Stay clear of this company, they don't value international customers... We had some spilled milk in the RV and the outright refused to rent us a carpet extractor because we did not have US passports as Germans... So we asked to see the manager, he could not find a solution. They literally gave us the middle finger. Well, aside from the carpet extractor we wanted to buy lots of stuff and tools to fix and outfit the new to us RV, well I guess we get em some place else... Home depot never ever again... Thanks for leaving us with soaking milk in the RV... Highly appreciated. I will spread that story.

Home Depot has always been real good with their service and the people that work there have been very polite and especially one person that went out of their way to help us her name was amberlina and she worked at the pro desk. Excellent job helping us with everything and thanks.

Store is definitely not handicap friendly. There are no carts at the entrance where handicapped parking is. You have to walk to the opposite end of the store to get a cart, then back to the other end of the store to shop. After getting your items, only 1 register is working again at the opposite end of the store, which means you have to exit at the opposite side of the parking lot from the handicapped parking. From now on, it will be Lowes for me.

This is why I rarely go into Home Depot the rudest people’s. I went in with my husband mind you he is disabled in wheelchair. Looking for flagpole kits young lady directed us to garden side. We couldn’t find we ask two men that where in that department. So we ask one that was just standing where we can find he didn’t know he ask the other employee he said it’s gonna be a while. Before they put them up and out to the floor. Store never in good condition. Never going back I’ll stay true to Lowe’s. Better management needs to be applied to employees. Not a happy camper

I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to help me in the light department. The cashier told me to wait there. She paged out at least three times for someone to come help me. Luz at Home Depot is the absolute best because when we started buying stuff to fix up an older home we knew we hit some potholes and she has helped with our security door purchase and install as well the purchases of washer and dryer and installs. Luz is a one of a kind employee so give her a bonus!

The porterville store has the ABSOLUTE WORST Customer Service I have EVER experienced!!!! The associates give you attitude over the phone, they wont look for anything in store. Literally a joke to get anyone in store to help you. During the worst times and times of emergency (porterville floods) Theyre rude, condesending. Act like they are all managers on duty with terrible short attitudes once you ask to speak to the store manager and when you ask for the name of the store manager, because "the manager is in a meeting" the associate refused the name of the store manager and would not help me. Said he couldnt tell me her name. As a once home depot employee, everyone wears their names on aprons and the employees are posted on the wall, especially a manager so because I was trying to do business over the phone, they arent allowed to give out names?! THIS HOME DEPOT IS MANAGED POORLY AND OBVIOUSLY DO NOT REGARD THEIR CUSTOMERS. EXPLAINS WHY THEIR PARKING LOT IS EMPTY COMPARED TO THEIR COMPETITOR (LOWES) ACROSS THE STREET. THAT EXPERIENCE JUST MADE ME A LOWES CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! EVEN IF HD CARRIED SOMETHING LOWES DOESN'T I WILL NOT SUPPORT THAT TYPE OF TREATMENT!!! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE. BY THE WAY JOSE WAS THE GUY WHO WAS A MANAGER ON DUTY AND THE STORE MANAGER IS VERONICA. SAD BIT OF WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE CALL FOR PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.(DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!)

Although they may not have the biggest selection of home improvement items, tools, and garden supplies they are far from lacking in any of these departments. To add to their more that sufficient inventory the staff here is always friendly and ready to help when needed.

They had what I was looking for which was to rent a spray paint gun. The price was reasonable and the machine was in great condition. I had no problem while using it and would use it again if I needed to. The person who helped me was friendly and answered all of my questions in detail. Great selection of everything you could need for your home. Good and frequent sales and clearances. Staff knowledgeable and helpful with shopping and project needs. Wide aisles make shopping with big stuff in your cart easy. Bonus: Plenty of electric carts for folks who need them to shop.

We love our local Home Depot. We needed help with details about 2 fans we need for the updating of our home. The gentleman that helps us cleared up so many questions we had! We didnt get his name, but it was Sunday, Feb. 23 around 11ish and he was one of the most helpful associates we have ever worked with! Great job, Home Depot! We will definitely be back!

What needs to be said about Home Depot,? This place has everything you could possibly need and more! The only challenge is sometimes finding a knowledgeable employee. But if you do find one he seems to know everything! And very very helpful in helping you if what you need, I like the big Isles and the organization of products. The checked out is usually quick and a lot of times I'll go through the nursery register which seems to be a little quicker. If you need something or anyting in your life, go to Home Depot, you will find it

I came here for keys and the machine shut off mid cut. The guy was very nice and helpful but the other lady he was asking for help was super disrespectful to him. I get not all employees get along with eachother but this made me wanna slap her.

I can't really speak on the employees because every time I go I always look online ahead of time to see what I'm going to get and where it's going to be at what aisle and bin number I've never really had to ask any questions to any of the employees with anything that I've gone for but during checkout they're polite other than that Home Depot Great Value great inventory always stocked
