The only reason I put a 5 star review is because there's this one very funny and joking cashier that I've seen make many customers happy and come back to the store. I'm a daily customer and I really like this guy ! He isn't normally there every day but it's great to see him. He always starts up conversations and makes you laugh! If I can remember his name is keam.

The employees are always kind and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient.I rescued a little kitten that was under a person car that lived around the corner and down the street from my house. It was almost frozen to death, as the overnight temperatures had dropped to 32 degrees F. I can only assume that the little kitty had climbed into the engine area, looking for some much needed warmth, and fell fast asleep. As he slept, the engine cooled off completely, and he woke up almost frozen to death.I'm happy to say that he is alive and doing well, growing like crazy.Thank you, Pet Smart, for helping me get everything that he needed and for helping me to dial in on his approximate age so I could get the correct kitten formula. 😸 ❤️

PetSmart, We had stopped in to see if they had some Guinea pig's because my granddaughter wanted one but we saw two hamsters & some different kinds of fishes & birds the store is really nice & the employees was very helpful & it was so cool to see the other people's furry babies walking around & the dogs cats was coming soon hopefully! Our German shepherd is our pride and joy, we take good care of him because he takes of us. When it comes to his grooming needs we have not found a better grooming salon than PetSmart porterville.Adrianna and her staff have our boy coming home happy and looking handsome.Highly recommend the grooming packs available to not only keep your pet happy, but yourself accountable when it comes to your fur baby care!I'd say 10/10 by Google only lets us put 5/5 haha!

Store hours changed without any notice. I went in today at 8:00am and was told that they were helping their last clients and they could no longer ring me up. Very upsetting considering that my dogs had just ran out of food.

Always friendly. A bit pricey but if you look at ads and look for price cut items you can save. Joining the petco club will also help. We bring our dog for grooming and they take very good care with him.

A worker named Linda or Lydia, I forgot exactly her name, she is very kind. My kitten had diareah for a straight month and she helped me choose the right food and it worked. She is one of the nicest and most helpful employees u can find in this store

Great place to pick up a snack, i especially enjoyed these chicken bits! They complemented my salad wonderfully! I had no idea petsmart also carried refrigerated quality meats! Yummy! Will definitely be back to try the salmon and gravy flavored croutons things in the big bags, those should last me quite a few years! Thanks a bunch petsmart!

Me and my dog both love petsmart. I love taking her in there to go look at the toys and treats they have. My suggestion are the power bite treats you can get there. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. When i first got my baby girl we didnt know what to do. Thankfully one of the workers seen us and decided to help us out by giving us as much help and information as she can. I dont know her name but I am thankful nevertheless.

The staff change has really made this place go upside down the district manager is always yelling at the female managers and treating them horrible. I feel really bad for the employees that work here they seem so miserable

I’ve been going to PetSmart a lot recently and every single time I go I am greeted with a warm welcome. Always have what I need and very helpful when I ask them what they recommend for my pets. I also go there to buy my fishes and always have a variety of them which is pretty nice because it gives me more options to pick out from. The staff there also knows what they are doing and are very friendly. Yeah might be pricey sometimes but I just love PetSmart and it’s worth it for my pets!
