I really like this place! The people who work here are kind and knowledgeable, and the store has a great selection of raw dog food. They even have raw food brands like Stella & Chewy that don't require refrigeration, which are perfect for those of us who don't want to or can't freeze/refrigerate our dog food. The store has a decent loyalty rewards program, too.

I've been here many times I always feel kind of bad for the staff working here because it's always a ghost town like just one employee who is desperately trying to stay awake. No music no customers no other employees just one person. Their prices are a bit high but they have a very good selection.

Selection, prices, and...their people! Particularly Austen and Miriam. Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. This place isn't that close to me, but I make the trek because of the aforementioned attributes. Always improves my day!

Great prices and large variety of products. Staff is friendly and very helpful. My Alaskan Malamutes love going in there because of the attention they get from the engaging staff. Highly recommend!

My favorite place to get pet supplies. I have 2 big dogs and 3 cats so I always have to stock up. They have a frequent buyer program for most of the food they carry. Also, if you spend $75 you get a $5 gift card back and it has a far expiration date.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Best pet store in the SFV, hands down.The staff in the store is always welcoming, and always pleasant.They love my dog every time she comes in, and always ask if they can give her a treat and then give her plenty of pets. She loves it here.The prices are great, and they offer frequent buyer programs which is a big plus as every 10 bags you buy, you get 1 bag free. You have to spend a lot to earn that, but it's a nice surprise when you forget about it.I always come here for anything my pet needs, as I would much rather support a local store rather than the big ones like PetSmart or Petco.Come here, you won't regret it.

This place is a godsend. The staff is knowledgeable beyond belief and so friendly I felt comfortable sharing about my elderly dog that is suffering from cancer and has been given only a few weeks to live. They assisted me, made me feel comfortable, and showed me a varientuy of brands to feed my sweet girl. The food here is top of the line. If you want the best for your dog, come here. This is the Whole Foods for dogs. I don’t even shop at Whole Foods for myself but you better believe all my dogs from here on out will be eating here.

it carries a lot of very good products it's very well organized they could get a few more name brand products in there but they have most of the major name brand productsI was satisfied with the customer service everybody was neat and fairly friendly I guess with a new customer they are a little standoffish they should be a little more approachable but they seem nice though the store itself offers an awful lot and it's nicely located.

The company is based out of Torrance, CA. The store manager helped me find a new dog food after chewy.com discontinued my dog food. This is my new go to store for my fur baby.

The two employees instantly assumed that I was stealing (tell me, employees, where in my crop top and shorty shorts was I going to stash a big bag of dog food?) and then called the manager once I was at the cash register to check my "counterfeit" money. I had only been shopping for about 5 minutes! I will not be returning to this store. I can't explain how rude it is to have someone assume you are trying to steal stuff and pay with fake money, all while I have my dog with me nonetheless.

On Christmas eve I was looking for a coat for my doggo (nothing in her size at REI next door 😭). Despite it being late on a holiday, friendly staff greeted me as I came in. Seemed like a warehouse of all things pet, found what I needed with little effort. Proud of myself for my ability to eyeball the my Lulu's coat size, the inside could use some guidance. There is utility in functional beauty!
