We’ve had such a great experience at Noni’s the last few years! They take such good care of our pup and go above and beyond. We have a mini Aussie mix and she always comes out perfectly trimmed and so soft. I can tell they take good care of her because she never seems too stressed coming out of the appointment. We add the de-shedding wash because of the double coat and rounded nail trim to the package. Highly recommend!

Our little boy Jack came into Noni's looking like a mop and left looking like a handsome cute little man. Noni's groomer did a great job and it was just time for all this super hot weather. I highly recommend Noni's for your dog grooming needs!

I always appreciate honest reviews when deciding where to take my business, especially if it involves a loved one. We dropped our goldendoodle off at 9 am and by 11 am got a call from the shop telling us he had been injured. The groomer cut his dewclaw and he was bleeding so I decided to take him to the emergency vet. After hours of waiting I was told the cut was so deep and hit a vessel causing the dewclaw to have to be surgically removed. Thankfully the owner of the shop took care of the vet bill but a haircut drop off turned into a traumatizing nine hour day for my poor doodle.

Outstanding place! My dog is so extra and they take really good care of her. Glen Coco Chanel always looks super cute after her visits. I am sure she acts a fool while she's in there, so I am really grateful for their patience with her.10/10 recommend!

My white standard poodle, Skyy, has been groomed by Julie since his first clip! She must be a poodle whisperer because last year, after an extended stay with my father and in a bad need of a groom, I took him to his groomer! While he had a nice bath he would not let them groom him! Apparently he has only given Julie that honor! Noni's is always clean, the staff friendly and the dogs well treated! I am always confident they are treating my baby well!

I was apprehensive because my dog gets very scared of new situations. So I was worried about getting her groomed, but she really needed it. I loved Nonis, I been going to Nonis since it opened and loved the customer service and how tge cut my toy poodle hair. The last two visits the complete messed up her hair cut. 1st time she had patches on her that were not cut. I had to take her back to fix it. Second time they cut all of her hair off her ears, cut off the poodle ball at the end of her tail and shaved her completely. I booked one more time as I really did not want to find a new grooming place. I had an appointment today at 9. Show at at 9:08 and get a call about my appointment. I tell them I am outside getting out of my car. She proceeds to tell me my appointment was given up to someone else abecause they are running on a skeleton crew. I asked why did they not call me to confirm I was on my way before giving my appointment up. Could not give me an answer besides would you like to rebook. Unfortunately it's my last time and now in search for a new place.

The first time I took "Perla" my Bichon Frise, she left the grooming place PERFECT and she looks so very nice and happy.The second time Claire was assigned, (I take her every 3 weeks) talked to Claire and told her to trim her hair half of an inch because I wanted her always fluffy. When I went to pick her up...she look fine and fluffy but not for long time. I realized that they did not trimmed her hair and in addition she was not well dry...so she became "curly" again and I was afraid that she was going to start having knots...for that reason I made a phone call to Noni's and complaint. They told me to bring her back next Saturday and I was offered a discount. Perla had a photoshoot the next day of her grooming at the Hotel i worked. When she left the groomer she looked AWFUL she was almost shaved by Claire!, no style NOTHING! . Of course I was forced to cancel the photoshoot. I called to complaint again and to let them know that Claire was not the right groomer for Perla, that I needed a very professional groomer (I did not care for the money ) . Then they assigned her 'Sam" ....when she was done by Sam ...she smell the same, she looked like she was washed only with water :( simply HORRIBLE . In addition I don't know how Sam treat her because she was not happy at all.I am not taking Perla to Noni's never again if I put 2 stars is because they were nice and polite people.I decided to take Perla to this Groomer because of their 5 stars comments..........Unfortunately it did not work with me at all. Maybe I am too exigeant ....well I didn't care to pay $100 dollars and I found this place very cheap and with excellent comments.....:(I do not know what happened ....with Perla.

