Stay clear of this place for grooming. Whatever grooming rate is on their booking site is different than what you will be asked to pay. Unfortunately, after going back and forth with the groomer she wouldn’t acknowledge their error that I had selected the right measurements and breed for the price online and the store manager/owner made things even worse. He even added that I had pissed the groomer off after I tried to alleviate the tension. Needless to say, I will never shop here again.

i know this is long, but hear me out on this one. THEY CALLED ME STUPID. this grooming place is actually so horrible, the customer service is horrible and the employees are horrible. i hate the way they speak to me and i hate their tone—it makes me so uncomfortable. I was trying to work things out with them and it took me a while to explain to my mom because she doesn’t understand english. i know maybe you can’t be patient, but as an employee it’s YOUR JOB DUDE. They muttered “stupid” as they walked away. its SO obvious they dont care about your dog and dont know ANYTHING about dogs. they’re uneducated yet assume YOU don’t know anything. I PERSISTENTLY asked for just a trim on the back and this girl kept saying how she can’t use a razor to shave my dog. i said a trim. then she brought up how there’s dogs on instagram that im so caught up on with super short fur like I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. and i felt so offended because it’s pretty obvious she brought up social media because im a teenager. do NOT go here WHATSOEVER to get your dog groomed—$80+ to get your dog shaved and waste 30 min of your life you can never get back trying to work out things with those RUDE EMPLOYEES? and you know what else? when i was checking in for my appointment, i could see the other ladies grooming this poodle mix dog and another lady grooming a different dog TALKING and LAUGHING, and one questioned the other on why the dog looked like that and she said “well THEY said they wanted a beard on their dog haha..” and was so rude about it. personally, i dont want other people talking behind my back about what i want for my dog. just a preference tho. i will be so happy to cancel my appointment and just groom my dog myself.

I really like this Pet supply store because not only do they have excellent customer service but they also have great deals. I usually receive discounts that are sent to my email, I saved a few dollars coming here each time I shop for my cat buying food toys etc. Very friendly pet store and they have the cat food that I need In stock every time I come here. My cat loves the sole and vegetables entree by purina. Usually when I go to other pet stores like Petsmart they are a bit more expensive but here I get the deals I really need. I recommend this store to anyone.

The grooming salons manager Heather was the most condescending rudest person I have come across! I will be pursuing this further as I feel highly discriminated against! Check out yelp review for all the details.. I wouldn’t trust our fur babies in such a place that speaks to humans in that way EVER again! She was implying I have printed out stickers on a vaccination record book for my dog. I stated why am I in their system as that’s all I have previously used and she says i shouldn’t have been! She would take a verbal confirmation and she was listening to me on the phone with another pet store that was helping me get in contact with the vet that gave her the last rabies vaccine. (Although I had proof in my hands) she looks at me and goes well times up now! Could only hold this appointment for 20 min!!!! The company needs to dig further as I’m not sure if this was an isolated event and she was discriminating against me or this is the customer service they stand by as I am extremely disappointed!

This place sucks. No communication skills at all. I made an appointment for my dog about two weeks only to have a groomer tell me upon our arrival that they can not bath my dog because they claimed to have a called me several times but I haven't received any calls or emails from them all at.I was also told that I can no longer make my dog anymore grooming appointments due to their staff negligence.

Went to use their self serve pet wash station. Found out that they only open until 7 for pet washes. So we went back the next day. $17 to wash your pet. No brushes or combs are supplied. Just shampoos and conditioners, towels and blow dryer. They also provide aprons so you’re not completely soaked after the wash. Workers are super nice. They even provide doggy treats at the station so you can give your doggy after being good. Lots of pet supplies to choose from.

I’ve been shopping here for my all my pets needs for several months but I will not be coming back. The selection at this store and the cleanliness is good but the experience with the staff is not worth the visit. There was an employee named Ashley at the register when I walked in and she was staring at her phone. Then when she looked up at me, she had a dirty look on her face and didn’t greet me. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me here but it will be the last. This is extremely unprofessional. After I was done shopping, I went to the register to pay and she was beyond rude and snappy. I have never been treated this poorly at any other store. I cannot believe someone like that works here. When you go to a store, you should at least feel welcomed. I certainly did not feel welcomed while shopping here. It’s such a shame since this is such a good store but I will not continue to support a place that has employees that treat their customers like that. I will not be coming back here again.

I went in to see some kittens and the crew at the store were so very friendly and approachable. I was very impressed also great selection of food and treats. I didn't go home with a kitten but did bring some yummy treats for my adult cats.

