This Raley's was beautifully laid out. I would have to say one of the nicest Raley's I have ever visited. I was in a hurry today but I will be back just to explore some more.

One of the most absurd scenes occurred here today at this Nobhill location. A girl scout was selling cookies at store front on the side. Everyone was happy to see that except the store manager who came out and kicked them out claiming they need a license from the store county. What an absurd lie! I happened to be passing by when the manger (lady) came out and kicked them in the most absurd disturbing way. I will NEVER ever shop at this location again despite this has been my shopping grocery for over 20 years. Never.

Raley's is one of my favorites! They have some brands that the other Grocery stores don't have. They also have some higher quality, harder to find items, like specialty soda in the cooler. 😀

Very rude lady working self check out 11/20/23. Older Caucasian lady named Kara I believe. Rather stand and gossip with co workers than help customers. My wife asked for help and was told to wait so she can finish her very important conversation. Haha almost left my basket with approx 300$+ of grocery behind. Do better if you expect to be a high end store. Back to Safeway

This is one of the bigger and nicer raley's stores. They provide filtered water fill station inside that you don't find in many other stores. I like their selections of groceries and dried foods but you can find pretty much everything here including quite a bit of the Asian and Mexican food.

Loved the help my sisters and I got from the senior clerk i think her name is Sandy, totally forgot to ask for her name˙◠˙ but i loved that she helped us out we had gone to get the signed brothers bond bottles but we couldn’t find them and we had walked around the store looking . Right before we left she asked if we were looking for them and brought one out for us<3!! Will never forget that nice gesture she did◡̈.

Great staff! Excellent Pharmacy, especially the staff.Far and above any pharmacy service in the area.Terrible wifi in the store. Hope they can make it a priority to improve it. Not motivated to use their Raley's shopping app if they don't have the wifi strength to utilize it. Prices in the produce department are still mismarked, missing and/or inaccurate from many items...sigh. Still love this store though.

Ordered a 1/4 sheet birthday cake last week — white cake, raspberry filling, whipped cream frosting, with red and blue decorations and writing from the Pleasanton Raley’s bakery. It was $32 and was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the birthday party asked where I bought the cake. Thank you to the Raley’s bakery staff for doing such a wonderful job! I’ll be ordering a similar cake for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration today!

This location is great! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Produces always well stocked and fresh. Great prices on everything.If I had one complaint it would be that they don't stock Tim's Cascade chips. That being said, if I actually asked for them I'm sure they would stock them.

They are well stocked and all of the employees I've encountered have been great, especially the young man in the deli. But their stock is often on the wrong shelf so I don't always get the price I'm expecting. Both times, the cashier gave me the lower price when I ask about it. Also I got a loaf of bread that was clearly marked $2.99 but their system wasn't updated and I was charged $3.49. To be fair, this also happens to me often at Safeway, so it's not just Raley's. Don't be afraid to check the receipt and ask for the advertised price if they charged you more. It's a shame we have to do that but I'm finding that a few grocery stores consistently overcharge.

Shelves are stocked and tidy. Employees are cheerful and helpful and knowledgeable....and there's lots of parking. It's not in the store but there's a donut shop in the center. Enjoy.

A good grocery store with all the standard bells and whistles. Carries all the items necessary and I am glad that we have this option where I can just walk to the store. The staff is friendly, everything is neat and clean and well stocked. But in this day and age I think Good isn’t good enough. A little pricy when i compare to the same/similar items in Trader Joe’s or Walmart. Given the pricing, I wish it was more like Whole Foods with a better collection, better prepared food options, better meat section, better bakery section, better cafe. Just be more more modern… so many possibilities.

Good selection, unique and healthy products. Safe area and a very clean store. There are usually people about to help you, and the lines aren't bad. There are many self checkout machines to use to avoid lines that don't have an issue every 10 seconds unlike SAFEWAY. Only beef is it is incredibly overpriced. Expect to pay 1.30 for a simple water jug that would be a dollar anywhere else, and markups of that nature.

clean and well stocked as usual, all contributing to a peaceful shopping experience. the entire atmosphere is library-quiet, which is a personal perk. staff members remain professional and helpful. again, my only real gripe is the layout: dairy and frozen should flow together, not encircle half the store like someone is trying to reenact Pickett's Charge.

Way over priced on everything. I believe they were price gouging during the pandemic as well. There seafood and meat is old and smelly. And they refuse to stand behind there product. We had bought some bad meat and when we took it back they said it's fine and refuse to refund the money. Me and my girlfriend no longer shop here and never will. Good luck if you do

I have always been a fan of the Raleys chain. This store is amazingly well stocked and low key. I have never experienced crowded aisles or long lines just a convenient and comfortable shopping experience

Great selection, rarely crowded, and good quality produce. The prices are quite high, however. Further, the store is arranged in a way that is quite non-intuitive. You can easily spend a long time wandering around the store looking for something (e.g. soymilk, which is NOT in the dairy section). Suggest coming off hours as in and out is quick. Sunday morning you will spend twice as long waiting to check out as you will shopping.

Sandwiches are good from the deli. I have been coming to this store for a couple years and one employee that makes my coffee is always very nice, makes me feel as a recognized reg. Customer. Yesterday she was helping the deli and made my sandwich it was great! I asked for her name for this review : Sadly Dinc , thank you!!

Ehh it was ok. Half the lights were off on a Tuesday afternoon, low energy, strange layout, this store just has a weird vibe. Stocked like any other grocery store, food seemed decent, prices higher than expected, if I'm paying this much I might as well go over to joyful Whole Foods or live it up at Albertsons. But 4 stars because it had what I needed and it's convenient.

Shopping here seems safer than other places I have had to go. People and staff seem to allow you to stay distant, and the floors have clear markers to help people stay apart. There is also some great prices here, despite it being a more upscale grocery store. Sanitizer and wipes available at the door too.

Store is not crowded and nicely organized for easy shopping and locating of merchandise. Staff is always nice, friendly and competent. Produce always top notch. Good depth of inventory that provides a good selection for all shoppers.

I've shopped here since the 90's. I like the meat dept. I wish they had a better selection of produce. My biggest complaint is with the deli dept. They never have enough help behind the counter. A lot of the time they see 2 or 3 customers waiting and they take their time coming over to help. Even if they're doing something they don't acknowledge the customers. Very bad customer service.

Store is pretty stocked the service is lacking. I popped in Friday afternoon to get some ice cream and maybe a snack with my mother and what went from a quick experience became a major hassle. I bought two ice creams 2 for 6 and lentil pea snack for 1.50 that were on sale. Oh surprise they both came up as normal price even though the display said otherwise. Bring it up to the cashier and man she was just unfriendly theoughout and clearly didnt want to be there. I worked retail before too and Im used to complaints but it was infact legitimate even after the price check and likely someone forgot to update the sale. Didnt want a hassle so we went back got a different flavor (even though they were all the same) and now its the displayed price. This time we went to self checkout the snack was still the wrong price but whatever 50 cents and we just wanted out. Oh some unexplained item in the bagging area screwed up the transaction and when we tried to ask for help the self checkout assistant was off chatting and wouldnt help and told my mother to calm down even though none of it was our faultm After a while I fixed it myself by literally moving the items like 2 inches and we left. I guess the trend of massive retail and service industry employees quitting has really lowered the quality.I think I'll go a different Raileys or Safeway instead next time.

Very clean; best produce section of any store; better than average pricing. The staff is the most helpful around. Excellent deli and their sandwich counter is better than any sub shop around. All around - excellent store.
