i was so excited to get our puppy to this salon.Got our sweet puppy back.Not as cute as we left him there. The haircut is very choppy and uneven on the head and face and some places on his body. Nails also could have been trimmed better.In the salon all the dogs were barking that I have not seen in other places.and our puppy did seem to be happy after a haircut.Very disappointed.

This place is amazing! I rescued a 9 year old poodle mix who had a broken paw in the past. He will barely let me touch that paw, however, the staff at Buried Bone was not only able to cut his hair they also trimmed his nails. I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the job they do!

I've been bringing my dogs to The Buried Bone since it opened. They always do a great job and treat our dogs so well. At one time, we had a senior rescue. They were so gentle with her and treated her like a queen.i recommend the Buried Bone to everyone .

These workers should be ashamed of themself!! This place is disgusting, right when you walk in it smells awful there is dust and dirt everywhere and pee stains. The workers here are very cruel to the dogs I have heard them screaming at the dogs and hear the dogs scream in pain. This place needs to be shut down. They charge so much for a hair cut and the hair cut looks aweful and my dog smells so bad. Horrible service. you guys have been reported

OMG my Piper looks perfect like a show dog.He gets crazy looking and mats because heis a Maltipoo. They did an awesome job!!!So thankful to have groomers I can count on.He’s a happy boy !

I called to make an appointment. No one answered the phone so I left. Message that I had 22 dogs to bring in for wash and clip. I got a call back hours later. It missed the call so I called right back. Again no answer. I left a other message to return my call. That was about 3 days ago and I have yet to receive as call back.

I have had my Shih Tzu groomed four times so far and have been very pleased. My dog probably doesn't care about the open play area but it's a good idea.Your scale, is zero the best or worst?But I don't like are all the foo foo items for sale in the front of the store which are quite expensive. Do you really see a profit for them?I think you should do away with some of those items and give more room to the groomers in the back.

Small boutique store and grooming service for dogs! Toys galore, colorful and stylish leashes, but the best part is the selection of raw and gently cooked food to keep your fur babies happy and healthy.

Looked like someone had take a weed-wacker to the dog. Unevenly clipped with Matts still in her longer hair. Additionally, they use weird language when referring to the dogs when they think client’s can’t hear them. “Do you know where Fido’s leash is?” “You mean that Terrier thing?” “Yeah the terrier thing...” it was just weird and sub-par all around:
