Matt and Seth have helped us in the past, they have always been helpful and friendly. They have a great selection to choose from, everything from plumbing parts to paint and garden. I've even bought a couple of chain collars and some dog toys here.

We are fortunate to have these guys up here. This place can save you from the drive down to Fresno. This store is very clean and organized. They have quite a bit of inventory. Surprisingly they have almost everything a big hardware store would have. They even recycle oil & fill 20 lb. propane containers here. Many of the staff members have given me great service with a smile. I installed a custom wood burner & after shopping online I purchased my Selkirk stove pipe parts here. The price was the same after using their coupons. They have a great selection. Somebody has put some effort into that stove inventory. I needed 20' sticks of #5 rebar. It ended up being cheaper than Home Depot & easier to get home. Unfortunately, their system doesn't accept ACE coupons that others stores have. This has happened a couple times. These pictures represent less than 10% of their store. They have a huge stock of lumber, pipe, rebar, quikrete, etc outback. They store most of it out of the elements too.

To expensive. It's OK to make a profit, but you don't have to gouge your customers so bad that they won't come back. The feed store has some hardware for much better prices.

My husband came in yesterday, looking for a bolt for his motorcycle seat. The gentleman at the counter helped him find one, and even lent him a wrench to put it on. Now that’s great customer service. Thank you!!

The canyon fork ace hardware is always a pleasant experience from the comfortable cool air conditioned main store to the impressive lumber area out back.I have worked at an ace hardware in the bay area and the lumber selection in our store was a couple 2x4's and some outdated 1980's looking baseboard.This store cut the lumber on site to the size I needed plus u pay for everything in the store first and take your slip around back and grab and go.I am the type of person who usually walks rite in past store employees to find what I need myself because its infuriating standing around for literally 30 minutes waiting for a home Depot employee other than the two who are standing two feet from the bay where the item I need is because it's not their department or they have not completed the ladder climbing college required to use the home Depot ladder.But at canyon fork ace hardware an employees department begins at the front door and ends when there is no more merchandise in view.If you need help with a weedeater (which is in the back of the store) and you ask someone at the very front of the store they are going to walk you to the the area you are looking for and will not walk away until they see that there is someone there to assist you.The first time I went there the employees at the front were helping other customers so I asked the cashier where I could find the chainsaw chains and he pointed me to the back corner of the store and told me someone would be rite behind me to assist me when I got back there I was greeted by an employee helping another customer who said he would be with me shortly just a few seconds later and employee from the front had come back to make sure I was being helped.If you need something from the hardware store you go to the hardware store canyon for ace hardware is a real hardware store with employees that are not only knowledgeable about where their items are located in the store but knowledgeable about the items they sale and weather or not you will find the item you need in their store without having to call for three other employees, the store manager, and finally the corporate office just to verify the tool you need is a hammer and not a screwdriver but no sorry my handheld windows 98 computer says we are all out of screwdrivers so let me call the hotdog vender out front who mans this department to get them down from the top shelf because he is the only one who is qualified to use the ladder on the left side of this isle in this department that every home depot employee is required to learn how to fall off of before they are authorized to give customers correct information about products they dont sell or exhist

Great employees that always have the right answer! It is so nice to have a hardware store that has everything in our small town. Come here for any and all of your building and homeowners' needs. The pricing is very comparable to stores in Fresno.

Today's trip was for something simple. Store staff immediately got me to the right place so I could see the choices. So much different than a big box store where they don't help you at all. I don't think you can have had a better experience.

Very, very helpful and friendly staff. Every time I have gone I have been greeted so kindly and offered help if I needed it. Feels so welcoming going there and it is also very organized and clean as well. A big selection of so many handy things. Great store you should definitely go and see for yourself!!

Was greeted shortly after entering and asked what they could help me find, and started in on the whole list from lightest to heaviest. They didnt have one of the items I was looking for, but they helped me make exactly what I needed with off the shelf parts right there on the spot in no time at all. Decent hardware store always has what I need for a quick fix. I don't recommend buying any other feed for your livestock. But that is up to you. As there has been bad hay purchased here. And animals have been put into jeopardy. However, as far as needing any hardware and anything else that you might need, the customer service has been good. These guys have always been decent to me. The owners response to the bad hay situation was not handled well and many people had lost some livestock due to it and when I took my hay back his response was very very poor.

Very friendly people...One of the young men was going on a break when my mom suddenly had a Diabetic episode and he and another worker assisted my mom in her time of need. This goes way beyond their job description and they should be recognized for their kindness.

It was clean. The location that the store is in is beautiful. Employees seemed tense. I was looking for mantels for my lantern. They didn't have the ones I needed but I bought some anyways. It wasn't a common mantel so I wasn't surprised. The store was almost empty as far as customers. I probably will never return to that store unless I'm in the area and it's an emergency or something.

I couldn't believe there was a ace up here in the mountains it was pretty cool to know that we were just going for a ride and we saw it so we went by there I was looking for some things I really need it and I found them there the people that work there are kind and helpful thank you for all the help we did appreciate that can't wait to go back up there .

For its location, this is a full size, well maintained inside and outside ACE... well stocked hardware store, with lots of employees on the floor. I arrived on a Sunday after12:00 noon and counted no less than six employees helping customers. Nut and bolt section is huge and sold by the pound. Along with their large section of DIY hardware, they sell garden supplies, work clothes, tools and gas powered equipment.Everyone who works there is very friendly, knowable and willing to help.

I love the 'Newer' location, very easy to see from Auberry Rd. Inside is full of knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff to assist with anything you may need! I think this is my favorite ACE Hardware because of the employees and store owners dedication to meeting the communities needs. If your lawnmower needs a tune up- bring it in, pull around the side& they will unload it, give you a slip, and call you when ready or if they find ANY other issue they will call you to ASK if you would want to fix it or not, give you the price of repairs before doing them, you won't have to worry about picking up something that came in for a tune up and getting a bill for the tune up plus Other item's added & fixed without YOUR consent. They do all our repairs for our property equiptment- riding lawnmower, push mowers, rototiller, weed-eaters, even small tractors. They can pull up quotes/prices when you call.

Well I just happen to know the owners sons, Steve, Pat & Kevin Sikora. They are really good people and good at what they do.Canyon Fork Ace Hardware is one of the best things of the community of Prather. They employ a lot of local people who are very diverse in age and background.One of their hires worked as a county inspector and their latest was a teller at the local bank.Canyon Fork Market (now Mar-Val Market) & CVS/Pharmacy (used to be Long's Drugs) along with Ace Hardware are the biggest businesses in the area.I can honestly say that the people at Ace are some of the best people to work with. Not only is the store always stocked with the latest items they keep it immaculate.They also have a full lumber yard in back with everything you'd see at Home Depot. But if they don't have what you need they'll order it and have it in a week or less.All of the best and then there's the rest. Steve Sikora is THE PREMIER Saw Boss in the area.They carry a full line of both Stihl & Husqvarna saws w/all the amenities. They got it all!
