Great people work there from the Canadian Mounty to the very colorful folks who work there... Highly recommed, great varieties of edibles, just way impressive. Thanks for my first set of giggles in some 15 years. Update: Now that I am almost a weekly visitor, not only am I pleased with the selection, but the people there are just fabulous. It's like visiting friends every time I go to get edibles.

Didn’t make it through the front door. The power trippin security guard is incredibly unwelcoming to guests from out of town. May wanna get rid of Barney Fife if you want customers. Most people looking to buy weed aren’t looking for that negative experience.

I'm from Sacramento and was traveling Decided to try and was not impressed. Employees were rude the security guard was even ruder. Skip this shanty cannabis club. Stop anywhere else.

Worst experience ever!So, I went to my recreational spot and arrived early. I was there before the employees even showed up. I waited until they opened at 10am and ordered online. Then, I waited in the parking lot as 20+ people went in and out buying their product. As a veteran I struggle with PTSD, anxiety, and other social disorders. I called the front office and the only thing they could say is that they are short staffed and they would get to me. You being short staffed is not my problem but management. So, I waited longer thinking maybe they will get to me. More people came and went through the front door. So, I went in to speak with a manager. Instead I’m confronted by the security guard who thinks he is the manager and will address the issue. I explained that I ordered online at 10 am. It is now 10:30 and I have watched as you have taken in at least 30 people ahead of me. He told me to have patience and that they were short staffed. I told him, that they weren’t short staffed enough to take the 30 people ahead of me? He laughed at me and then threatens me by saying that I am in breach of my written contract with them and will be kicked out. At this point, I am not really sure how me expressing my displeasure and dissatisfaction with their customer service ends me with getting kicked out. Especially by a security guard and not the actual manager (who never showed up). Maybe the security guard is the manager? I guess this is how they treat there veterans that gave there all so you could even have a business. I would advise everyone to seek business else where. Obviously they are all about money and NOT about people.

The staff is excellent! Due to severe pain after a vehicle accident, I have been visiting their medical center (Pure Life in Diamond Springs) for years. The same folks who established the caring and compassionate environment at Pure Life over time have brought that same energy to Sacred Roots. They are fantastic, as are their Tuesday specials. Look them up!

I dont go here anymore. maybe 😀 support your local unlicensed dealer, if you care about quality. The CA taxed system puts money in wrong pockets. Inches out "real" growers. All of these brands left me feeling like I needed some real sticky icky if you know what I mean.

A little different than I'm used to but it works and so far they seem to always have everything they advertise in stock. Love the fact that currently they pay all of the stupid add-on taxes (except the sales tax) that can add $30-$40 to a $150 order.

Great selection of medicine, both herbal and concentrate. I have yet to try a tincture or topical rub but I'm sure that both are equally incredible.SUCH a friendly staff, the security guard who checks you in is always such a delight. I recommend Sacred Roots to every person I talk to.

The staff is so polite, professional and nonjudgemental and they don't seem to mind that i'm pretty new still and not very knowledgeable, in fact, they prefer helping me out any way they can =} for this i am thankful.Excellent variety of products! I'm also very happy with the prices.. and not to mention the vibe, it feels like home.

The employees are wonderful! I have been going to their medical collective (Pure Life in Diamond Springs) for years due to a major pain condition after a car accident. Sacred Roots is by the same people and they have brought the same atmosphere of care and compassion to this business that they have built at Pure Life over the years. I highly recommend them and their Tuesday deals. Check em out!
