Very helpful & friendly service, even when short handed. Been buying there for 20 years, when it was Lucky 's. The Organic produce, meat & deli sections are all up to ones highest expectations. Even the customers that shop there are more friendly & do not run you over people like what happen in another grocery store.

Nice, clean, well lit, well stocked, store. Seems to have decent prices. I’ve been shopping at Albertsons lately and initially I did not like the single check out line. It’s grown on me, and seem pretty fast and efficient. Wouldn’t mind if they kept this up post pandemic. It was a pleasant shopping experience and I would shop here again.

It would be 5 stars if this store was more accommodating of women who shop using WIC benefits. I feel they should communicate with WIC and figure out how to use special, different-colored price tags on the racks in order to alert WIC customers easily of the eligible items... The gentleman stocking the dairy last night claimed that the price tags went away 6 years ago when WIC switched from real checks to electronic benefits cards, but Stater Brothers still figured it out, so Al should also hop on board, please! 🤷‍♀️

Had a terrible experience with Robin in the deli today. Not the 1st time either. She is rude, argumentative and then pushed her job on a co-worker. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the nice young man that did end up helping me was really great! Robin just walked away yelling…you got her right. Management needs to get her out of the deli, she’s no good working in that department.

I was in line today and the Manager walked around to the cashier helping me and loudly Said,”Did you check the bottom of the basket”. Now why did she do that to me there was three other people in front of me. Not only was it degrading but embarrassing I definitely will never shop there again.

I find the "new" layout a little confusing and prefer the butcher selection at the Albertsons in Alpine. This store does have great variety and I can almost always find what I need. A little pricier than some other stores, but again quality and selection is better. Staff is always kind and store is always clean.

Pretty good outfit. Front of store has decent customer service. Back of store...not so much. Prices seem higher than average but California has higher prices! We're visiting from Montana.I wish that I would have caught his name but I need to mention.... There is a young fella in the meat dept. that is outstanding. Very helpful and strives to accommodate the customers.

I ordered groceries for pickup, but my car wouldn’t start. I called customer service to have my groceries delivered instead. Customer service to my delivery driver being at my door was handled timely and with perfection. Thank You to all involved. I love my Albertsons!!!

I love this store 😍 Not only are the employees nice & helpful but this store has a Starbucks inside. It's clean, they have COVID safety standards and they follow them. I have had employees go above and beyond to help me when life threw me a curve ball. These are the people you want around you to help you shop and be part of a great community.

Love the variety of frozen foods but hate the prices. Every time I go here my bank account suffers. They have better stuff than Stater Brothers. But Staters is cheaper. But I recommend you keep driving to Poway and Escondido and hit Walmart in Poway Vons Major Market Jimbos or Sprouts instead for groceries. Get most of the stuff at Walmart or Vons get the specialty stuff at the others. It's worth the drive. Albertson in Ramonas prices are criminal.

I wasn't very happy that I had to look two different places 5o find the big salad kits. I came in the door, and went to the right, where I saw all the small salads, and cut vegetables. The salad kits weren't there. I walked all the way down the wall, all kinds of cut vegetables, but no salads. I went to the next Isle, on the right hand side, and there were the kits

If you like waiting in line for awhile then it's fine but with no staffing and restocking during your shopping it gets quite hectic. Staff are super friendly and majority of the time you can find what you're looking for.Hope this will change after the pandemic.

This is a local grocery store. I really like how they have made it special to the neighborhood of Ramona. They're aisles not only marked what they have but they have street names that are in the town of Ramona. It's nice to see a large corporation have a small town feel to it.

This review is for the rude woman at register 8 at 4:30 on Friday 9/24/21. After waiting in an extremely long line to get 2 propane tanks exchanged I wa told they didn't have anymore without checking with anyone other than the girl in line 9 that shrugged her shoulders. Then again says they are out and is quickly is looking for the next customer. I then leave and noticed that there were plenty of tanks with the blue cap. Have a better attitude and actually help your customers.

Super nice and helpful staff. Great produce. The app is fantastic. Last time I shopped I stocked up on two weeks plus of food. The bill was $700 and I saved $200 using the rewards towards groceries, shopped the sales from my couch and was able to add the right ingredients to my list to use the deep price cut sale meat items and make my meals very tasty. Besides going through the adds they have on line coupons. You just click on them and add the exact item to your grocery list (I include the discount so I can make sure it is the best deal). The savings is automatically applied to your bill at check out when you enter your phone number. No cutting coupons or keeping track of them. Tip. I then go through my shopping list and add a letter at the front. M for meat department, p for produce, d fir dairy, f for frozen, etc. So when I am in that part of the store I quickly get all the things from that area.

I understand restocking shelves. But you shouldn't have 3 carts blocking the front isle of the store, and then tell customers to "go around" while rolling your eyes.You also shouldn't treat your fellow employees like dirt. This is pointed at the hulking 6'3"ish rotund black curly haired guy dressed all in black today. Your snotty attitude was inappropriate...and you are going to loose employees if you keep it up.Had I not been in a hurry...would have left you with a full cart to empty back onto your shelves and gone down to Stater Brothers. Regardless of getting my money today, you will not be getting it again.

Every 2 weeks we shop here for groceries. Service has gone down the tube. Typical have a full grocery cart. Takes 10-15 through the line. Never any baggers and if there are thry dont know how to bag. Now they added self checkout! you want me to spend 3 plus and selfcheck and bag myself out! So ridiculous!

I'm from out of town and stopped to get groceries for vacation. The store was very busy, but after waiting in line for about 2 minutes they opened up two more lines so we got checked out quickly. The cashier was very nice. We were surprised you have to pay for bags, but were told that's a California law. Overall great experience.

The store is always clean and bright; they most always have what I am looking for. The employees are consistently kind and engaging always offering a smile and easy conversation for me and my kiddos. Plus, my favorite thing is the brownies they make in the bakery.... $8 for 4 but oh my gosh.... Completely delicious guilty pleasure! 😁

Please fix WiFiSince the rennovations I connot connect to the store WiFi anymore. The store APP works best when connected. For weeks now, it reads "connected without internet" and will not connect. My phone is new but the data is slow so for the use of the store APP, it is best to be connected to nearest wifi.Please fix.

Usually okay. During busy times, they really should open up an additional register. One register for six or more guests in line is a little unprofessional.

Been going back lately, had a very rude clerk who I no longer see there. The prices are very high but the quality and section is good. I need a store that has what I want not one that has cheap prices and poor service on limited selections.
