This store, although the price per gallon is high, in my estimation, has always been a good convenience store and I will continue to buy convenience items. I will say, I have an issue with an employee, I won’t mention the gentlemen’s name, but he truly has no business in customer service-he’s a bit of a thug. I ask management to please be a bit mindful, Thank you.

I was there today to get food. They have a few selections to choose from. Okay he cashiers are very friendly. Best place to stop for gas on the way to South Lake Tahoe. Nice and friendly people.

I'm an still in shock of what happened yesterday. If i could give zero stars i would. 2 of my besties and I stopped to get gas and water and to use the restroom on our way back from a weekend away. These trips maybe happen once every year and a half or so. They went in ahead of me to use the bathroom while I got the gas pumping. Went in, grabbed a few water bottles, and stood in line to pay. As my bestie was coming out of the bathroom, she held the door for our other friend, who was finishing drying her hands with the hand dryer blower thing on the wall, you could hear it blowing. A man, who I'm going to assume was the manager, turned and literally yelled (yelled loudly and extremely aggressively) at my friend to shut the door. As he yells, our other friend comes out of the door she's holding open. I could tell they were both very taken aback and shocked by his aggressive tone. I ask him not so nicely if he really just yelled at her for holding the door open for our friend and if that means he's saying we aren't allowed to hold the door for others? And he said yes! That we aren't allowed to hold the door open! My friend that held the door told him how rude he was, and that he needed to learn some manners and also needed to learn when to just shut up. I do not recommend this establishment for any basic needs and would suggest you keep driving a little further down or up 50 to the next set of gas stations.

Good as a gas station gets. We'll stocked with options, clean store, clean restroom, and very friendly staff.Conveniently located just off the highway and offers numerous handy cap parking spots.

Only statin around and they deny the restroom to a 2 year old. Here is an idea, if you are not competent enough to keep a toilet in order, maybe you shouldn't be trusted with a business serving the public.

This is my go to place in town whether I need gas or a soda. Very clean, friendly people and close to home. Easy to get into and out of.

Ill start with this staff member was very polite and helpful. The door was locked due to register machine temporary issue that was solved the staff was apologetic and tried to accommodate me. The good did not have pricing I had to ask for every price of items that I had in mind but again staff was nice and helped me right away with answers. The gas itself was pricier then other places and it did not last at my tank. But again the staff was nice to me:)

Crooks, pay on average .70 cents higher than other gas stations in area. Rude help! If you visit our town don't stop here, not a good example of real Placerville business and people.

Gas prices are at least 50 cents higher than average. Cashier gives you a lot grief if you attempt to use the nasty bathroom with buying something. There are plenty of signs saying the bathrooms are for paying customers. No need to give people crap before they buy something.

What horrible service. My daughter was feeling sick and needed to use the restroom but the attendant wouldn't let her in the room until I started pumping gas. I tried to explain to him that I am topping off but she really needs to go now. Then he refused to let her in because he thought I cussed at him. When I walked in to try to explain why she needed to go now he called the police! I've never seen such a horrible display of customer service in my life.

Would not allow patrons to use the restroom. Ca. Law states any service station within 600ft of a highway must maintain bathroom for customer access, including access for disabled. Wound up going to Kentucky Fried Chicken a couple of doors down where every other person who walked in had to use the restroom and had just come from this gas station. SHELL? ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION HERE? Your franchisee is breaking the law and hurting your customer relations.

Great customer service gas is expensive as other's have stated.i've been going to this station for the past 6+ years to ski & camp in lake tahoe area. everyone i'v encounter here are always courteous & super nice. i don't now what other do to get those reaction from the attendant.maybe all of you try to be lil nice next time you walk into a business establishment.

Dont go here...i got assaulted by the night guy working there. He came at me in my face yelling at me for using the bathroom before getting gas.. I would rather pay more and not get jumped on and yelled at.

Tried to charge me $.50 for water while in a motorcycle trip after I bought gas. Literally took the water out of my hands and dumped it down the sink when I refused to pay. Horrible person. Don't go here.

They have Propel Fuels HPR Diesel and E85. High Performance Diesel is better for your truck and cheaper than the Dino Juice.
