I love this ross. They have the best stuff and I always find that I'm looking for. Clothes, bedding, blankets, they have the best blankets. They have lots of cool toys, shoes, snacks and goodies. I get my pillows, towels and linens here too. The gal that checked us out tonight was super helpful and nice. We really appreciated her kindness. Thank you!

Most Employees are extremely rude and super unhelpful. They certainly don't look understaffed but with all the Employees just standing around chit chatting usually only one person is actually working. Open up the dressing rooms already!! Make your Employees actually work for that hourly wage!! Open up the restrooms too!! why keep them under lock and key? and in the possession of an employee who is only too unhappy to go unlock it for you!! Stay away from this mess until they hire better Employees! Lots of other options in the area anyways!

I'm always finding a good bargain at Ross. Found a cute tie dye 3Q sleeve pocket hooded duster- kimono and a pair of big bell jeans.Staff is very friendly and helpful✌😎

Quiet store. Last time was there stepped on a opened anti theft device in the aisle, really not fun. Told the staff and asked to fill out a complaint or incident report because honestly could have been hurt much worse.After waiting for 15 min and seeing how multiple people had to pull the forms/find them, I took off with no resolution. I know the drill for trying to wait out someone making a complaint. I left my contact details for follow up but don't expect to hear back from anyone from Ross.Just watch your step at this store.

Decent selection of brand name close out items at a great price. But Ross promotes drug use by selling clothing items that glorify and promotes drug use with catchy drug icons and pictures, I find this disgusting that a company would do this. I will never purchase anything from that company.

They don't organize their stock very well, but they also seem to be understaffed so that's understandable. They did have a significant amount of large items in women's clothes but barely any small size clothes. Other than that, the prices are good and they have a large selection.

This store has gotten SO MUCH BETTER over the last few months! Better employees, much better cleanliness and organization. (65% of the styles are still a little sketchy but lets not get into that) I still struggle a bit with the infant clothes being a hot mess but its getting better!

This is a great Ross 👍🏽 They have lots of options and deals that you wouldn't find in the City. The associates were friendly and helpful. There was also no line which is an added bonus in my book. I definitely recommend this Ross location

Appalling treatment towards employees and customers from main manager. I will definitely not be shopping here and will tell others to go elsewhere for their holiday shopping. Do not shop here!

I have been to this location multiple times the past several years and it has progressively gotten worse. I would say 3 stars is pushing it! However, I think they are about 2.5 stars so I chose 3! The shelves are often empty! The fitting rooms have been closed for at least 2 years!! They said some junk about "needing more staff" I keep hoping things had improved so I give them a try but no such luck!

I needed to get a lace or light weight throw shawl or covering for my shoulders and back area and I was informed by my daughter who used to work there that if any one would have a variety it would be Ross . I've always liked the quality and prices they carry. But this store in particular needs to stock more on the shelves. The only time it's at it's best is Christmas. It's always been like this .so cannot blame it on COVID. It's the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5.

This was the 1st time in this particular Ross and I will not go back! They had inventory which was nice but when we went to check out .. went to the wrong and area and the cashier was rude! I apologized and said I didn't know where the line started she answered "there" and pointed at the sign, I said ok sorry and nothing. Very unfriendly and no customer service

Good deals to be had and mostly nice workers. They don't seem to be fully stocked anytime I visit so not sure if I pick bad times or they just don't stock up the place. Usually not organized, but if you dig around you might find something.

I went Christmas shopping at Ross. I wish I would have gone at the end of the shopping trip, instead of at the beginning. I had a set budget, there was no fudging around it. I spent 2/3 of my $ there. Which didn't leave me much for the plethora of places I had yet to go. Of course I found SO much stuff that I wanted to buy. I could have spent my whole budget at Ross. But I had specialty shops that I had to go to. So, next year, I'll have more of a budget, & I'll start earlier in the month as well. I love Ross. I could easily spend every cent that comes my way at Ross. But that wouldn't be very responsible, now would it?! And where would I put all the clothes!?!!!

This store should be qualified as local entertainment for stay at home moms during pandemic. I love wondering around aimlessly through the chaos of unattended children, to then come home with a useless glittery space taking item, that my husband will sell behind my back on our next garage sale.

I used a gift card for a 15dollar purchase and the cashier said it was perfect. When I got home my receipt showed a balance of 9.85 on my gift card. Of course she kept the card. I had not kept track of my gift card balance so I will from now on.

Went to this Ross after going to Sly Park on the way back home, it was around 6:45 pm when we got there, the store closed at 8:00 pm, as we kept on hearing the closing announcements over the speakers. At 7:55 pm this rude women that works there approached me and told me very rudely that I had to go to the line as the store was closing, I was already going towards the front of the store to pay for the things I had in my cart and I was just looking at this shirt by the front of the store, I said give me a second and she just stood there in front of me like she wanted to physically remove me from the store. We all heard the announcements, you don't need to approach my personal space during a Covid virus to tell me to go to the front of the store, specially since I was already going and we still had 4 minutes before the store closed. I complained to the teller and asked for their manager, there was another lady in the front that came up when I asked for a manager and I told her that the other lady was very rude, and she said she will talk to her, but I wondered if she will, as the two of them were chatting up before the rude lady had approached me earlier to tell me to go to the line. I'm spending my hard work money in that store and I don't need to be treated like I was a bum in the store. Me and my sister where there shopping after a long day in the river, so we had shorts, t-shirts and water shoes on, and she made us feel like we were a homeless person begging for money and she wanted to kick us out. Later, after spending over $100.00 at Ross in Placerville, when I was talking to my sister that was also shopping there at the same time, she said that the same lady asked her what she was doing there, my sister said she was shopping and we just had came from the river, so this lady is definitely judging a book by it's cover, or discriminating a person by what they are wearing, you guys need to train people not to do that, even if I was a homeless person, treat me with respect and as a human being, my money is the same as your money.

It had things I needed, but what store closes fitting rooms? They had portable changing rooms that felt like changing in a portapotty in the middle of the store. Not fond of that idea. Location sucked and people sucked. I swear one person saw me waiting in the back for a room, but did nothing. When I asked, they said a sign was up. If there was one, it looked like every thing else. I didn't go back to look. I wanted out of there.

Then this is the place for you!I believe the manager that helped us name was Janette? Not sure how she still has a job treating people the way she does to be honest. Never coming back.

This store is always clean and well organized. I always leave this store with something, dog treats , clothes , home decor , etc. The woman I encountered working at the dressing room was the Nicest ever!! Great employee. The reason I am not rating this higher is because :1. The wait. There is always a line with usually 1 (if lucky, 2) cashiers.2. The selection. I went to the Ross in folsom last week , and WOW!!!! OMG THE SHOES!!! I was in heaven. I wish this Ross location had a third of what is available in folsom.

This is like any other Ross I've been too. Decent selection, sometimes I can find really cool shoes, clothes, or kitchen items. It's different every time.
