Cameron welcomed us when we arrived & asked lots of questions to make sure we were getting the correct grooming set up for my dogs. She then looked them over and took them back. She was very kind and patient with me and my pups.

Rowan is an excellent groomer, she listens carefully to needs and concerns and shows so much kindness to Meiko. He always looks so fluffy and beautiful after his groom. She pays attention to very important details like trimming his skirt and his little paws are perfectly groomed. Petco in Poway is not the closest to my home but so worth the extra miles to have Rowan care for my precious Meiko!!

Our mini aussie gets so nerve-cited when it comes to grooming. Amanda does an excellent job every time. We know our dog has been well taken care of and she always comes out looking gorgeous and happy.

I took my pet yesterday. This was the 4th time getting his nails clipped. Megan was very rude to him. My pet bit her (he never has this behavior), and after she was done, she dragged him out, pulling the leash. It was awful, and he was crying. We had never experienced this before; we had had great experiences, but I would never let her touch my puppy again.

Everyone there is super friendly and really cares for the pets they are grooming. I'm trying to get my poodles hair to grow out and she is old and can be feisty. She never has a problem when I bring her here. My groomer is Ashley, and she is very caring and patient with Diva (my poodle).

We have a hard time trimming our 80lb Lilo’s nails but met someone who has good experiences at this location. Ashley did a fantastic job in no time! She is so kind and gentle with Lilo! Very professional! We will definitely come back!

I had an appointment this morning and Amanda from grooming closed the door on my face without asking me anything, she just open the door for another dog and I had my appointment before, I called her and she said I thought you are coming for vet! Really?? He didn’t ask me anything just closed the Door! The other customer she looked at me and said I’m sorry.
