Although some products may be unavailable at times, Grocery outlet makes up for it with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Parking is awkward at best, the lot is an odd shape which makes it difficult to maneuver in a vehicle on the larger size. All in all I enjoy shopping here. They also have the best prices on chips in town.

Don’t do business with these people. A while ago my family and I bought groceries, and we accidentally received a bag with pizza and pop. It was a mistake and a misunderstanding, it happens all the time. So my mom went to this establishment today and Adam the guy who accidentally took his pizza made my mom pay for his pizza and pop which is very mean 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Adam is rude to my mom for no reason. Also, I don’t like that Julie character. I don’t recommend. Also last night, this Julie , rung up my mom’s grocery’s, she bought 90$ worth of things, one which was a pan she bought for 30$, we got home and we didn’t have the pan, so we went back, and Julia said I have no pan I can’t help you, so they had 3 pans when my mom bought one, and so they had two, my mom went back today, and was gonna purchase the pan again, but she told Adam so already bought it, and they will not give her her pan.. that she bought Julia just puts it back on the shelf, also my mom bought chicken n it was completely mold, I do not recommend this store at all. You buy things and they put it back. I do not recommend.. me and my family will never ever go, to this establishment again. My mom only had 15$ and it went to Adam.

This is a typical Grocery Outlet, with all the great deals you have come to expect. This store is on a larger footprint than many, with wide aisles, clean spaces and plenty of room to move.The layout is very similar to the one near my home, so it was easy to find everything I was after, with one exception: the vitamins & body care products are on the opposite wall relative to the rest of the store. Still, all in all a comfortable shopping experience.

Josh and Jelly were fantastic owners. I just had a payment issue and the new owner (I think his name is Adam) paid for my whole shopping trip due to the inconvenience. The owners provide unbeatable customer service and care about your satisfaction much more than any other grocery store in town, it's not even close.As for the store, while they don't have everything at all times, the prices are competitive and some products are an incredible deal. You always find something new and interesting you haven't tried before, which makes the shopping experience fun and interesting.

Great store fair prices. Need to watch the expiration dates on some items. Use it or freeze it. Eggs place in water make sure they don't float. The owners are great people. If you have a problem they will resolve the issue.

I want to extend my heart felt gratitude to the employees at the Grocery Outlet store in Quincy.I finally conquered an anxiety that has caused me pain and limited me unnecessarily.I utilized the riding cart and was able to buy groceries without pain and dread. Everyone was so helpful, encouraging and respectful. It meant the world to me, my possibilities and my hope to do "normal things" again.Thanks again.

I pointed out to the girl that she over charged for the lettuce. Not really a big deal until she just rolled her eyes and gave me a I don’t care look. Then started waiting on the next person in line. I hope the 50 cents they stole from me is worth me never spending another penny in this place.

I love this store! I choose to go here over any other grocery store in Quincy. Every other store seems to have prices way out of my price range and when we head up to the family cabin we would love to shop locally. This store makes it happen and we can help to support our home away from home. It may not have the exact brand that you're looking for but I never leave without everything on my entire list and cart full.

Good store. Good wine selection. Fresh produce. They do seem to be having trouble stock I ng the shelves but that seems to be the story these days. No one wants to get a job anymore.

Couldn't find special type of cheese that they've carried before, so they said they would order it as soon as the options becomes available. Awesome. I know they are hit & miss on some items, but to try to get the order for me,... awesome customer service.

I paid $26 for a pair of reading glasses the other day, I found the same glasses for $10 at another store in town, and today I found the same glasses at this store for $3.50. yeah I love grocery outlet, wish I would have checked them first.

Prices are, in general, good. But, certain products are inconsistent. An eclectic inventory indeed. I wish all Grocery Outlets were like the Grass Valley store.

No sour cream at grand opening....?I saw the dairy truck there yesterday??Usually wouldnt care but its THE ONLY thing i went for.Milk. Eggs... Butter etc is more expensive than sav more.After checking over 1000 prices. I really didnt see any low prices comparatively.If your a man that likes PRETTY GIRLS at the checkout.....Just go to SAV MORE or Safeway.Doesnt look loke ur gonna save much money.Great processed organic selection. Great for items you may only want to eat once.

I didn't realize it hat every store has different prices for same items and that something you get there one week might not be there the next week and the price they charge you for a bag is ridiculous.

Totally love this store, love the selections & random unique stuff other stores don't have, love the people that work there they are always friendly & helpful..... For the longest time this town only had 2 stores so I'm glad we got a Grocery Outlet because I save so much $$$ even on Dog food!!!!
