Scam sellers on Amazon. They sent a smaller cage than what I ordered and refuse to correct it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Inaccurate product info and customer service is borderline harassing.

Ordered large bird cage. Box contained only the 4 sides. No bolts or screws. No top parts, no bottom screen or tray, no bowls or the attachments for them. No perches. No wheels.No hinges for the doors. Literally just 4 sides.

Bought a large flight cage via Amazon one year ago today for my parrot from this seller. Would not recommend this product at ALL. As with good care and cleaning practices of bird cage for hygienic reasons and maintianing safe environment for pet birds it has started rusting in places which is not safe for birds!I used mild dish detergent, rinse and drying as part of my cleaning and is rusting. Their response is giving only 30 day warranty and nothing can be done. In selling a product being advertised as bird safe then shouldn't they at least sell products that are rust proof. Save your money and look elsewhere for a bird cage that can be cleaned and not rust.

I ordered a product with them through Amazon and it was an inaccurate item with no instructions for assembly. After a couple of hours of self-assembly I realized and measured it was not the item I ordered from the description, plus it was a bird cage when it states a small critter cage. Any body who owns both species of animals knows the difference. I returned item and paid shipping that costs more than the item itself. I was not even refunded accurately for the item price, so I paid for someone else's mistake. Unfair and unjustified is this company. So not buy from them unless you want to pay more thab you bargained for.

Cages fall apart from welds within 2 months of buying causing damage and loss to birds. In trying to get replacement base they try to make you out to not being agreeable and in the end send you no solution avoid this company!

Spent weeks figuring out the right cage for my mice on Amazon. Then upon getting ready to order, found out that the $80 cage required me to pay $20 in shipping. So it's doubtful that I'll be buying from these jokers. I expect Amazon to be free shipping.
