Let me start off by saying DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!I had taken my dog to get a grooming service here, during drop off I explained to one of the female groomers if she can do something about my dog’s ingrown hair that was on the inner side of her eyelid, i suggested plucking if possible. I mentioned cutting was not the best option since the hair would still be there and it would mostly likely cause even more discomfort since the short hair would be stabbing her.When i picked my dog up she said she cut the hair in her eyelid and again i asked wouldn’t it hurt her more since the hair is still there they’re just shorter now which will poke her (its common sense) She said no the dog should be fine.Exactly what i said would happen, happened.My poor baby has been in pain, her eye swollen, she cant even open it up.I called them to express my concerns and the groomer said she wasn’t comfortable doing the service?! But she went ahead and did it anyway? I don’t understand if didn’t specialize in this why would she do it , knowing i told her not to trim it.After this thinking she had muted me , she asked me to hold so she can speak to her boss. Again thinking she had mute me i hear her say “DUMB BITCH” not realizing i can still hear.I ended up talking to Eddie the owner but it was all useless, he offered absolutely no solutions , nothing.My poor baby is now in so much pain , she cant even open her eye.Dont do it, dont take your dog here.

I had to change my appt at the last minute and he was very understanding and explained parts of the grooming process I didn't know. Our appt is in 4 more days and I'll update this.

They know how to handle the pets. My dog would have not bit me if I was holding him. But when the staff at Eddies takes my dog, he gives them no problem, and that's a plus cake cause my dog is hard to handle sometimes, but never for them. Thanks Eddie's Place

I’ve given this place a second try, my first visit I was told that my dog was dipped which was asked upon arrival that we needed it done & when I picked him up he had all kinds of fleas as if he was never dipped, so because I believe in second chances I took him again just yesterday and and asked if they can clean his ears and cut his hair the usual of what a grooming consists of and I literally got my dog back smelling awful and ears could have been cleaned out better. All in all I was NOT satisfied and paid $85 .

They had my puppy looking his shiniest and feeling his softest. They also gave him a bandana!! It was adorable and better than I expected. Although, I do really recommend having an appointment or your dog will be there a really long time. It's worth the price because they do so much for your pups and mine was anxious when he went in but happy at the end so I know they took good care of him.UPDATE:I took him again and it was the worst. They overcharged me and didn't trim between his toes or clip his nails. Also they never called me when he was done so I have no idea how long he was waiting in a cage. I called ahead and asked for an appointment so they told me to bring him at 8:30am and that they would call when he was ready to be picked up. We did so, and waited and waited for a call. Never got one. When I went to pick him up, I was frustrated that he was already done and nobody thought to call and let me know. Won't be going back. I would give 1 star except that I had a good experience the first time.

They were very nice and helpful when it came to taking Thor to get groomed. I was worried because I had never taken him before but once I got here I felt extremely comfortable and Thor had a big smile. They did an amazing job on my pup and I will definitely be back again! Look how handsome he looks!

I have a Goldendoodle he went in looking a mess came out looking like a show dog. They did an awesome job cleaning him up. Hair cut was perfect. Price is very reasonable. I’ll be coming back:) Thank you so much

Don’t bring your dogs here. My poor dog was there from 11 am to 4:10 and all they managed to do was a bath. She was panting and shaking when I picked her up and I just wanted my poor dog at that point because it wasn’t worth it. I wasn’t told over the phone I was getting “squeezed in” but the employee insisted that I was told prior. Jay and the other female groomer had an attitude when I just requested my dog back and didn’t want to hear their excuse as to why it was taking so long. I just paid the $35 because I wasn’t even trying to refuse to pay I just wanted my dog. Who knows how long she was in the cage for. I recommend Dan in Tulare at christys grooming it’s worth the drive and you won’t face the same nightmare I did. Sad I had to give these people trust of my dog and my money.

Thank you Eddies Dog House! I took my 2 shaggy dogs in full of stickers and foxtails after they escaped into the horse pasture. Eddie did a fabulous job cleaning them up and making them beautiful again. My little one is blind and mostly deaf, and they were very gentle with him. The price was right, the people friendly, and most importantly, my boys were happy when I picked them up! I'll definitely take them back to Eddies, and highly recommend them to others!

Eddie’s is awesome. They always get my dog in on schedule and even sometimes will squeeze her in without an appointment. I recommend always getting an appointment however since they can be busy. My Matilda always comes home looking great and smelling good too!

I've taken my dog three times to Eddie's and the first two times were great but yesterday was really bad. I can understand that accidents happen but the owners should be informed of any problems. My dog has two cuts and a bald spot. The paws were not trimmed properly, there are two long pieces in the middle. She's only a 4lb dog. This was more than just an accident it was poor quality work. I'm not sure if it's the new employee but I was very surprised in the extreme difference from the first two times to the last.

I use take my Mastiff to Petsmart but he would always come back with a little stinch that they said they couldn't remove. After taking him to Eddie's one time he came back with no smell but clean and fresh. Great job Eddie!

We've taken our shihtzu a few times and they've always done a great job but yesterday my dog had an appointment at 840 am we waited all day for a call and nothing so we went at 330 pm and he still wasn't trimmed so they said give them 5 minutes so we left for a bit when we came back he was done but looks bad they just cut everything really short and uneven when we just wanted a fluffy trim with the ears long😔

I am not real pleased with the cut they did on our little maltipoo, he has uneven hair all over and they didn't even do his paw pads. Maybe I have to be more specific about what we want if we take him back.

I took my dog here and he came back with a bleeding foot. They cut his nails very poorly and did a terrible job cutting his hair.
