all three staff were to busy to help

A great place to get your pets groomed, nails clipped, pet supplies and food. Excellent prices and service. They will take walk in customers without you having to make a grooming or nail appointment first.

Was a walk in who needed Koda's nails trimmed. She fit me in and was quick and friendly. I definitely will be bringing Koda back and would recommend the shop to my friends.

I accidentally called this place even though I lived out of state. The lady on the phone still did her best to help me with my fishtank over the phone, and even suggested products that I could get off Amazon or try and find in a fish supply store close to me.

My two little ones don't usually like going to the groomer, but the people at Kathy's have made friends with them. They walk right in, and now one of them even gives some doggie snuggles to the groomer. Very good with my shy pups.

Just moved to Ramona and was recommended by a neighbor. Kathy groomed my Aussie and did an amazing job!! When she told me the price, I was even more amazed! More then a fair price. They were so friendly and shared their animals with us. Kathy definitely gained another customer today.

Our Family went into Kathy's very Nice, she was very helpful to our needs. She seem to know her animals, small local store off main St in Ramona CA, I high recommend stoping by and checking out this store. They have tons of supplies a lil of everything it was a really neat place. We also got fresh cookies made by Kathy for the customers! I will definitely be back for my pet supplies soon!!

All of the animals there are mistreated and don't get the right setting, they have way too small cages and there were 2 guinea pigs that were in a very small cage with almost no bedding. I would rate zero out of 5 if I could.

Would rate a zero as they don’t seem to actually want to do business. They don’t answer the phone during their hours. They don’t call anyone back. When I was finally able to get someone I was told that they don’t do new dogs. Thanks for making me feel welcome for moving here and attempting to support local businesses.

All of their animals are being completely mistreated/abused the guinea pigs cage was completely not acceptable and he was way too big to even be inside of the cage and besides that he had no bedding so every single time that he was trying to walk he was just slipping and all of the hamsters were overfed and there was not enough bedding for them to borrow and Kathy herself when I was trying to get a bird held the bird by its neck and said "I got you"

I took my dog for her first visit...my dog was nervous and a bit timid....the young gal carefully approached my dog to befriend her and put her at ease...told them what I wanted shampoo, cut and nails trimmed....the owner Kathy I believe even followed me outside to verify and make sure how short I wanted my dogs hair cut...picked up my dog and I was VERY pleased how she looked...it was perfect 👌 the price was reasonable too...I am definitely coming back
