After seeing this person on more than one occassion, i have no choice but to rate 1 star. Lily, the Manager, has a condescending way of speaking to customers and employees. She should not manage any establishments that honors customer service. Or that wants their employees to feel respected. I left there feeling like I wouldn't want to ever order from starbucks again.

only downside to this location is they usually dont have the ingredients for the limited time only drinks..the drive through line is usually long & into the parking lot since the location is popular..park & dine inside..it has “little free library” at this location..the workers are dope..

Generally nice people but my family went in the other day to post some flyers up for their church and we’re told that the manager threw the flyers in the trash and they couldn’t post them up because it wasn’t for a nonprofit. As a partner i know that my store wouldn’t just throw flyers away even if they religious, we’d respectfully hand them back and tell them why. Though I myself am not religious I wouldn’t be disrespectful to regular customers who are just trying to be nice.

Avoid this location. Understaffed, mobile orders take 30+ minutes. Drinks are never full. Watched a barista scrape whip cream off a drink and put it back in blender rather than remake. This could make someone ill. Same barista wiped her nose with her hand, and continued to make drinks without washing hands. Mobile orders never turned outward for customers to see names. Your drink will be touched by MANY disgruntled customers before you get it. Staff unfriendly. Coffee inconsistent. Visit weekly and 1 mistake minimum a week on my order, and I tip. Go to the Missouri Flat Rd. location for consistency of Starbucks’ product.

This location consistently does not take the extra moment to secure the tops to drinks. Jokes on me for ordering from them and again. Just know youre always taking a gamble on wether or not youll be wearing your order.

Yesterday, my fifteen year old was in getting her favorite drink and sandwich, when they heard gunshots outside the employees proceeded to kick all the customers out and lock the doors, including my daughter who did not have a vehicle to run to as she had walked there. Very upsetting that the employees put my daughters life at risk. Instead of making sure their customers were safe. Thankfully my daughter was not harmed. But shame on the employees for putting her in a dangerous situation to begin with. They have completely lost my business.

My opinion....this location is the best Starbucks I have been to. Always friendly and even when the drive through is packed and the inside is packed, they are a great team that gets everyone served as quickly as their orders allow. I rate them a 10

Natalynn is easily the most unprofessional shift lead I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks store. She always seems annoyed when taking my order while everybody else has no problem. Always has a frown on her face and never seems happy to be there. She knows my order is complicated and will glare at me when she sees me walk in. Love visiting starbucks as long as she doesn’t take my order!

Always fabulous customer service. I rarely get coffee out, but when I do here it's a great experience. This time I recieved my drink and it was surprisingly low in the cup, I ran in and showed them-obviously someone new was getting trained, very understandable-and they made me an additional drink. Thank you, Starbucks, for empowering your employees to make excellent customer service decisions. I'm grateful for the extra pick-me-up on a long long drive!

We ordered online and got stuck in the traffic. Upon request to heat up one of the drink one very kind and sweet girl, Maddy, made a new drink for us and treated us very nicely. Good place to stop by. Restrooms are very clean also. Love to stop by here again!!!!

Starbucks is handling the quarantine fantastically. There is plenty of seating, and the store remains very clean. The indoor seating has been closed off for now. Starbucks has pretty expensive drinks, but they're good quality. The staff is always nice and the drinks are made quick.

I've been to the one on Broadway a couple of different times this past 2 weeks, the first time on a Sunday afternoon and the drive thru was closed when going inside to order after we repeated a fairly easy to remember 4 times they still got it wrong but insisted that's what we ordered then saying it was because they were short staffed and they were backed up! But there were 6 people in there 3 already been served aid saw at least 3 employees working, then the following Saturday evening they were completely closed at 7:00 because they were short staffed!
