Highly recommend this groomer! We have a Samoyed that needs extra attention during any sort of grooming so we are very picky with the groomers we take him to. They took very good care of him, they took extra time to get rid of his matting and even recommended a brush to help maintain his matting at home.This is Koas second visit and we will definitely be using Lili's services from here on out. They were very professional and communicated efficiently when they needed to take additional time for his matting, so I appreciate that communication. They have an open area so you can see dogs being groomed, which makes me more comfortable knowing our fur babies are in good hands. The shop is well kept, clean, and easily accessible with parking in the front and the side alley.

This is the only place I trust with my two babes! I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is always friendly and they remember all of the dogs that come through the door. The staff is consistent as they always seem to remember the unique needs/personalities of my two dogs (they are opposites). Most importantly, I have always received my dogs well groomed (all around: hair, nails, teeth) and smelling good beyond expectation. Just recently, they did a photo op for the holidays (complimentary) and I am beyond grateful to have received a picture of my dogs with Santa (their first ever - my chihuahua is 12 years old ). A picture I will forever treasure. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I can’t thank you enough Lily's Mobile Grooming! Bishop is a puppy and his first puppy grooming was great. He had a lovely warm welcome from a staff member, and he was instantly relaxed. When he was done, it was great to hear he had a great time and enjoyed all the treatments.Lily’s Mobile Grooming is FANTASTIC!!!!!  Their team is so thoughtful and caring in person and over the phone, and of course, they do an amazing job with my beloved Multipoo!. They fully groom him beautifully and I’m always fully satisfied and happy with the end results. My dog always smells so AMAZING. I love the fact that they are very patient with my puppy and they are always willing to accommodate me! Lili’s pet grooming is the best! from the staff to the beautiful esthetic, it’s like something you’d see in Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie so cute and pink everywhere. They have the cutest doggy couture clothing, pearl necklaces/collars, shampoos, even doggy perfume!💗 They truly have hand picked staff that treats your fur babies like family. I fully trust them with my babies they are so patient and gentle. Grooming can be stressful for some pets or maybe even their first time, I’ve experienced in the past some places where they don’t allow the owners in the back while grooming and Lili’s staff has let me go back to calm my dogs from the biggest to the smallest as I am a foster/rescue mom while they are nervous about nail trimming. They have some many activities year round ice cream day to photos with Santa. I highly recommend Lili’s Pet Grooming for your next grooming appointment.💗🐾

I would say that prices are great for the work and time they put into grooming. They have gained my trust and respect in taking care of my dog, and I will continue to come back. Highly recommend this groomer! We have 2 chihuahua mixes and they take very good care of them. We have been coming to them for a year and they are always accommodating. They leave our fur babies well groomed.The shop is well kept, clean, and easily accessible. Reasonable prices.

The women? So nice. POLIET and about thee hardest working in the field I've seen personally. Oh yeah the work? Show room quality. You don't even understand. I walked in with a shelter dog at best? They made ole boy ready to sit in a Paris Hilton bag herself. And fast. Didn't over charge me for no reason. PRIME.

Great family-owned pet grooming! I called in and was able to been seen within 30 minutes. Arrived brieftly talked services and prices. I was asked to stay a little while in my car to make sure my dog was okay (he hates baths and is a bit uneasy) while I was not present -- I appreciated this greatly. When I picked him up he was perfectly calm and so white and pretty. I talked With Edward a bit about my dog's coat maintenance before leaving. Great place would recommend and will definitely be returning next month!

This is Yoshi's first time at Lili’s pet grooming and won’t be the last. Yoshi gets very nervous whenever I take him to get groomed, he is a rescue dog and has been through a lot. I highly recommend Lili’s pet grooming services as the lady’s that work here are very helpful and took good care of my Yoshi. They even gave me some tips on how to help Yoshi relax. Will definitely come back again.

They took my matted samoyed in and were so patient with detangling him and even took extra time to get out as much as they could.They even took the time to educate me on proper at-home maintenance for my dog and recommended some different products I can buy for at home.The service is always friendly and accommodating. I was very surprised to learn that Oso had behaved so well at Lili’s. I had warned them about my dog’s aggravation when trimming the legs (his past groomer was unable to give him a uniform cuts because of it). I was really nervous about switching groomers, but all the good reviews had me convinced. I don’t know why it took me this long to make the switch! They are amazing! There were no issues what so ever trimming Oso from head to paws, and he smelled divine.What the other groomer lacked in was simply love and patience. Lili’s team of professionals know just how to work with animals. I can tell just how compassionate they are with the work that they do and that too me matters the most.

I haven't been YET as my new puppy isn't quite ready for her 1st hair cut. However the fact that Lili's asks for donations of food, out grown beds, blankets, toys, etc. and brings them to the Humane Society and/or Shelters on their own time, tells me these are very caring animal lovers!
