The grocery store is clean and comfortable to shop in. They are well stocked. If they’re out of sale items, you can ask for rain checks at the register. Prices are competitive with some pretty darn good deals in the weekly circular. Better yet with the digital coupons and rewards program to add in extra savings.The majority of employees are helpful and welcoming. The bakery has the most beautiful decorated cakes, tastes yummy too.The grocery store is next to Target in a shopping center right off Highway 50 on Missouri Flat Road.

I like Save Mart. The employees are always helpful. They even help you with a cart. Either getting a cart for you to use or helping you out with your groceries. Even the deli staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to shop.

I definitely recommend this place for a cake!! I am very picky when it comes to my cakes for my kids birthdays I want them to be perfect! And they went above and beyond!! I was highly pleased 😊

Their products prices are a bit higher than my store in cool so I decided to wait on what I needed. Some didnt look that good either. I'm disappointed on organic veggies

Besides the store being overpriced like everywhere else it was very clean all the employees and customers were very kind and courteous everything was stalked and easy to find parking lot was clean I would return and recommend others to return as well Great for running into grab something quick or to do big grocery shopping.

I love shopping here, the staff are always so welcoming and accommodating and in a good mood- they gave my toddler a little balloon once just out of kindness and it made her day! Competitive pricing with the rising costs of food makes me want to be a loyal customer.

Love this store. They are always well stocked, clean store, good prices and the regular things I need are usually on sale. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Overall best store in El Dorado County. And they usually have seasonal stuff at the best price. I have gotten my Christmas trees here for under $50 every year.

I like Save Mart. The employees are always helpful. They even help you with a cart. Either getting a cart for you to use or helping you out with your groceries. Even the deli staff are friendly and helpful. They strive for excellent service and patient with their customers. Are all Save Mart's the same? No but try the Save Mart off of Missouri Flat Road. It's a great place to shop.

Daughter went shopping. All electric carts were dead and not plugged in. So she used a shopping cart. The cart handles were to low. She had to stop shopping because of pain in low back from bending. over over

Don't buy bottled water from this store. They leave pallets/cases of water outside in the hot summer sun. Apparently due to them not having enough room to store the water indoors after it's delivered. I personally went to buy gallon bottles of water and the bottles were well over 85F inside the store on the shelves. The store inside temperature was around 72F. I asked how long the bottles I was looking to purchase had been on the shelves and was told about an hour or two. Seemed about right since there was only approximately 6-8 bottles left. If they were indoors for that amount of time in the nice cool building and were still approximately 85F..... I would have to assume that they were at least 90-100F when placed on the shelves for customer's to purchase. If you are unaware of the dangers of drinking water from plastic bottles after it heats up past 70-80F you might want to do some research. It's very dangerous to humans and or someone's pet. The store management didn't care one bit and brushed off the issue as if it was no big deal. I had one employee tell me on the down low that they wouldn't even purchase the water and that I should stay away from it!

I went to this store today and was horrified at the way the employees were being treated by the public. I have gone to this store since it first opened and have always been treated with respect. To see the people I have interacted with be treated with so much hostility was awful. Jim, Nicole , Juan and Donna kept smiles on their faces and continued to help people. You all are amazing and I am so grateful that you're iny world.

Remakes are happening. Yesterday included some 88 cent sales. I know they are affiliated with FoodMax, so could do a little better. ALL baggers need to be trained re heavy items on bottom, NOT on top of bananas, raspberries, peaches, spinach etc that are easily bruised!

I had an issue with the meat department about pricing and Jim, one of the managers got involved. He displayed the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Not only is savemart a great store with great prices, everyone is really nice and Especially Jim. He is an exemplary model of a manger. Way to knock it out of the park Jim

Having been a customer of this store for almost ten years I was impressed with the new renovations. The wood like floor covering seem to darken the base of the store lighting. The segregated food court was interesting reminding me of a lifeboat in the front of the store. I'm sure that I will get used to the rearrangement of my favorites location , a pleasant change from the chaos of shopping at Walmart food section. Bakery was Devine though still not complete. All in all a place I will return to again.

We went in today, and were browsing the deli section, and Travis was working. He was very personal, and very knowledgeable about where he was working. He was also super energetic and happy. It’s nice to see people like that nowadays. Kudos and keep up the good work.

Good, convenient location off of the freeway. The only thing that ruins the visits is the amount of negativity voiced in front of customers. Very unprofessional for this particular person working in customer service. If you are displeased with your job do something about it! We the customers do not need to hear this out in the open.

I always have a smooth shopping experience at Save Mart!I"m in a wheelchair so I don"t like to have to wheel around all over the place!Save Mart recently must have done a little renovation lately cuz when I first rolled in, I was amazed (in a good way)!!But, even with that renovationI did not have too much hassle finding everything on my list!!I have a caregiver who is right with me and he can control the cart and my chair at the same time!!I realize that I"m rambling on, but I love going shopping at Save Mart in Placerville!!Totally Loyal!!Thank you sooo much,Save Mart!!

Love shopping at Save Mart...the rows are laid out in a logical order, where as Safeway has items that should be all together, scattered all over the store. Employees of Save Mart are very curtious and knowledgeable. Safeway...not so much. Last but not least, there are never more than 3 shoppers in line waiting to check out in Save Mart. If there is, another register is opened so you don't have to wait in line for 20 minutes like at Safeway. Oh yes, one more thing. There is someone always at each register ready to bag your purchases and offer to assist you at your car to load your groceries. Safeway...75% of the time I bag my own groceries.Keep up the good work Save Mart.Dave...

I've always enjoyed savemarts selection with produce and everything else in between. As a local this store has offered quality in comparison to stores outside of the area such as eldorado hills and the placerville area, not better but on par or slightly greater.
