I go here for more of my homesteader supplies. You can't get electrified chicken fencing anywhere else I could find. Tractor Supply has all the feed you need as well. We've purchase so much seed from them it's ridiculous. It's fairy close to the house so I'll be visiting often.

A lot of farming related stuff, poultry and cattle food and vitamins, outdoor clothing, tools and some deco. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Prices are competitive and decente variety of items. We got some chicks a few months ago, they were healthy and all survived.

Purchased a zero turn lawnmower for $6500 plus extended warranty approximately 1.5 years ago. Within the time of the first mowing the unit starting missing on one cylinder. I called this tractor supply and was told it is a warranty item. First mechanic shop the warranty sent it to tried to blame me for the wrong motor oil. I hadn’t changed the oil it had one hour running on it. They changed the oil and sent it back. Mower ran good for ten minutes when I received the mower. Now we are on the fourth mechanic shop and have never had a good running mower. Now it is discovered the carburetor is rusted internally. Mechanic says it’s from water in fuel so warranty will not pay. I bought a new gas can for this mower and keep it in a sealed cabinet in a shed with no leaks. I’ve been able to get approximately four hours run time in 1.5 years and tractor supply from the beginning was no help. O and the extended factory warranty I paid for is not an extended factory warranty. I will and have not shopped here again. I suggest you don’t buy any high priced mechanical items here.2024 Update, the mower has been to the mechanic shop four times with no luck until this last mechanic. The mechanic was once again going to send it back saying they can’t find anything. The mower only ran good for the first short time when purchased before fouling plugs over and over. I requested the mechanic rebuild the carburetor. When they opened the carburetor it was rusted from water and after the rebuild the mower finally runs good. The mechanic blamed the water on us so the warranty coverage wouldn’t cover the work. We paid cash for the work and shipment. Now the mower runs like a new mower. We know even if everyone blames us that we bought a mower with an internal water rusted carburetor from tractor supply. I see the post two months ago to call and discuss it but we did they many times. That’s how we found out the tractor supply sales pitch about any issues they would take care of became sorry we can’t help call the warranty.

I Absolutely love this store, especially Justin and Larry. Not only does the store always have what I need in stock. Justin is always so helpful and friendly as well. Larry is such an outstanding person. He always go above and beyond to make sure I have my delivery on time for me and my kennel. Tractor Supply has a lot of what I need. With the weather being cold and frozen, I needed some ice melt, but they were out of it, but they had a salt supplement for cattle that worked great. I just spread it on my frozen walkway, and it did the job. Thanks.

Everything about the experience was positive. Very nice, well kept location. All the customer service personnel I encountered where friendly, conversational, and knowledgeable. They made loading a very large unassembled product easy with a forklift, and taking the time to assist with strapping the load down. Highly recommend.

First time at this location, parking lot was busy mid morning and a little difficult to navigate with inventory in the middle. I felt the same way inside, the store felt smaller than other locations and there were lots of displays and products everywhere.Other than that, the service was excellent. I was there to pick up 50 pound bags of cat litter and there was zero on the floor. An employee saw me looking around and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he brought out a bag from the recent delivery. And he happily went back for a second bag when I asked for another. The cashier was very friendly as well, and even asked if I wanted help with my purchase.I'm not sure if I will be back to this location any time soon because I live in an area without any Tractor Supply locations closer than 30 minutes. But for service, this location is consistent with the excellent service I have received at other sites.

Very friendly and helpful people, knowledgeable of products, and it feels like a small-town-family feed store instead of a big box store, because of the quality of the people they hire. Their helpful and knowledgeable kind attitudes make it an excellent experience every time I shop.Also the products they offer are good quality. They have most things I like to buy my chickens and ducks. The price of feed is better here than at Walmart. Walmart has the most expensive cost per pound for feed.

Nice small country store.I go to get puppy food. They only have a small selection. Wheel chair would be hard maneuver in store. You might even see a sign that says the vet is in. Friendly staff.

I just don’t know the disconnect with the stores and online ordering but once again my order was just a mess.I have had problems before so I made sure I put in my preferences of free delivery and my zip code. Well low and behold part of my order was transposed to a pick up and the other part was transferred to a completely different TSC in Rancho Murrieta…..”wait what?”Upon conversation with TSC in Placerville they had no idea what was going on and told me to call the customer service number…. Well they had no idea either….. the first gal on the CS line just had NO idea but the second was able to cancel the whole order… what a “sh&@t show”Anyway the best part of this mess was the driver Will from Placerville….. he was the absolute best and got me a new order with everything I needed. He was just the absolute best guy and made everything good in the world again!!!!Just can’t wait till EDH store opens so I just don’t have to go through this again.

Life has its upside and downs and down right surprises. People all have lives and behind scenes everone is going through issues. I have always been the one to step up to help.I was a regular customer at Tractor Suppiy.As a customer I made a few friends there, always showing respectful understanding. Also knowing boundaries as a respectful Christian man.I have been in the Customer service business for over 40 years.Rescue EMT work and Manager of Companies.Today I was floored how disrespectfuland down right rude behavior of a Lady customer service person from your store.I hope what ever issues she has she gets help with or a coaching session to not to be rude to a customer who also are here friend.Of course, as a friend I noticed that my friend there looked as she was pregnant, a happy thing with the right person she is with, as a carring friend, I made a comment, " How far are you along?"Now if the lady is not pregnant, I can understand the attitude, but I never showed disrespect, just a carring friend.So If I hurt some feelings by being a carring friend, I'm apologize.Only Jesus was the only perfect person ever in earth.

This is only my second time in this tractor supply and I'm amazed by the level of service. Out of nowhere today a clerk approached me in line and explained the differences between cedar and pine shavings for my chickens then she eventually pulled me out of line and opened a register just for me so I wouldn't have to wait. These kind of one on one caring, friendly, interactions are rarely seen today in places you go. Your service left a lasting impression Darcie, and I look forward to next time in your store.

Their employees are always really polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've never had a problem with them, though I've never gotten any farm supplies or equipment. Some things are more expensive than their competitors, but going here is more convenient for me.

I went to the store today and I am pleased to share my experience . The gentleman outside the store was very helpful in carrying the 3 big bags of cedar chips into my cart and also helped me put them in the car without being asked. That was my first experience in the store. Although the store is not as large as home Depot, I will go back there to buy supplies I need.

My wife and I were there and loved their selection but no one greeted us, tried to help us, or even made eye contact. The store wasn't busy which I would've understood if that was the case. So we walked out and went on our way. I hope to see their customer service improve because I liked the store and would like to give them another chance.
