Sly Park Resort and The Knott Hole Bar & Grill is one of the best places in pollock for food and a great atmosphere! Right across from the lake, definitely stop in and get a drink and some food. Menu is amazing! You won't be disappointed. Burgers are so juicy and huge! Fries are crispy and delicious and you can't go wrong with a sandwich or taco tuesday 😋The employees in the store and bar are always super nice. And the owners are doing a fabulous job. 10/10 recommendStore is stocked so nicely, it's great to see this mountain store and grill thrive!Food & drinks: 5 stars! Amazing quality!!Tacos amazing, burgers amazing, sandwiches amazing. Top tier food!Chili, biscuits and gravy, soups and salads are delicious!

I always pass this spot on the way to the range or the lake but have never stopped in for more than drinks and gas. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great, much much better than I expected. Service was friendly, a little on the slower side but anyone here is probably camping, at the river, on the lake or at the range and shouldn't mind a little wait. Hell, you are in the country! Play a little game of horse shoes in the back or chill out with a beer, it's all good!Will be back!

I used to come here as a kid with my mom and I was expecting it to have changed and not be good anymore but it just as amazing as I remember the food is still the best I have ever had. Their burgers are to die for a d so are their garlic fries

It used to be great, but it has changed hands. Every time I come here there is a new person behind the grill, none of which seems to know how to cook a burger. My last two were raw. Don't think I will be back.Not only can they not cook a burger, I stopped in today to buy a pack of smokes only to see the rack was empty. They told me they haven't had them in over four months. At that point I looked around and noticed they had nothing close to comparable of what used to be available.This used to be a great store, bar, grill for folks staying at the lake, but I have no idea what the new owners are thinking, but clearly it is not about their customers. Save yourself some time and go into town to the Safeway to get what you need.

I was reading by the lake and stopped in to grab a snack and a drink. I asked to use the rest room and a guy was rude and said only for restaurant and bar customers. Then he told me I could go across the street and use theirs. Guess my money was not good enough for bathroom use!! I will never spend my hard earned money in there again. Used to be a great place for a family to stop in when at the lake!

After the new owners, the shelves are almost empty. Only a small selection of beer & soda stays stocked. It's been a few years & I've asked many times when they are going to stock the shelves again with the items that are gone & never get a answer. Seems they are running on beer, burger & gas sales.

Super friendly little place! Simple pub food cooked on the grill right in front of you. Not fast but totally good! I had the Knott Hole burger and would definitely stop there again.

If you are hungry and in a hurry, this is def not the place for you. We actually had some time to kill so it wasn't too bad, but it took about 30 minutes from sit down to food coming out. I'm not a health inspector or anything like that either, but I can say I did witness some food handling skills that could def be improved upon. During our visit there was only one person tending bar, who also doubled as the cook. Needless to say, there wasn't a lot of hand washing between touching food and grabbing glasses to pour a drink into. We managed to survive without any peril, but if you like to gamble, I would say keep on going down the road to Stateline instead.

Worst experience ever! On our way back from camping, my husband's truck was overheating and we stopped to get free water (state law) at the country store has station the owner laughed and shrugged. We had our 2 lil kids in the truck & they could care less we were forced to buy a $10 case of water & talked to so disrespectfully by staff I was shocked. Also, all the shleves were empty and covered in dust. Stop at your own risk! Never again!

I'm not used to lakeside country stores having excellent food! What a welcome surprise. Stopped in to get some worms, and ended up eating a great meal of garlicky grilled burgers, with an amazing selection of craft brews and local wines.

Used to be a great place. But new owners are rude, refuse to wear masks even while serving food, and have about 10 percent of the stock carried before. Sad to see them so unfriendly to customers.

I was shocked when I entered the store and not a single employee in the store or the restaurant was wearing a mask or gloves. $6.90 for a five block pack of wood, the unfriendly cashier old guy did give me a extra block for free and told me it was behind the gate. I could not find the gate went back in the store and the guy sarcastically gave me better info yelling at me where it was. It is very strange time when America asks its citizens to stand up and fight a pandemic and these people have the lack of concern for their fellow Americans. If you want to spread Covid. Go on by... Wood and products are much cheaper down the street!

Dont bother calling for takeout, they would rather leave you on hold for 20 min letting you hear everything while they joke around and screw off instead of taking your order. Food is bland and overpriced, burgers are undercooked and raw.

Didn’t even get to open the door before the bartender/waitress groaned cause she “just saw me go into the store” instead of the bar/restaurant. Gotta have that smoke!

Small bar, kitchen is lacking but there is a convenience store attached to grill if the menu doesn't satisfy your tastebuds. Beautiful location though with the lake and campgrounds across the street.

If you wear a mask here, be prepared to be treated with hostility by the locals. Not taking any COVID precautions. The ladies working here are fairly friendly, but severely overworked.

It's nice there.. But haven't been having luck on fishing there.. Great place to camp with family or friends. Or just up there for the day.. I recommend to all, go there for a nice getaway....

If you forget something, this little store has you covered. Its located by the entrance of the park and it is packed with all your needs for a great camping experience ...ice cream sold here as well!