Update: Great that owner replied & wants to make his store even better! IMO, updating dog wash area and allowing wider steps that are less steep for large dogs like those we rescue would be very helpful. It was so difficult to get our big dog up those steps and of course we want to make that a good experience for him so he will want to come back. We understand how expensive updating bathroom tile and so on would be, but feel it would bring in more business and make us more comfortable along with other dog owners.Good selection of dog foods and treats. Dog bathing center is somewhat old, but it had all of the supplies that we needed. Cashiers will give advice about pet foods if asked. Store seems clean, despite people bringing their dogs into the store.

This store is the best, with the best customer service and best grooming salon. Josh (the owner) has a great personality and will always go an extra mile to help you with your needs. His crew members are carefully handpicked.They are vey helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling. I shouldn’t forget to mention Heather, the groomer. She’s the best: she handles her clients with so much care and love! Her service is awesome! Thank you to all of you for making each trip to you store a pleasant experience!!!

Review is specially for fresh water fishes.Rude when returning dead fish. Display tanks have dead fish which can be always seen on every visit in almost every tank. If you have a bad batch check with your supplier. Don’t talk rudely with your customers. I do a water test to make sure all my fishes are healthy every single week using test strips and master test kit.On the second return they say you can’t do this is your third or fourth time we need to test your water. And then another girl comes and says the same thing in a very rude way and just walks away while I am talking.Never going back to this store for fishes.Don’t sell fishes which you just got accumulate them for at least a week. I was already feeling bad that these fishes died and you guys made it worst instead of saying sorry.

Lots of choices at Pet Supplies Plus. They have just about everything you would need for your dog or cat. Plus they have fish and all their supplies and they even have kittens for adoption as well as guinea pigs, hamsters and reptiles for sale.The staff are very helpful too!My doggie loves to go to Pet Supplies Plus.

They have good prices and a wide selection of items. The staff was friendly which is always a +. This was my 1st time visiting this store. I was at the dollar store picking up craft items when I saw this pet store. I needed cat and bunny food,, which they had so I was happy.. I enjoyed my visit to this store and will happily be returning.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We bought our fish for our new aquarium here. Minimal loss so the fish they get are of good quality. I've been back for other aquarium items, food, heater, and so on. I've had a few fish die recently, not purchased from this store. The manager was very helpful offering solutions, advice on products, even offered to replace a fish that wasn't purchased there. They test aquarium water as well. I haven't bought any dog food there (we have 3 Dachshunds) but from what I saw the selection overall was extensive. Highly recommend this store. The manager even gave me some aquarium water conditioner balls on the house!

Lack of transparency = waste of my time. I scheduled a grooming appt 7 weeks in advance. They indicate they require proof of rabies, direct quote from website: "Proof of rabies vaccination in the form of paperwork from a veterinarian is required. " And from the text confirmation received when booking our appt: "Please make sure to bring your proof of rabies vaccination. Proof needs to be the signed record from a veterinarian."Arrived 15 minutes before my appt to check in and was refused service because my Rabies Vaccination Certificate was a hand written form signed and stamped by the vet. They staff informed me they only accept typed certificates because " they can not be forged" Their reasoning lacks merit as any form, hand written or computer generated, can be faked. BOTH forms would require the vet's signature and stamp to be valid. Their offered to reschedule me, with their next available appt being 8 weeks out. Thankfully I was able to get in with another local groomer who had no issues with our Rabies Vaccination Certificate

Last Sunday visit that store. All staff is very helpful and friendly, felt like more welcome than Petco. Specially girl who help for vaccine line and Cashier guy who guided me everything for my new kitten. He knows how to go extra mile for customers, he don’t mind walk with choose items what I need, then he helped me loaded in my car without I’m asking. It’s my first visit really happy! I’m decided go back therr today for my dog grooming and new kitten vaccine.

They have a decent self wash set up. Tubs are low. Super hard on your back. The problem is I can’t cut my dogs hair at home so I tried to do it here and was kicked out. Disappointing.

Pet Supplies Plus carries great variety, the prices are competitive against online alternatives, and the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. I usually go in-store to purchase, but have also tried their online/curbside pickup option - which is just as effective.Even though Pet Supplies Plus is a chain, they give off the localized neighborhood vibe other big-box pet stores lack. They're absolutely fantastic. Me and my army of cats, fish, and reptiles are absolutely grateful that PSP is close by.