I have a special needs dog who has had back surgery, so he has difficulty when he has to use the bathroom - he can't control #1 or #2, unfortunately. This isn't an issue when he's taken out regularly.Had an appointment at 8:30 today. Received a call at noon (3.5 hours after drop-off) and was told that he couldn't be groomed because he couldn't control his bladder. Ashton has a note on his file indicating that he's a special needs dog. He had been groomed at this location before without issue or complaints.Needless to say, even though their website indicates that they work with special needs dogs, they obviously are not trained to do so (or do so only selectively and when it's convenient). DO NOT take your special needs dogs to this groomer.On their website, they state, "Each pet receives personal attention - offering a loving home away from home to each and every pet. All of this, coupled with superior customer service catering to each pet owner, will ensure that you feel that your pet is receiving the best care possible."I'm extremely disappointed that they did not hold up their own promise. It's so difficult handing over a special needs pet and entrusting their care to someone else. Unfortunately, that trust was broken, and we will not be returning to Noni's.

I brought my dog in for a cut after hearing good things about the service but I must say the experience we received has been a nightmare.First off, they kept my dog for 8 hours, and we were finally called to come pick him up he had cuts all over his body, including on both of his ears, which those cuts became infected, and multiple costly trips to the vet, ten days of a cone and antibiotics, and my pup is still recovering.The experience has been quite traumatic, for my dog especially. I would avoid this business if you can

I just gave up on this place. I have taken my dog ​​to this salon several times to get him groomed and the service was good and most importantly, my pup seemed happy. However, in the past I have requested and paid for services that my dog ​​never received. The first time, I didn't call or notify them and I just let it pass as I thought they forgot and I didn't realize it until I got home. However, this second time I was busy and didn't check him again and when I got home I noticed that they did it again. I was charged for two services that my dog ​​didn't receive. I have been calling and leaving voice messages for almost a week and they did not answer their phones or have the courtesy to call me back. So I'll take my business elsewhere as this just shows me that they don't care about regular customers.

We brought our 6 month old Coton de Tulear here for the first time hoping for a positive grooming experience. We were not disappointed! Lexi does an amazing job every time we go. She’s attentive to our requests and very quick to respond. The only issue is it is extremely difficult to reach them by phone, but they will get back to you if you leave a message.

Friendly, clean, efficient care of my pup. She is terrified of getting her nails clipped, but they did a great job. I wasn't sure how she would do, so they clipped all of her nails, and suggested grinding just one nail to see if she could handle it. She did great. They were gentle and didn't push her past her freak-out level!! Love this place!

Amazing! Our long-haired kitty refuses to have his tummy combed or brushed. Lexi (?) did an amazing job! He looks wonderful and seems so much more comfortable. She got the job done in just over an hour with no trimmer nicks! We will absolutely will give them our business again.

Been taking my dog to Noni’s for two years. Nice enough people that turned into complete flakes. They don’t answer the phone… ever! They also didn’t tell me ahead of time what vaccinations my dog needed. Completely wasted my time. In addition the last two groomings were disappointing. They lost my business for good.

Everyone who works here are all Great they are all so very helpful, thoughtful, caring, & willing.I had one experience where the groomer who was cutting my dogs hair didn't quite cut his hair the way I asked but as soon as I did point it out they were really responsive and finished his cut the way I wanted.I've taken my dog to other groomers and I have to say by far this is the one best Groomer in this whole Concord Pleasant Hill Area!

I took my newly adopted elderly Boxer (Max) there. The staff was attentive to my concerns of his health, and treated him like a King. Their location is easy to find and their prices reasonable. I love supporting local small businesses, and I will take my other 4 legged Children there! I highly recommend this place. 🙏❤️💪🏼🇺🇲

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It took them 8 hours to groom my dog, and my dog came back with cuts all over his body. They cut his ears, and it got infected! Shame on you for abusing my dog! You deserve 0 stars!

We frequent this place for our little dog and they always take care of her. Their schedule is usually open for our needs and they get her all cleaned up within 2 hours usually. Can't complain having a ultra cute dog freshly groomed.

Theyre great. They care about the animals that they groom, they are very accommodating and they are reasonably priced. My Alaskan Husky is a LOT of work but they did great and my dog wasn't too stressed by the grooming which is hard to accomplish with her :) overall 10/10 would reccomend lol

I was so happy to find this place, the care and compassion they showed my dog was wonderdul. She had experienced trauma from anther grooming place and they were very gentle & kind enough to let me hold during her nail trim. It was the best experience my dog ever had!
