Very rude worker. Never received items called when I left. Told them what happened and still fighting to get my refund back. Stealing money is wrong, when workers are rude didn't listen to the customer at all. Never will ever use this place again. Stealing is wrong.

I have been purchasing livestock needs from this business for 35 years. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, deliveries are prompt and hay is neat and stacked- always…but the best part about Elston’s is it is family owned, and the family lives in and supports our little town.

Been several times not there very bad services from a older lady not 2 times but 3 times not even a hi or be with you in a minute walk in the store over 5 minutesAlso I said to her good morning no answer but she look at me and ignore me“Hope she don’t have any disabilities “But 3 times the same I’m not white maybe that’s the difference

My only choice for a feed and supply store. The sales are incredible. Usually anything horse is always $$$ but the huge sales are so refreshing and appreciated. The annual BBQ is great too!!!!

Two stores, in Poway and Ramona. Poway is closed on some days of the week and opens late, also has worse service than Ramona ' girls are less personable and often on the phone while accepting payments. Owner often works behind the counter in Ramona store and the difference between there and Poway store is obvious (thus 4 stars). Tack- and feed-wise, they always had everything that I needed. They will also ship free items between these two stores if one ran out if something
