We had a great time at Andis Winery in April 2024 during their zinfandel release with music and even a food truck. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly as we tasted almost all of their varietals. Zinfandel, cab franc, Barbera, Sauvignon Blanc and my favorite GSM Enor. We'll be back!

Best experience wine tasting in quite a while 🍷.The staff is very friendly and definitely following the Covid-19 safely recommendations. It was a fun experience and very enjoyable. They are pet friendly which is also a huge bonus. Their outside tables offer great views and the food offered was quite tasty too. Good selection of tasting flights as well.

I wasappal on how we were greeted the host was very rude. Our server was even worse, he was rushing us like he was on commission Tristen was his name. We were planning on buying bottles but with his attitude we decided just to pay for the tasting 😒

We had a very memorable Reserve Zinfandel tasting experience thanks to Gabe's attentive and knowledgeable service, a brilliant range of elegant wines, exotic surprises (Schioppettino!), a cozy, modern ambiance on the patio, live tunes played by a deft multi-instrumentalist, and tasty empanadas from the Argentinian food truck.

Andis Winery is great! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide selection of wines that were fantastic. Their Primitivo is my new favorite and is now my 'Go-To' wine when I'm trying to impress. The facilities were gorgeous with a modern design. You can either stay inside where it is nice and open with impressive views from large windows spanning the countryside, or you can sit outside and enjoy their outdoor wine tasting as well. Their outdoor area was also dog friendly and had games to keep the kids happy. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy another picturesque view and another excellent glass of wine from Andis Winery.

A real standout! Andis Winery is worth a visit. The property catches your eye from the road with it's unique modern design that sets it apart from the many other wineries in this area. Perched prominently atop a hill the winery boasts a panoramic view of the entire region. Unlike many other tasting rooms at other wineries that are enclosed, Andis, with plenty of space devoted to windows, you can enjoy views of the surrounding area while sampling their wide selection of well crafted wines. The atmosphere is a bonus when tasting the exceptional wines that are served by a not only knowledgeable staff but they are very friendly also. It's as though they understand the essence of hospitality. Their relaxed, non stuffy approach to their craft made me want to stay longer than I usually do at other wineries. They offer a very nice lawn to enjoy your wine and on occasion the winery has food prepared right on the property. We enjoyed some oven baked pizza on one visit. Burgers and hotdogs on another. When you return home this winery will certainly be one you recommend to others.

I attended an event at Andis last week for the passing of a dear friend. They hosted a wonderful event and served some of the best wine I have had in a long time. The Sav Blanc (made with Codevilla vinyard grapes) was fantastic...I ordered a case to take home with me. Great people and great wine.

Great place! When we drove by it appeared to be a modern metal looking building, so we almost didn't stop. Sure glad we did! Inside it was warm and friendly, and the owners talked to us for a long time. Great experience! Great wine!

I can't say enough great things about this winery. I became a member of their wine club several months ago. Not only have the wines been consistently delicious, but the Andis team is also phenomenal. I had some trouble receiving the most recent shipment of wine, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help me get my shipment. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, and they made sure to follow up with me to ensure that I finally was able to receive my shipment. Customer service is beyond excellent with this winery. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Our favorite winery in Amador. The wine is pretty good, but it's the service that sets it apart. We love Amador for its non-pretentious environment, but we feel like old friends every time we come here. Special shout out to Liz, who always treats us right!

Whilst the vineyard has a lovely view, I'm afraid I can't find any other reason to recommend this winery. When my boyfriend and I were there, they had just released a new wine on their 'growler' list. They asked their clients to provide tasting notes, which seemed incredibly unprofessional. One customer claimed she got 'bacon' on the nose. Was this her breakfast, or a reflection of the quality of the wine? Shouldn't the tasting notes be provided by the winemaker? One can only assume they put as much effort into their wine making process as they put into presenting their wines. Growlers are for beer, not for quality wine. I recommend you go for a beer instead.

Beautiful location and decent wine. This is the first time traveling with a large group. Contrary to believe that the Plymouth shandadoah valley has free wine tasting... well they don't. This place definetly does not. I asked one of the young lady pouring if they waive the tasting fee for military service members... her answer was "sometimes" which I didn't understand. I'm a member at 5 wineries in the Napa/Sonoma area and most do. As i was driving away from the property... I see US Marine flag with the winery flag assuming that the owner was prior service. I have to admit that I was thoroughly disappointed. Will not visit them again.

View from the tasting room was amazing. They were busy for Big Crush 2017 the Saturday that I was there, but still attentive and service was good. Their reds are delicious.
