Awesome place with great prices on everything to feed pretty much any animal. Lots of helpful staff were waiting at the door so each customer gets someone as they walk in. I was just there for Call of the Wild dog food and treats but they have alot and a large warehouse. Look for the farm animals way up top!

They have everything for your animals & pets. I was impressed. I live in Redlands & was out of my parakeet and cockatiel food and was driving by the pomona neighborhood and saw this place and decided to stop to look around, and I don't regret it one bit. It was one quick stop for all my pet's beeds.

Local icon. Simple feed, seed, livestock, and pet supplies. We recently adopted 2 orphan puppies and was glad to learn they still sell basic vaccines over the counter. Checked with Vetco, SPCA and local veterinarians on prices for 1st, to 3rd puppy vaccines, roughly $100 per pup per Vax. With tax here, about $15 per Vax. If you're not afraid to inject your own animals like me, you're saving about $80 per vaccination. Now, the real reason to ve a repeat customer, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great product selection and prices, just like when I use to frequent them with my last 2 big dogs' needs. Plus if you want bird supplies, bunnies, chicks, ducklings, or supplies, they will have or get those for you too. Can't wait to stop in for round 3 of puppy vaccine!

The kids that work here are absolutely terrible. No help at all. Just joking around with each other. Why have 5 or 6 people at the register doing nothing but laughing around. I walk in no greeting. Asked a question and everyone is just looking at you confused as to why you asked. I have been buying my dogs food here for about 12 years. No longer. This place doesn't appreciate another person's business and time.

The young people that work here have very poor customer service skills. No one greets you and they look at you as if you owe them an apology for doing business at this establishment.Either they’re incognizant of their roll or they have a mental disability. What a SHAME.

Giving 5 stars for their friendly staff and great firewood. $25 for a trunk full of slow burning firewood. Way better quality than grocery store wood. The staff will load the wood into your car for you.

I was able to get shots for my 8 week old puppy... Ladybug ...... I have been going to this feed store for @ 40 years or so.... They carry a good selection of food and medicine for your animals and are very friendly and helpful... They also carry firewood and almost always have it for those in need. It is always a good experience ..

Please don't support this business they sell sick animals and if they die after one day of been sold they don't exchange them for another one this information was provided by George the manager and all the people who work there has a bad attitude and very poor service please do a favor to the animals and don't buy o spent your money there, bad bad place to go very rude people.

Beware: prices went up here drastically!Bought a 14 pound bag of Pedigree Puppy Food and this location charged me $24.23 with tax. That is nearly double then what the big retail stores are charging! I live locally and wanted to support this business but charging double for a bag of food isn't right.

(The star review is for the hay they offer) I've gone to Pomona feed for over a year now. It's where I go to get my rabbit necessities.. pellets, hay etc. But, their hay selection has deteriorated over the past months. It's always sun damaged. Its like all of a sudden they don't care about providing quality hay! Their service deserves a 10star review! They are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every product and animal you may have questions about. They take heavy items that you purchase to your car and are just so well mannered and respectful. Unfortunately, due to their current sub par selection of hay, I've been forced to find another feed where the hay is luscious green and not sun damaged yellowed. I hope their hay once again becomes worthy of its customers and the long drive many of us take to get there. Such a great place and personnel, but the hay is lacking.

The new check out in the parking lot sucks. It doesn't allow for contactless payments and I can't grab the dog food brand by sight now. I recommended less then before.Place is great. Folks are eager to help and their products are of the highest quality for your Pets and Live Stock. My dad has been purchasing from here for over 50 years.

Not very spacious but not very many people in the store. Most of the guys are nice at the front but some ignore you while you're on the phone or have a blank look on their face. They have a good variety of premium animal food and I get dog food there that no other petco or pet store has for my large breed dog.

I have been coming to this place for years, but today takes the cake. I left my wallet at the store by accident and the employees DROVE MY WALLET TO MY HOUSE to give it back to me. This is the type of kindness that I wish everyone had. Thank you!

The customer service was not very ideal. I witnessed a younger gent working there showing impatience when a lady was asking questions. This could be improved greatly. Quality of there stock is great. Wish the service matched there Quality in inventory.

We regularly buy bird feed from here. Best price and quality products, no doubt. I have talked to some professional bird breeders, and they said the same to me.The staff are super super friendly. Every single time they carried the 50 lb bags to my car, and I noticed they do it to all customers. When I needed some specific breed at one time, they even called me when that breed came available.Our two backyard chickens are from them. They are strong, healthy, and laying eggs regularly. We sometimes take the kids just to watch the pigeons, chickens, ducklings, rabbits etc.We would definitely recommend this store even if you have to travel a bit to get there.

Purchased four 50# bags of pigeon feed. Two bags were infested with bugs and the third was so old the seeds turned to mush. I spoke to the gentlemen loading me up on my next visit and he informed me they were aware of the problem.Update: Pomona Feeds team made it right. They gave more than what I asked for so in return I spent some more $. I appreciate you standing by your product and I will be back.1 star to 5!

Great prices. Friendly, helpful staff. They carried one of the 2 varieties of dog food that I buy, so they offered to bring in the other one for me. Now I can go there for both, saving me a trip to another store across town.

We love all the sweet animals and food you can buy at super low prices in comparison to other stores. My favorites are the chicks and pigeon varieties. This shop usually has bags hey and feed starting at$2.00 they also have all girl chicks. My chicken is 3 and gives an egg each day. I just went back and got a new chick for 2.00
